I'm sitting here with my foot up on a cushion, took a big tumble this morning and thought everything was ok so went out, then sat down to have a coffee and my twisted ankle stiffened up and now I can only hobble . Feel very sorry for myself but strangely enjoying not being able to make the coffee after dinner etc etc.
When do you reckon temps go down in a normal cycle? I was playing with a thermometer with my DS this morning and we were taking temps and mine was just over 37, it normally sits around 36.4.
I've been doing really well with not symptom spotting - mainly because I have NO symptoms to spot. Now I've blown it and am in full-fledged madness. Oh well, only a few days to go before AF will appear. I don't really get many symptoms beforehand, just cramping the evening before it arrives around midnight. This doesn't help the madness unfortunately as I just that little whisper of hope - maybe it won't turn up this time when the day before I still feel normal.
Sigh.
