Has anybody seen any good/free online exercise routines for adults/ teens( bit like the Joe Wicks one for kids)?

My teens will flatly refuse to do JW as aimed at kids. Anything out there for teens/ adults?

How about all the other Joe Wicks videos for adults? They don't need to do PE with Joe Wicks.

If they like dancing there are tons of Zumba videos on Youtube

Also, some of the Strictly professionals are doing short classes on Instagram and YouTube - Dianne, Gorka and Janette are ones that I've seen on Instagram
