Hi everyone,

OV calc says due date would be 31st Dec but didn't want to be on my own at the bottom of the Dec bus. Am on cycle 3 of proper trying as dp not been as willing to DTD knowing he HAS to impregnate me .
Hope someone hops on to keep me company soon

can i sneak on and hide away at the back of the bus? we aren't officially ttc yet but, erm, well lets just say my willpower broke!

how early can morning sickness start? im trying to work out if i had a dodgy curry last night or if there is more to the fact that i woke up and threw up today. did a test which was a BFN but then im not remotely due to test till at least next Friday so it would be wouldn't it!

I am going for a visit home to my in-laws on Monday till the following Monday so will test again on the 4th may unless i get some conclusive proof in the meantime or my willpower breaks again!

mummychicken · 25/04/2010 08:43

Welcome Matumble - think it's a bit too early for morning sickness, that doesn't rule it out though as there are some who get it a few days after conception. Here's hoping though...

How are the boobs?- that's is normally the real tell tale sign

bossyboop · 25/04/2010 09:53

I want sore boobs! You know on all threads on all the websites EVERYONE gets sore boobs but with dd i never did lol...until she was born, so although i keep looking out for it and give a hopeful prod im not expecting anything, instead im looking out for retching at the smell of the tumble dryer, tho note to self, in 10 days time pop the tumble dryer on!

matumble · 25/04/2010 11:05

i thought it was a little early too, trying to remember the point at which it hit with the others, i know it was very early with dd3, but had a lot going on so couldnt tell you how many weeks. boobs are fine but i have never had sore boobs before.

my telltale is that my figure changes very early, i have never got past 6 weeks in the clothes i was wearing pre preg, with dd2 a family friend asked at week 5 based on my figure!

trying very hard to be sensible, didnt actually want to fall this early hence not actively trying yet but at the same time i would be over the moon if i was so feeling a bit split right now

you would think by dc4 i would have this cracked wouldn't you!

HongKongBaby · 25/04/2010 12:01

Congratulations louindevon!

Sorry to those moving on to Feb bus, no doubt I will be joining you there shortly....

Pandasam fingers x'd for you, when are you going to test again will you wait a few days now? I sort of think boobs might be sore but more than likely just ill fitting underwear is the cause.

Good luck all.

Prinpo · 25/04/2010 15:47

Hope everyone's had a good weekend. Think I'm a bit early to start symptom spotting but no doubt I'll be imagining all sorts in the coming week.

Just have to say that I am feeling sooooooooo broody today. I JUST WANT A BABY, PLEASE. NOWNOWNOWNOWNOWNOWNOW!!!!!!!

There, needed to get that off my chest.

rosieposey · 25/04/2010 17:44

Hello ladies, still nothing going on here, tested this morning and nothing 10/11 dpo and usually would expect to see something on 20miu tests by now. Am pretty resigned to AF coming but am very pleased to see another BFP Congratulations Louindevon!

Will keep checking in but expecting AF within the next 3 days.

PandaSam · 25/04/2010 19:04

I'd love to say I'm not going to test again til AF due on 29th but as I have a whole stack on internet cheapies I imagine I'll carry on doing morning tests! (I'm a sucker for punishment)

rosieposey My internet cheapies say they are 10miu - does that mean if I haven't seen anything yet I probably wont?

sparklyrainbow · 25/04/2010 19:44

hi all

got a BFP this morning, quietly pleased but wary as had a mc in February, is only my first cycle after a period. Hopefully this one will stick.

PandaSam, I did internet cheapy on Wed pm (was due Friday) and nothing, did another one Friday pm and got something (wasn't really a line, more a blob- very cheap cheapy) and confirmed this morning with a CBdigi. The real sign for me is how tired I have been though!

Good luck everyone x

Bensmum76 · 25/04/2010 19:50

Congratulations Sparkly, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you that everything goes ok xx

PandaSam · 25/04/2010 19:54

Congratulations sparkly. Really hope all goes well for you this time. Positive thinking

You have given me renewed hope!!

specialsmasher · 25/04/2010 20:15

I'm sure I have sore boobs - fingers crossed!

Just wanted to write that down as maddening not sharing anywhere else!

Definitely sore...

mummychicken · 25/04/2010 20:33

Congraulations Sparkly smasher verY jealous of your sore boobs. I'm also on day 23 but nothing yet. (mind you my cycle is a bit longer so there is hope.....)

specialsmasher · 25/04/2010 20:39

Probably come to nothing... hard not to get excited though!

rosieposey · 25/04/2010 20:44

Pandasam Each pg is different, for my DS i got a postive hpt 5 days early, last month when i was pg i got a positive at 8dpo on the 10miu and the 20miu although they turned neg. This time i have no symptoms, and no second line at 10/11 dpo - i should really be expecting to see something by now especially as i know because of opks more or less to the day when i ovulated. You might be completely different and as sparkly says you could still be in the running. Congratulations btw Sparkly thats lovely news!

mummychicken · 25/04/2010 20:45

I think people are going to start talking about me and the amount of boob-prodding I'm currently doing

valkilly · 26/04/2010 00:43

I've been lurking on this thread for the last few weeks but finally got up the courage to post now.
My details are:
valkilly TTC#2, Cycle 1, UCL28-30, CD30

Planning to POAS in the morning (even though I know I should wait until the day after AF is due, I just can't). I've had lots of symptoms for the last 2 weeks (which I also had with DS1, pretty much from 1DPO) - tiredness, nausea, heartburn, metallic taste, sore and bigger boobs, cramping and weight gain. If I don't get a BFP I'll be making a doctor's appointment anyway, as there must be something else wrong!

Probably jinxed it now by finally posting on here

Have really enjoyed being a spectator of the bus for the last 2 weeks - the 2WW is awful tho! Thanks for keeping me entertained

matumble · 26/04/2010 06:40

congratulations sparkly and good luck valkilly

still throwing up this end, was fine after about 10am yesterday and this morning feel like rubbish again. not convinced yet

Bensmum76 · 26/04/2010 07:07

Hi all, tested this morning as was due on yesterday but got a big fat negative! Just thrown a bit of a strop over it with my DH as am concerned that we could have another 8 week cycle like last month and trying to work out when I would actually be ovulating!
I really wouldn't mind so much if I just had a 4 week cycle and knew where I was each month rather than looking into the horizon for my AF!! Oh well back to the drawing board as they say......

womanlytales · 26/04/2010 09:54

COngrats sparky and best of luck valkilly.

Sorry about the bfn bensmum76

Am at the very bottom of the list - start my 2ww on May 02.

valkilly · 26/04/2010 10:58

Thanks for the good luck wishes ladies.

Well I tested this morning and got BFN - am disappointed but still "feel" pregnant (and no signs of AF coming yet either), so hopefully it was just too early.
I'm 14 DPO - am thinking of waiting til Thurs/Fri before POAS again if AF doesn't appear.
Was so disappointed but while there's no AF, there's still hope - right??!

ImpatientHove · 26/04/2010 11:08

Hi all ? well af arrived this morning. But on the positive side my cycle was only 30 days, which after having very very long cycles a few years ago before I started the pill, is a relief.

Congratulations Louindevon and Sparklyrainbow

Good luck to you all ? I am off to join the February bus but will pop back to see how many lovely BFPs you are getting on the Jan bus

valkilly · 26/04/2010 11:29

Sorry to hear that ImpatientHove but at least its good news about your cycle. Best of luck on the Feb bus.

Forgot to say in my earlier posts, congrats to Louindevon and Sparklyrainbow.

PandaSam · 26/04/2010 11:46

Sorry about the BFNs valkilly and bensmum. I got a BFN this morning but am still hoping!
