Boycotting Israeli products/services

I’m trying my best to support the boycott. For those doing the same - what products/services are you using instead?

The hardest one for me has been giving up on going to Disney Paris next year. I had planned it as a joint birthday present, kids will be the perfect age. But I can’t stand in Disney with my kids knowing they support a regime killing kids.

Any good alternatives to Disney, or any other brand on the list?

Firstly by obliterating the terrorist organisation that's running them.

Your claim that Israel stole the land is incorrect.

Dismantling sovereign states is not going to happen.

I do hope in your attempt to boycott anything to do with Israel you have given up your smart phone, aren’t using an Intel processor on your computer and have checked who owns the patents on any medicines you and your family are receiving, especially if they are having cancer treatment. Are you going to boycott all Chinese goods? They are conducting a genocide on the Rohingers.

How do you propose the indoctrination of the Israeli people is managed?

As I said, I am an advocate for a two state solution. Where Israel fucks off basically and leaves the Palestinians in peace, returns its stolen land and both countries try to move on.

I come from a country with a long, painful history of occupation, that is still felt in generations below me.

The solution was a two state one, unfortunately not completely two state as we lost much of our country to the occupier. But it is thankfully now peaceful, a united country is in sight and we do not breed hate and contempt toward the occupier in the way that we did.

I run a small business, which is obviously Jewish. (we also have lots of non Jewish customers - we don't serve the Jewish community exclusively) I am not Israeli, nor is my business, and we are not located in Israel. A local pro-Palestianian group just called for us to be boycotted on social media, aong with some Israeli owned businesses in the same city. I am not really sure exactly why - we are Zionist apparently?? (Nobody ever asked me my opinion on the conflict before announcing this boycott) The reasons given were so ridiculous they made no sense.

I am not really sure where I am supposed to exist.

My grandparents fled this type of persecution In Germany and Poland.

I do personally boycott companies that I consider unethical and Israeli companies and other companies operating in the occupied territories fall into that. Boycotting is one of the most simple decisions we can choose to make: deciding where to spend or money or not within our means and needs.

Beyond the personal level, there is a lot of activity within my sector to not collaborate with Israeli companies on projects. And before the usual whataboutery, yes the same people make the same arguments to boycott Chinese and Russian companies.

And do you know why they do that? Because normal decent people are horrified by human rights abuses. And they are sick and tired of the nonsense and noise generated by the usual suspects trying to claim we're too stupid or biased to understand what's going on.

With due respect, I don't imagine you'll countenance anything other than your revisionist version of history.
