Of the 50 journalists on the ground in Gaza (residents) 35 have been killed.

I've just seen it too. He's lost so much and unfortunately it's only a matter of time before he is also targeted. I really hope he's not.

The poor man has lost everything. This is him bidding farewell to his son. It's very upsetting. May God give him strength and may this cruel war be over soon.

I don’t really know how much one person can endure. I’m sure part of him wishes he’d died with his family. The targeting of journalists is a war crime and it needs to stop.

She made an absolute fool of herself and came across as a total ignoramus.

The killed journalist Hamza had dedicated his last instagram post to his father, Wael. How fitting the words are after his death

Those who said Palestinians use their children as human shields , should be very ashamed of themselves , this is clearly targeted , the worst sort of punishment any parent can endure , losing all your family for reporting the truth .
at this stage , he has nothing more to lose , he will keep on working till he’s killed.

Exactly. If they can precisely target and kill journalists, they can do the exact same thing and find Hamas.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Hamza al-Dahdouh's death was "an unimaginable tragedy".
He added that "far too many innocent Palestinian men, women and children" have died in the war.

Pointless words by Blinken, but words nevertheless

He deserves an Oscar. I almost believed he cared.
Of course no mention how the “unimaginable tragedy” came to pass or who was responsible for it. If you didn’t know better you’d think Hamza was struck by lightning as opposed to being assassinated in cold blood probably by an American made weapon. Same old use of the passive voice to describe what’s happening to Palestinians rather than calling a killing a killing.
Also, how dare he compare himself as a father to Wael el Dahdouh? He should hang his head in shame!

@Desertrose2023 oh I don't believe Blinken cares. However he is a politician and therefore making the right sort of 'comments' during his tour of the middle east right now. Probably hoping it will pay off somehow
