How's that for ridiculous symptoms at 4dpo.

Gutted. AF turned up FOUR days late. Am always regular. I don't think it should be allowed to tease you. If you are going to get stupid AF it should arrive on the alloted day and not wait for four days so that you get your hopes all up and spend four bloody days getting all excited and going to the loo every few minutes and putting the conception date into a website so that you know when you can go on maternity leave. Naughty Naughty AF. Glad I got that out my system. Now to the December Bus xxx

I have never had a regular cycle. I only put 37 as my ucl as that's what the last cycle was. Although contrary to my last post I'm really really not sure where in my cycle I am. Cm has stepped up from sticky to creamy [sorry for tmi, but these are my only signs as I can't temp and I'm so irregular) and cervix has completely changed shape from long and pointy to flat and round. Last time I thought it was a pg symptom but then it turned out to be ovulation. So back to swi, just in case. And I'm feeling so crampy it is really not putting me in the mood.

stuffedmk I think I am due AF around the same time as you. Am going to wait till mother's day to test as I think a Mother's day BFP would be nice. Not sure if I'll actually hold out that long though....

Would someone kindly offer me there bus knowledge guidance. I am irregular, so how do i give my stats...

I never know when the dreaded AF is due......I am 6 days late, had a BFN.......I am pretty sure i should be hopping along to the Dec bus but just need some help for me to give my stats, i never know really know what they are!!

pinkiepoo I am also irregular. You could just put your shortest cycle and your longest cycle eg ucl25-37 days. And how do you know you're 6 days late if you don't know when af is due? When was the first day of your last period? Count that as cycle day (cd) 1 and then put which cd youre on today.
Also how many cycles have you been trying? That's your cycle #.

Do you know when you ovulated this cycle? You should be able to test 2 weeks after ovulation. If it's negative then your period should turn up within the next couple of days. If not it's quite likely with your irregular cycles that you ovulated later than you thought.

I am having similar issues. I thought I ovulated last weekend or the Monday just gone. But my body is giving me mixed messages at the moment so we're continuing to have sex just in case. If it's true that I'm yet to ovulate then I may be looking at jumping onto the December bus as my due date would be early dec rather than late nov. I'm thinking of testing next weekend and if it's negative I'll move along.

Think I might be getting of this bus soon. Spotting 10 dpo not a good sign. Was at 12 dpo last few months. Bummer.

TMI alert it was of bright red variety. Will mention early bleeding to doctor.

Anyone else having trouble SWI at the right time? This is cycle 4 of TTC for me, but feel as if it's cycle 1 as we've not got it right yet. Now this month is looking out too - feeling rather down. Can anyone give me any hope?

My cycles have been 26, 26, 30, 29, 26 days since coming off the pill. Based on my observations, if this were a 26 day cycle I should have got EWCM on Thursday. We SWI on Tuesday and Wednesday. No EWCM + no DH on Thursday (He got in from work at 8am Friday morning). No EWCM Friday so managed to get to town after work and bought some ovulation tests. Tested last night at 6pm and lines were equally dark. Tested this morning at 11am - test line was much darker than control line. This also coincides with some EWCM-(ish!) last night and this morning. So I figure ovulation sometime today (Saturday). DH worked Friday night - got in at 3am this morning. He's now asleep on the sofa and back off to work at 3pm. He's really , really tired but I need to have sex! Kind of asked him earlier and he said "No way!" .

So I know that, technically, sperm can survive for 5 days or whatever, but if you actually read into it, it mainly says just a couple of days - 5 days would be exceptional. He's off tomorrow, but he won't be home 'til 3am again and if we do manage to SWI it'll likely be in the evening before we go to sleep, which I think will be too late based on ov tests.

So if you've managed to read all of my ramblings - do you think that there is any hope this month, or should I just resign myself to the December bus?

(Sorry for the moan - I know we haven't been trying long compared to some people - but just feel like we haven't really been trying at all.)

Wondering if I can hold out until Mothers day....it would be nice if it was BFP....Think I will try. Plus I suppose if it neg or AF turns up then I can insist on being pampered cos it mothers day.

I may need some help to stop me testing early ladies!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Loopymumsy - he went to work at 2pm so no chance today but will try for tomorrow. Just feeling fed up today as we never seem able to get the timing right but feel guilty having to persuade him to have sex when he'd really tired and not feeling great. Just wish we both worked 9-5 and could give it a proper shot at the right time.

Am sure I'll feel better tomorrow - after all, we just get to keep trying to try!

Sorry to hear your troubles purple If it makes you feel any better we have been trying for ages for #2, and this month have only swi once. Come to that have only s w or without i once. I did say the other night that I was going to bed if he felt like joining me, and he said that the only thing he would be doing if he went to bed was to go to sleep. This was at 10pm, he then mucked around and went outside to do jobs till midnight. Needed to rant. Sorry.

Oh feeling optomistic as nipples soar a little I don't normally symptom spot but definatly noticed this the last 2 days, dh noticed! I am on day 19. 9 days to Af really feel positive this month as we finaly were'nt both tiered and were in the mood. We are both in agreement that this ttc thing shoudldn't get obsessive as I know I can let it get to me. Still terrified of a positive as I would have to tell mil and she ain't positive about that sort of thing. Dh and I are agreed we will waite till bump shows and deny everything till we can't nolonger.Hence no one knows about our ttc for no.5 No other symptoms yet but no pmt either. Updated my cd .

Loopy me too! I got a BFN as well. Coem on, we said we wouldn't test til the 15th!

I need to waite till the 15th too. In the past I got a BFP 4 days before af was due so I am going to test friday next week.
