Hi, I am 29, been trying on and off for last 6 mnths or so for number 3, I have a dd, nearly 9, and a ds aged 3, who is disabled, I also have suffered 3 mc's, anyone else wanna join me in my journey???

Period started 14th April and curently on CD 5 and BD'd today, so the rollercoaster begins

katy, i do take my temps, and yesterday musnt have been ov pain as my temp hasnt gone up, so need to keep at it!

After ov your temp would increase, and stay up if you were pg. How specific is the thermometer you have? Does it give you to two decimal point?
Invest in a BBT thermometer, picked mine up in boots, theyre even cheaper online!

I dont have a clue about how good it is, i have only used it for the kids when they are poorly. i think im just driving my sekf nuts because i dont have a clue about temp charting.

Ok i tried the one in the ear i got, 35.9, 36.0 the 35.1 lol so then i was digging about i found one you put under your tounge (i think) and got a 36.8??

What do you think as i dont have a sodding clue?

It's difficult to say, what you need to do is take your temp on a daily basis so you can see what the average is, then on and after ov your temp will shoot up and stay up (and will remain high if you are pg)

Last month pre ov my temp ranged from 35.90 to 36.25
On & after ov they were between 36.40 to 36.75.
On CD28 it dropped right back down to 35.95 so I knew AF was due that day.

Have a look at www.fertilityfriend.com it's a great way to keep track of what's happening - it also encourages symptom spotting (not sure if that's a good thing) and gives you a % likleyhood of being pg based on your symptoms.

oooh, also have a look at the charters anonymous thread, there are some experts on there that may be able to help x

This morning i got a 36.8 again, i have a thing on my iphone that sounds very similar to fertilty friend you add all symptoms and temps etc it is very good, i have just started using it.

I hope i wont need it next month but i can see it being addictive

I think I may have ov'd yesterday(temp went sky high this morning)which isnt good as it was the only day we didnt do the deed (went out straight after work and then both passed out on the sofa when we got in

I'm hoping it's just an error, beause of the vino last night and the fact that I hauled myself up to bed at 3am and took my temp at 6am so in theory, only got 3 hours undisturbed sleep!

If you did the deed the day before it should be fine, sperm lives for days.

I have been steering away from the vino but if this month i have no luck sod it im going to have a few!!! To be honest i could do with a good night out to forget it all.

I got my cheapie tests through the post this morning, they are asking to be used lol but no point as my positive on my ovulation test only popped up on Tuesday so impossible even if i was pregnant.

RESIST, RESIST!!!!!! lol

i got 30 lol i can do atleast 2 a day :-)

OMG ok i'm an addict i went on ebay last week got a good price for 2 boxes of 2 first response test (and i blame my dh for working late and leaving me un attended) that i was bored so thought i know what i'll do a first response test.

like i always do i bust the test open as soon as controll lines appears and low and behold after shinning it under a light there is a flippin line there .. surely not?

Im due on a week today, but my ovulation stick didnt give me a positive till last Tuesday, so i would only be 4 days at the most past ovulation, hmmmmmm not getting excited!!

No i wont test again as i promised myself i wouldnt do this again, im just using my cheap ones to satisfy the urge for now i only have 1 first response left and im trying to hold out for atleast thursday (doubt i'll wait till then)

Ha! I've got 1 clear blue digital, one boots cheapie, one superdrug cheapie and 3 online cheapies (donated by a very kind mumsnetter).

I have tonight taken them from the bathroom and shoved them in the back of a draw in the bedroom to at least remove the need to POAS everytime I go for a wee!!

I am only 5DPO and was convinced I was getting cramps and had a wierd taste in my mouth yesterday - needless to say, it was all in my head as there are no such symptoms today!!

Ok wait for it .. i have 30 internet cheapie, 4 first response tests and 2 digitals wooooo hooooo.

I had a good few cramps today, a really sore left boob like a shooting pain?!

symptoms all come and go, i know that from my 2 pregnancys, hold on to them all good signs

Feel like this pregnancy will never happen .. i have no symptoms today at all nothing!!! i certainly dont feel pregnant. gutted.
I think woman that do this every month are amazing it has just drained me!!

I've been really fed up too over the last couple of days, I havent been able to speak to DH without snapping at him - poor soul!

I think my grouchy-ness started on Monday when we were out and about and every where I looked there were couples with kids. At one point, we were sat on a playing field and we were literally, the only ones there with no children. It was a good job I had my sunglasses on

Whenever I have a few minutes by myself, I just sit and feel so sorry for myself.

Wonder if it's EVER going to happen

Hello, how is everyone?

Well, I started getting loads of syptoms last week - cramps, really tired, really ratty, heavy boobs and my skin has broken out a bit. I'm still only 10dpo so I don't think theyre PMS.

However, once again all of these syptoms have vanished!

Did a test on Friday as I was so convinced as felt really rough BFN, to be fair was only 8dpo

I got my bfp yesterday very scared but happy.

I was getting negatives up untill yesterday which was the day before af. plus i dont have any symptoms and last month i had them all. so dont give up, what tests are you using?

I'm now just waiting for AF to show, got another BFN today so don't hold much hope. I'm on CD25 11DPO.
I've been using the online cheapies and a superdrug cheapie today.

I've accepted the fact that this month wasnt THE month, I just want AF to hurry and show up otherwise it means next month I will be TTC at Glastonbury - not ideal!
