Yep know exactly what you mean Pops. Things have settled down since the teachers' jobs are no longer underthreat but our TAs are up in the air. Just tough with the work load. We are trying hard with getting levels up & a change in staffing. It's been an odd sort of term & it's still under 4 weeks left!

How's everyone else?

had some pamper time this evening. DH is on shifts so I came in & had a soaky hot bath with a cuppa. Now in my sloggy pjs & gonna cook dinner in a bit!

Hi all, it's been a while since I last posted on here, not really been feeling myself and had a lot on with DP ex wife taking us to court for custody of kids. Just wish everything would be back to normal.
How is everyone?
Good luck to all ttc xxx

Fairygodmother1 · 08/03/2010 20:41

Well not feeling yourself can be a good sign. Hope the court case is going the way you want it to!

CD17 today & so far had no EWCM so that proves the clomid was making my body do the right thing. So not ovulated yet (if I will at all) so will be a long cycle I feel!

It's all horrible really.

Not slept really last night. Don't know why. Just lots of tossing & turning.

How's everyone else?

I hope it is a good sign Fairy. The court case is going our way atm but we gotta go back on 29th for final thing so hopefully the judge will see that they're better off with us. The CAFCASS officer certainly thought so, she advised the judge to go in favour of us.
When do you know more about IVF?
Hopefully you'll sleep better tonight.
Good luck to all ttc xxx

stac14 · 09/03/2010 17:36

Hi ladies

Scan went great, no more pics though the sonographer couldnt tell for sure as lo had legs closed but she said 55% girl, now I know this will sound impatient but we are going for a 3d scan to find out for sure lol All measurements were good and baby is perfectly healthy

How is everyone? Just going on a search to see how much a 3d is, dont need all the measurements and stuff done so just want a gender check up must admit its a nice feeling to think it may be a girl as we already have a boy each xxx

Fairygodmother1 · 09/03/2010 18:56

Beck not a good night again. Just come home from work shattered every night at the mo. Still waiting to hear about IVF.

Stac Think they're about £100+ depending on your package. It will def tell if its a boy or girl! I've seen a friends & she's def having a boy!

stac14 · 10/03/2010 14:41

hey lauren great to hear from you, you must have had such a rough time so glad you and the babies are well. Hows motherhood? I am 21 wks, lo didnt want to tell us what it is but going for gender scan, told yesterday its 55% girl. So of course still dont know, baby is fit and healthy thankfully lol. So glad you got in touch. X

Ladies lauren was on the other thread popsy, pink and i were on. She got pg with twins on clomid.

How are you all? fairy has the stuff at work calmed down?

becky hows court going? Thinking of you,we went through the same with stepson and his mum. Hey to everyone else x

Venetia2 · 10/03/2010 16:52

Hi all,
Lauren I am new since you left but congratulations on the twins!

Hi everyone else. Fairy sorry you aren't having much sleep at the moment.

Stac sounds like all is good with you?

Hi everyone else. I have smoke coming out of my ears at the moment. Have been waiting in all day for a delivery, unless it turns up in the next 5 minutes I am going to explode. Why do they say delivery between 9 and 5 and then not give you any warning they aren't coming???
And deep breathes.....

Other than this am plodding along, doing pretty well. CD25 I think, have resisted POAS early, am just going to wait. Not hugely hopeful but not as despairing as last month, so all good really.

stac14 · 10/03/2010 17:21

ven i am good hun, just the spd but have physio next week. I hate when delivery drivers do that to you, especially when they don't you a time waste of a day! Hope they have come. Glad your ok other than the delivery x

Ladybird10 · 10/03/2010 17:37

Hi Ladies

Stac how exciting that you might be having a girl, that would be nice especially as you already have 2 boys, but i suppose as long as it's healthy thats the main thing.

Hi Lauren it's nice to hear a success story, hope your babies are well now after arriving early. That must have been quite scary. I would love to have twins

Ven have you had any pg symptoms or any feelings? I think i'm pregnant every month, my body tricks me, it always ends in dissapointment.

We have managed to bd quite a bit this month so at least i can say we tried if af arrives, only cd19.

Hi to everyone else, hope your all ok.

xxxxx

Fairygodmother1 · 10/03/2010 21:18

Hi all!

Feel absolutely wrecked. Still not sleeping well, more for the fact that I'm constantly moving aroud the bed! Work still tough with tons to do.

Also hitting rock bottom again with feeling that it's never gonna happen. the prickly me is coming out again what with it being mothers day on Sunday. Bless 2 of my goddaughters as they've sent me a card! That'll cheer me up .

How's it going all? I'm guessing everyone is busy at the mo.

Hi all, stac court seems to be going in our favour but will know for definate on 29th, hopefully they'll be staying with us. Surely the judge will see they're better off with us, their mum can't look after herself, nevermind 2 kids as well. It's not a nice thing to have to go through and it certainly isn't nice for the kids, they both feel torn between their mum and dad and its awful.
Anyway, how is everyone? AF due for me 2morra, dreading it .
Good luck to all ttc xxx

stac14 · 11/03/2010 10:10

{{hugs}} for you fairy and becky

fairy do you think its the extra pressure from work making you feel worse? Remember if you want to chat we're here or if you want to mail me i'l give you my e-mail addy. Also since i'm sad i have bebo and facebook, if anyone wants to add me

becky i know english and scottish law are different but the judge usually rules in favour of the recommendations given to them. Dp's son live with sil, and has done since he was 5, his mum is a drug addict who has had very sporadic contact. We decided dss needed to feel secure so sil asked for parental rights which she got. I'm not certain of your situation but if kids have been with you a while then the court is likely to favour you as its unfair to upheave them, but they may offer the mum weekends etc x

Fairygodmother1 · 11/03/2010 20:49

beck i think I'm about 10 days behind you! I def haven't ovulated yet & today got weird stomach muscle aches! Hope the court case come out best for the kids

Stac I have facebook too! Would be nice to Keep in touch (I know we'll always have mn!). I think work has really got me stressed out. My blood pressure is def up! BTW Clure is still alive (bless her) she's just overwhelmed & snowed under i think. I'm sure she'll get a post in over the weekend.

beckylou85 · 12/03/2010 18:30

Hey all, the bitch (AF) got me today. I feel so crap and almost passed out with the pain. 1 last shot at clomid then I'll be where you are fairy.
We had a letter today from solicitor, kids mum has asked for us to start sending money for when the kids stay with her in the school holidays, the cheeky cow has never paid a thing for them and now she wants us to pay her when she spends time with them. I've gone mad and said we'll send the kids with a bag of food instead.
Anyway hows everyone else?
Good luck to all ttc xxx

stac14 · 12/03/2010 18:43

popsy1 · 12/03/2010 19:25

Hello all

Just thought i'd let you all know about my scan today. Unfortunately my worries have come true and the sonographer uttered those hideous words, i'm sorry to tell you......
Apparently our baies organs are growing outsude lo's body.I was rushed over to the city hospital near by and I've had to have a cvs done today. I feel so numb. Theres so many hurdles to go over i'm not sure i can cope with it all. We are both so scared. I cant process it all.
Sorry to off load on you ladies hope you have all had a better day

Can I ask those of you who are mums already, What age did you begin to introduce food?

My bro's girlf has hit the roof cos my sister (who has 2 kids of her own & trained nursery nurse) let my baby nephew who's 3 months old LICK a crisp! She's told my sister it's her choice when he's ready & to never feed her child again but he's ready as he's trying to copy eating & grabbing for food when people have food!
