Hello ladies, after a mammoth 47 day cycle hoping for a December baby, today is once again CD1 for me.

If all goes to plan this month my EDD would be Jan 30th so I thought I'd start the February bus as a positive step forward.

Am fully expecting to be on my own for a while but do come and sit beside me for the journey if you feel the need......

Hi all

CD24 for me and I stupidly POAS (BFN) - god knows why as AF isn't due until next Monday. I have a supply of cheapies though, so at least it isn't costing me anything..

Rockbird · 19/05/2010 17:11

Delilah, same here. I've done 4 tests all BFN but not due till Sunday so not surprising really! The days are really dragging...

PDR · 19/05/2010 17:40

According to the MN calculator, my fertile window is 20-24th May so do we think its worth starting tonight or better to wait till tomo?

Also how many times per day is optimum as both DH and I are at home "on holiday" until Sunday when we actually go on holiday IYSWIM so plenty of time to......

moulesfrites · 19/05/2010 18:52

Just thought I would let you all know I got a BFP today, at 14dpo. Cam in from work with terrible headache feeling rotten, and thought sod it, I'll take a test, even though af not due til tomorrow, and there it was. Just had to smile at DH when he got in and he knew!! Very excited but hasn't really sunk in yet! Good luck to everyone else on the bus!!

CluckyKate · 19/05/2010 18:53

Rockbird & Delilah - me too! Am on CD22 but have a short cycle and due on Sunday as well.

Don't know why I did it as I knew it would be negative [shrug]

Will have to restrain myself tomorrow and will do another on Friday I think.....

sunchild77 · 19/05/2010 19:22

YAY BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Moulesfrites

Have you had another symptoms?

sunchild77 · 19/05/2010 19:25

Sorry that should say "any other" symptoms

Are you the first BFP of the bus?

CluckyKate · 19/05/2010 19:26

Yippee - congratulations Moulesfrites & good luck for the next 36 weeks!!!

debka · 19/05/2010 19:51

Congrats moulesfrites!! Lets hope there are lots more to come!

Would love to get a bit more SWIing in but DH has had enough (managed twice....). Would it be very bad if I found someone more obliging?

decafgirl · 19/05/2010 19:56

Yay!! Congrats moulesfrites! That's great news xxx

Temps still up and down for me, no ewcm or any other sign of impending ov so just hanging on. I do keep getting 'symptoms' but have to shrug them off because my temps are clearly not pregnancy temps....on with the SWI...

delilahbelle · 19/05/2010 20:03

Congrats moulesfrites, excellent news. Keeping my fingers crossed some more of us join you.

rockbird ClucklyKate I am so tempted to test again tomorrow morning... I am going to resist until at least Friday though. Time is dragging.

moulesfrites · 19/05/2010 20:16

No sunchild, I had a few things where I thought, hmm, could this be a sign, but I don't think I would have noticed if I hadn't been looking IYSWIM. Had tingly nipples, cramps a few days ago, headachey and tired, and odd tastes in mouth. But all very slight things. Oh, and lots of people telling me I look pale!

Yes, fingers crossed lots more people join me soon, good luck to everyone!!

8rubberduckies · 19/05/2010 20:18

Congratulations moulesfrites, some good news at last!

I caved in and POAS and got a BFN, bum and double bum! I am going to POAS every few days until AF arrives now. Was probably a bit early if Sunday and Monday's cramps were by any chance implantation cramps, so will test again Monday. If still a BFN then I will then be pinning my hopes on them being ov cramps... arrrgh...

Good luck all xx

Rockbird · 19/05/2010 20:35

Congratulations moulesfrites! Here's to a long, boring, uneventful pg

Good luck everyone else, we're playing catch-up now!

Congratulations to moulesfrites!!
hello to all the newbies!
I had definite ovulation pain on sunday and tried to make the most of it with a compliant DH ;) Have managed to get a few tries in close to ov and afterwards so will now just have to wait and see...this is the worst part, but this month I have promised to take it as it comes because last 2 months I have been convinced I was pregnant each time...

tick tock, tick tock...

GinaFB · 19/05/2010 21:49

Moulesfrites that's fantastic news Congrats!!

Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone, i am assuming I am back to a 29 day cycle so am planning to test on wed next week.... It's too long to have to wait!!!

Prinpo · 19/05/2010 22:41

Moulesfrites, great news. Echo the sentiment about it being an uneventful pregnancy for you. Very best of luck.

Righty-ho, who's next?

Well I just got a BFN on a CBD. Four days early but I thought I might have got a result. Hey ho.

Cazzr · 20/05/2010 12:43

Ok after jumping off the busses for a month (was going to be more but couldn't stay away) I'm baaaaack!
Doing the cambridge diet at the moment but figured I might as well jump on this bus as over the next few weeks I should be losing a good amount of weight (lost 16lbs already) which should help fertility...crosses fingers

Anyway, added myself to the back...

Congratulations to Moulesfrites!

Well, I'm signing off for a while as we're off on jollies for 10 days and may or may not have internet access.

I'm hoping we're are 'good to go' at the moment and started SWI last night. Only prob is that DC1 was clearly not well and woke up 5 times poor love. I ended up sharing the spare bed with him and not having much sleep so my temps were a bit out this morning. After stressing thinking I may have OV'd already and missed it, have rationalised that I did it about an hour later than normal whilst lying next to a red hot child so it would reasonable to expect it to be up - or am I clutching at straws?

I soooo want this month to be our month and need my body to play ball....

So, I'll see you all when I'm back in 10 days or so. Good luck and here's a great big packet of choccie biscuits for you all . Au revioir, Orchid.

oiseau · 20/05/2010 16:09

Congratulations Moulesfrites! Great News!
Have a lovely holiday Orchid (i conceived both DSs on hols ...)
I can join the POAS too early club, did it yesterday 9DPO and obv got BFN - have now thrown all sticks away and put one in my tesco order to come on Monday when will be 14 dpo.

I have the willpower of a gnat.

No symptoms but if I think about it hard enough I feel a bit queasy! bah am clearly bordering insanity - been having weird dreams too - cat had kittens that were actually gingerbread men, and I had a baby that was a kitten... Naturaly this means I must be pg.

Purplefan · 20/05/2010 16:26

Congratulations to Moulesfrites, that is excellent news.
I am still without AF, should've come yesterday but no signs! I did POAS on Tuesday but was BFN...do you think that i could still possibly be pregnant or is it just game over? Thinking of possibly testing again 2moro?
