When they shut the site down I assumed they were making changes to make the site more accessible and functional. They don't seem to have done anything except nearly disable the "book a slot" section.

Finally got in, edited and checked out. Did get sent to back of queue about 6 times though.

Dreadful lack of communication. I've gone to my local independents instead. Friendly, plenty of food, can get exactly what I want. I giv up on ocado

Ah, sorry. That wasn't much help then. I hope you have some luck. I know a couple of people who use Ocado and we have all had different experiences with the site so far in terms of slots and editing. I think they are in a mess.

I’m pretty pissed off about paying for Smartpass and not being able to book a delivery. They’re taking cash for nothing. Suppose I will have to cancel that, if I can ever get in.

It doesn't feel like it's going to improve anytime soon... They have temporarily closed Fetch (the pet food store from Ocado) as well.

Been trying since 7am, got to the front of a queue then bounced back into a longer queue at about 8:30
Now I’ve been stuck at 5700 of 25000 ish for over an hour - the total in the queue number keeps changing but my position doesn’t. Not sure whether to give up and re open a new page or if I will ping to the front at some point
Got an order I would like to edit.

If it gets stuck adagio it stops progressing. I think you need to start again.

It stops progressing if you open a new window or tab- you have to keep it as the only thing open on your PC/laptop/phone

Ugh, I have an order due for the family on the 2nd but really wanted to book another for a week or two behind that. Been in endless queues and looks from this thread like there's nothing to book once you get through anyway.
I guess I'll try again very early tomorrow

I just edited my order without having to sit in the virtual queue at all Blush - absolutely no idea how or why.

There definitely seems to be more stock available than this time last week, although there are restrictions on some things as expected (but there is no list explaining what the restrictions are). Bizarrely I cannot buy any chilled pastry at all, despite not having anything similar in my order.

The delivery calendar is open until 8th April - but my area is showing no slots available at all on any days.

I’m guessing that the availability of slots depends on the depot you deliver from.

Anyone else expecting a delivery today but not had the usual text or email confirmation of their order? I normally get one in the morning which gives driver details and tells me whether I have substitutions or not?

Bit worried it won't turn up and we are completely relying on it!

The frozen pastry in my order was mysteriously moved from the frozen section to the general (non frozen) section of the basket. When I clicked through it said they no longer stock that item, so I'm guessing it won't be arriving on Thursday.

They are really bad at the moment. I'm sorry I just can't understand it. If they are not opening up to new customers it should not be impossible to book a slot at all when you have a delivery pass.

I'm trying to get on now and keep getting thrown off, I've been trying since 10am.

I went straight in on IE but was in a queue in chrome, no delivery slots though
