Can anyone in Scotland near Bellahouston Park confirm or deny this rumour?

Just been told by my husband that a 'source' at his work has suggested that the army are assembling at Bellahouston Park in Scotland and that Scotland will be going into lockdown by the end of tonight? Is anyone there who can confirm or deny these rumours? I did read online that the army are being mobilised to facilitate supermarket openings etc and the delivery of O2 tanks to hospitals etc, but this is a new one!
Any further info?

Yeah the kids are still at school but they are doing a full lockdown by tonight.. That makes no sense

It also makes no sense considering the sqa have announced that schools are to remain partially open for kids to. Hand in assessments and for the exams to go ahead if science allows it

It's pretty obvious that at some point the army will be mobilised to help maintain some semblance of law and order - why wouldn't they be?

Though it's more likely to be helping to deliver food and essential goods needed to help the country running.

The army have no power of arrest...DH laughed and said he won’t be arresting people and they have nowhere to put the arrestees!

Working in the civil service no one really knows anything unless they are in cabinet - I’ve heard rumours direct from Number 10 Special Advisors that have turned out to be wrong. In this environment the cabinet can change its mind at the last minute so nobody really knows what will happen.

I live close to Strathclyde park and haven't heard anything about the army being here. On our local Facebook group every minute happening gets posted about so if the army was kicking about someone would have noticed 😁
