Of the 50 journalists on the ground in Gaza (residents) 35 have been killed.

Another journalist killed

“Journalist Mohamed Salama, broadcaster … on Al-Aqsa satellite channel … was killed in the bombing of a house in the city of Deir al-Balah,” the Government Media Office has said.

The IDF keeps targeting journalists. ☹️

I think it is very hard to conclude anything other than the IDF are deliberately targeting journalists, terrible.

Update from CPJ March 8th

As of March 8:

• 95 journalists and media workers were confirmed dead: 90 Palestinian, 2 Israeli, and 3 Lebanese.
• 16 journalists were reported injured.
• 4 journalists were reported missing.
• 25 journalists were reported arrested.
• Multiple assaults, threats, cyberattacks, censorship, and killings of family members.

"The firing at civilians, in this instance clearly identifiable journalists, constitutes a violation of UNSCR 1701 (2006) and international law," the UNIFIL report said, referring to Security Council resolution 1701.
The seven-page report dated Feb. 27 said further: "It is assessed that there was no exchange of fire across the Blue Line at the time of the incident. The reason for the strikes on the journalists is not known."

The story is on Al Jazerra now (about the arrested journalist)

It makes it seem very likely that Israel had a lot to hide, hence they destroyed the news vans and equipment and imprisoned the reporter in an urgent need to remove evidence of their own war crimes there.

Well it makes it look that way doesn't it!!

They sure do. I am also reminded of the ICJ ruling of not destroying evidence. Not only have they chosen not to listen to the ICJ rulings, they chose to make a point of doing the opposite of what they say. It proves just how much they hold the ICJ and international law in general, in contempt.
