not started one of these threads for a while but have moved on from my enforced ttc break and we shall give it another go. however, I have one rule.

NO TESTING BEFORE 14DPO, its for your own good!

aargh agree its a total pain that early preg symptoms are like af symptoms - why can´t it be more clear cut?!!

good luck for those risking a test this weekend. As for me I counted wrong, today was day 34, still no af. feel like i´m having a lot of clear discharge (sorry tmi ) but am wearing pantyliners everyday in anticipation of af starting so not sure. and can´t remember if this is normal sign of af for me or not. I don´t know. slight feeling of af coming on today (light discomfort in tummy, not quite cramps) and absolutely no nausea or anything so maybe tonight or tomorrow af will show up. At any rate i am NOT testing til cheapies arrive which might be monday or even tuesday. if no af or tests by tues am I will be 38 so will probably crumble and buy one.

so you have held out then lou and will continue to do so, this can only mean you have no tests in the house.

maveta how long is your cycle usually?

I would like to let you know in all my time ttfc I have bought 7 internet cheapies and have still got one left [proud face emoticon] That might have more to do with my previous spotting at 9 dpo. But can now make it to 11 dpo without any signs of the witch. Its too depressing getting BFNs!

Doesn't stop me getting excited each month.....

thanks Lucy! No cramps per se, poss slight discomfort. I really wish I knew what was normal for me PMS wise but was on the depo with no periods for years, then pg with DD, then on coil, so I have no idea.

roll on tomorrow morning. Will try and log on and let you know how I get on.

cycle can be 28-39 days last cycle 28 days, not had longer than 35 since august but it varies so much. Earlier this week I was sure I was having suspicious symptoms but two (expensive) BFNs have put paid for that so now its just waiting...

good luck all! glad I´ve self imposed a test ban for the weekend or i could see myself chucking another 20 quid down the pan.

redandyellow, Im sorry sweet, that sounds like an evap line to me. try top hold off for 4 more days (at least) that way if it was a line it will get stronger

lou, i would wait til monday. if you expect spotting by mon you will be even more depressed by a bfn/p then spotting.

lucy, nice to see youve been keeping everyone in line

apologies if Ive missed anyone out - brain not engaged (surely thats a symptom right and nowt to do with late night/early morning/bottle of rose combo? )

i am CD21 and am trying not to obssess, but its so bleddy hard! i keep thinking "what if" the odds are against us though and i know that

I'm determined not to test early next month - I've been completely ridiculous this month and I know it . Its lucky I did buy the internet cheapies or I may have had to remortgage the house

lol i know how tempting it is though. when i was pg with ds i got a bfp 7d before my period was due, and so when we tried again i was a frequent early tester. now, if it werent for my ep/mc's, i would wait until my period was at least 2w late.

Queen - I know what you mean, it is hard not to start obsessing. Fingers crossed for you.

I tested this morning with a first reponse and got a BFN AF hasn't arrived yet, but I thought it would be neg as soon as I woke up as my boobs were noticeably less sore. If I'm going on a 28 day cycle, AF not actually due till Monday although if I ov when I thought I did today would be 14 DPO. Just waiting for AF to show up now.

Spotting started yesterday. 10 dpo. I thought my cycle was getting better up to 12 dpo with no spotting but now its back to 10. Am going to doctors on Monday to see if they can put me forward for some tests.....

Its ok - its just depressing that is all. Hopefully when I get tests and have the hypno / acupuncture that will all help. If not I will just have to sob. Luckily I have a beautiful DS so not all so bad.

Well I tested this morning and there is definitely a line there but again not sure if it is an evaporation line, do they come up pink still? There is a very, very faint pink line that even OH could see so I am not totally imagining things! I had a mc last month so 4 weeks ago, it can't still be hormone in my system from that can it?

It took about 5 minutes to come up and the test said works in three minutes. Stupid tests, I hope I have taught myself a lesson here!

I still have the digital tucked away and the only thing making me want to do it tomorrow is otherwise I will have to do it a workday morning and then go to work all depressed if it is neg. I am cd29 today so if I have longer cycles I could only be in theory 9dpo so I need to leave it but it's sooooooooooooo hard.

I have also discovered that if you prod your boobs enough to determine if they are sore, they will be sore and it will help you imagine even more symptoms
