"Am Yisrael Chai" is a Jewish solidarity anthem and widely used expression of Jewish people hood and an affirmation of the continuity of the Jewish people.

For those who don't know.

It's important today. Of all days.

Am Yisrael Chai.
The people of Israel live.

May the hostages be protected and safely returned and their families and friends given strength by God's grace. Let all those who grieve find comfort and peace and be protected from further harm.

I read an interview yesterday with a lady called Shari Mendes who dealt with the bodies of the female victims of October 7th. It was sad and horrific. Am Yisrael Chai.

Please leave us alone just for one day to mourn the largest pogrom suffered by Jewish people since the Holocaust.

I have a lot of sadness today, but hope too. Hope, strength and courage to us all today and each day from here.

100% support and solidarity for people of Israel

But I responded to a particular post. I am having to sit on my hands about some of these responses. If you want this to be rememberance, I understand and as I said I have deleted my posts, or asked them to be. I think you should now focus on the this thread as rememberance and not as a chance to try to start arguments.
