The Ocado Queue Thread.

Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?
Would you like some company?

It’s absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. I am cancelling my delivery pass as soon as I can.

I’ve had no problems logging in an editing my shop for Monday and then for next week.

Also had no problems editing my order booked for this week but there are no future slots available. Does anyone know how or when they become available?
I know they are reserving some for the elderly or people otherwise in need but I would have imagined there would be capacity to have some left over for ‘ordinary’ customers to book?

Me neither. If you have a reserved spot you get an automatic order based on your favourites then you can edit. Bit of a queue to get on but no problems otherwise.

I can't even edit the order I have for 30th March now, it just says "placed".Everything in that order is okay but may not be what I want in two weeks time
It's only letting you edit for the week ahead so you will be able to edit nearer the time

I’ve got a reserved slot and it’s been cancelled as no slots available

I could edit the existing one at 6am. I’d like to go in and add fruit (I normally go to greengrocers but can feel a lergy coming on my chest so would like to stay in even if no temp/ cough). I’m scared I’ll edit and then not be able to checkout so don’t think I will!

I’ve been able to edit my order due 27th
I just looked at the website and it says they have a few slots available in some areas for the 23rd
Not sure how it works...I’ll have another look
The groceries come from a depot and it may depend whereabouts you are as to whether delivery slots are becoming more available

Guess maybe it’ll become better , sounds like some have cancelled

tootyfruitypickle I've been in and out editing with no problem at all. It seems once you have waited in the queue and are in the website there is no problem doing this so I wouldn't worry about this if you need something

I joined the queue to try & book one of the slots allegedly available tomorrow. By the time I got there they'd all gone.

Utterly pointless system.

@Kingkuta - I can't edit my order fro Friday which is in the dates they specificy. Helpline down etc. It's bonkers I'm stuck

I’ve edited my Friday order today.

I’ve edited my order for Wednesday, no issues. Took me about 15 mins to get in.

No new slots for delivery, goes in April but no slots

From what I can see..no availability up to and including 16th April!

Middle of the night it took two minutes to get on. Saw the message about a few slots available for today - but didn’t see any, and the calendar page said clearly that there were no more slots available (until the end of time).

Just have to wait it out and pray. Even if not normally prayer-oriented ...

Why are the prices rising so much.. my regular shop cost way more now! Surely if there's no problems with supplies then they shouldn't need to increase any prices?

Just had an email to say my Ocado Reserved order for Friday has been cancelled

I’ve just managed to get on and book a slot for 16th April which will have been my first order since 13th March.

In London/Surrey/Kent borders

Well, that’s encouraging.

The reboot was probably to increase prices too.

SurpriseSpaDay that's the message I got too but when I got onto the site (only 15 minutes wait) they offered me a slot for 16/4

I checked this morning at about 6am and noticed that the 4th of April had opened up but had been completely booked.

The thing with Reserved is that it only creates the order 6 days in advance. In normal times that’s fine but now that things have changed they should be booking them before making the slots available.
