@trumpredcard No problem at all, I prefer to spend time listening to the "tankies", military and political folk (especially from the region).

Less time spent fighting and calling people names, more talk about boom booms etc lol.

I actually think that our powers that be and the mainstream media are kind of keeping many normal people in the dark about the upcoming fallouts economically, on resources (especially food) from Bibi and Trump’s misadventures.

Edited to add, it was on Mario's show last night and other interviews that they mentioned Sirik.

Trump has TRUTHED.

Iran is doing everything they can to drive up the price of Oil prior to the U.S. Midterm Election. They are even making up fake hits, mines, and everything else, because more Oil is coming through the Hormuz Strait now than it did even prior to the beginning of the Conflict. They continue to kill protestors, and anyone else that happens to be in their way. It is truly an Evil Regime, and I can only hope the American Public, and the World, understands how EVIL they are! 75,000 protestors lie dead in less than seven months. It is shocking how the World, and the Dumocrat Party, seem not to care. IRAN CAN NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON, AND THEY WILL NEVER A NUCLEAR WEAPON! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

I see he is doing the binary thing there. "It is shocking how the World, and the Dumocrat Party, seem not to care.". There is that logic again. If you are not with Trump then you don't care. At least he is not accusing folk of being pro Iranian Government.

trumpredcard · 23/10/2026 12:57

As always, follow the money. What's the betting like on Polymarket for an attack on Iran?

The price of oil has hit a five-month high amid fears Donald Trump will ramp up strikes in the Middle East following the midterm elections.
Brent crude, the international benchmark, climbed as much as 1.6pc to $115 a barrel.

US-produced West Texas Intermediate has risen 1.9pc to more than $101 a barrel

Telegraph.

I see the UAE now has oil hitting their coastline problem, after the tanker hit by Iran and wondering if GCC are now factoring in more of the same when Iran reacts to the next lot of Israeli-US attacks.

I've swum in the sea after a small spill due to drilling operations miles away, and the disgusting taste of oil remains in the water even when there are no visible oil droplets.
Well hello and goodbye, tourism.

I see Trump has posted a TRUTH mentioning Iran.

"Donald J. Trump@ realDonaldTrump · October 25, 2026, 6:58 PM

To the people of Israel, to those who haven’t seen it, I am attaching the Endorsement I gave one week ago to your Prime Minister, Bibi Netanyahu. As everyone is aware, including the enemy, Bibi and I have had a great relationship in winning together. I did the Venezuelan attack, one of the most successful Military Operations in History but, before that, we did Operation Midnight Hammer, stopping the World’s Number One State Sponsor of Terror from obtaining a Nuclear Weapon. Then we did Operation Epic Fury, and Iran now has No Navy, No Air Force, and both their Military and Economy are in shambles, including the fact that Iran’s Inflation is at 301%. The Naval Blockade has precluded them from getting Oil, and two levels of leadership, both Military and otherwise, are gone. When you go to the Polls please remember that Bibi has been an outstanding Warrior Prime Minister! Israel was called The Little Satan, with the United States being called The Big Satan, by some very evil people. There can no longer be the chant heard around the World of “Death to America, Death to Israel,” and there won’t be. Vote for Bibi Netanyahu for Prime Minister, we have to finish the job that we started! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

So he wants Israel to re-elect Netanyahu because "we have to finish the job that we started! "

For a clue as to what that job is, he posted that on October 25, at 6:58 pm. Here is a TRUTH he posted earlier that day, at 1:29 pm.

"Donald J. Trump@ realDonaldTrump · October 25, 2026, 1:29 PM

Heading to Michigan to fight a Jihadist Member of the Muslim Brotherhood — A man who should never be allowed inside the Halls of our Great and Beautiful Capital Building, in Washington, D.C. Everything he stands for is bad for our Country, which is now the “HOTTEST,” by far, anywhere in the World! Because of me, the Auto Industry is doing better than it has ever done before, with Plants and Factories being built, and expanded, all over the Country, especially in Michigan. I saved Selfridge Air Force Base when the Dumocrats were closing it down, saving thousands of Jobs and the Prestige that comes along with having such a place — Only I could have done that! Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed wants our Country to go to Sharia Law. If it ever does, he should be the first that’s tried! President DONALD J. TRUMP"

I am getting a hint of Islamophobic vibes from that TRUTH. I wonder if that affects the thoughts of Iranians ? If he is openly saying that he considers someone a "Jihadist Member of the Muslim Brotherhood ", just because of their heritage, I reckon that might sway the Iranians a bit to resist him no matter what. And this is the guy who a few months ago was calling for the Iranian people to rise up. What, rise up for Trump ? When he spits out such Islamophobic venom ?

Here is an interesting snippet from PRC state media. Published yesterday. Oct 25th. Just for info to the thread.

Far-sea capabilities on display as China's 48th naval escort formation completes record Gulf of Aden mission - Global Times

A 378 day deployment to the Gulf of Aden. Including :

"the taskforce took part in the "Will for Peace 2026" joint maritime exercise in South Africa and the China-Pakistan "Sea Guardian IV" joint naval exercise in Pakistan."

And

"technical stops in Oman, Kenya, Singapore, and other countries, according to China Military Online. "

That is a different exercise from the one where the Iranian ship was sunk by the US. But it seems there has been a PRC PLAN task force in the area, I presume, while this war was going on. Although it has been away for a year, so no way to know for sure.

Saudi official says security talks in Tehran will take place today

The Saudi deputy foreign affairs minister has confirmed that the regional security talks among officials from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Turkey and Iran — members of the Makkah defence agreement — will be held in Tehran today.
The talks were earlier announced by Ali Bagheri Kani, deputy secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
Dr. Rayed Krimly, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia for Public Diplomacy, said that Prince, Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Defense, would lead the Saudi delegation. He said that Field Marshall Asim Munir, Pakistani Chief of Army Staff and Ibrahim Kalin, Director of the Turkish National Intelligence will be present as well.
From the Iran side, President Masoud Pezeshkian and the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Mohsen Rezaei, will join the talks.
According to Krimly, the talks are aimed at de-escalating the conflict in the region and supporting the efforts of mediators Qatar and Pakistan.

....
And for context re @AmberTigerEyes post above.

Houthis say they attacked Saudi oil pumping stations

Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthis said on Monday (today) they had attacked Saudi Arabia's East-West crude oil pumping stations and Riyadh airport, as rising hostilities choke oil supplies and threaten to erupt into a larger conflict, according to Reuters.
The Saudi-led coalition in Yemen said earlier it had destroyed two ballistic missile launchers in the capital Sanaa, including one used to fire a missile towards Riyadh that the coalition said it had intercepted.
There was no immediate Saudi confirmation of the Houthi attacks.

Egypt's parliament has given the green light to joining the Saudis against the Houthis. Will this offer the opportunity for a simultaneous attack against both Iran and the Houthis?

All eyes are on the Makkah defence agreement talks, mainly to assess whether the alliance is able to fill the defence void left by the US.
For my part, I'm more interested the process and how the talks will progress. The fact that Iran is in the room, tells us a lot about how Iran is actually seen by the other countries when looking at long term solutions to defense.

High turnout for the election in Israel today.

trumpredcard · Today 16:40

The Saudi-led coalition fighting the Iran-aligned Houthis in Yemen said this morning it had intercepted and destroyed ballistic missiles and drones launched by the rebels towards two regions of Saudi Arabia. The Houthis launched three ballistic missiles towards Saudi Arabia's east, and four drones towards the country's south, the coalition said.

•
The attacks came after Saudi Arabia's Minister of Defence Prince Khalid bin Salman made a surprise visit to Tehran yesterday in a push for de-escalation in the Middle East.
