got my fingers crossed for you ccpink.
i'm getting stressed now, AF is due Thurs/Fri and although i've got slight sore boobs its nothing different than usual. Feeling disappointed already. I was trying so hard to be positive BFP hehe but its just not happening. how's everyone else doing?

ccpink · 01/06/2009 15:48

tested today - in middle of day when I'd got test and BFN. Still no period?!?! Why am I doing this to myself I wonder. Will test first wee in the morn but not hopeful. Think I should have waited a lot longer - cd 32 today but last month was a 31! Aaaargh!

Squarah · 01/06/2009 15:55

ccpink don't lose hope - it's not over till the AF gets you! You too missiek. I'm feeling weird about it anyway, have bought another test as I'm not feeling any different at all. I felt sick and tired for 10 days then it went and the following day I had a BFP (faint) but since then feel totally normal. Last pregnancy I felt sick generally and espeically in the car but none so far. Making me worry this isn't going to work out.

I'm going to do a clearbue conception indicator tomorrow morning to try to prove it to myself. We've told family and some close friends but it just sounds like words - I can't get excited about it unlike last time. Don't know why.

Fingers crossed for all the waiting and BDing ladies!

popsocks · 01/06/2009 18:34

Ccpink - fingers and toes crossed for you. Sometimes the pg hormones take a while to kick in. Agree with sqaurah - until af arrives they you wont know.

Squarah- Congratulations!!! Try not to worry - the symptoms can be different for evey pg so don't read into it too much. Did you take the clearblue today?

Nothing much to report. Spent another weekend decorating and trying to ignore the cramps that I keep getting. I have had them about 5 times over the last 7 cycles so I know they don;t mean anything but they aren't af ones either. Also, have very sore boobs but am not getting hopes up. I was quite down on saturday as my sister in law announced she was pg and while I am really happy for her I couldn't help crying after she left. My dh and I ended up going for a walk to clear my head which was lovely but we passed 11 pg woman on the way (I counted!)- it's like a consipiracy. Feeling very down at the moment as loads of horrible things happening in my family (one death and one accident resulting in intensive care visit and thats only since friday). Feel spent emmotionally and not sure I can cope with af arriving this weekend amongst everything else.

Josie22 · 02/06/2009 10:06

Sorry just re read post - ccpink meant unless af arrives not until! Am hoping it doesn't!

leonifay · 02/06/2009 16:28

ovulation is on its way woohoo!! its the first time since mc and i just want to get back in to it again now. i poas this morning (digi one) and got a very very faint line (when i took the stick out of the holder) i know its on its way because it always starts really faint then gets stronger and stronger untill its a definate positive on a digi.
i'm so excited its on its way!!

leonifay · 02/06/2009 16:31

josie i cant believe you counted! lol although i did the same thing when dh took me out to forget about everything.

i really hope it doesnt arrive and you get some good news you sound like really need. {{{hugs to you}}}

Squarah · 02/06/2009 16:32

Thanks for your kind words Josie22 I did do the test today and it said Pregnant, conception 2-3 weeks ago so there must be plenty of pregnancy hormone flying around. Feeling much better about it and might actually get excited now. Just need to celebrate not feeling horrendous! I really hope things calm down for you - sounds like you've been through a great deal right now.
[hugs]

leonifay may the force be with you!!!

ccpink · 02/06/2009 19:47

Hi all
Josie sending you virtual hugs sounds like you need it! It sounds like me counting the pregnant bumps all around you.
leonifay - go for it girl
Squarah happier congrat's now you're sure
missie - hope the twinges aren't auntie poking you
well nothing new here - still no af but bfn this morning.God knows. Have booked to see the doc on Fri as if my cycle is this messed up and I'm preg then I might need clomid again - did for #1! Just wish something would happen though
speak soon
hugs

Summer2008 · 03/06/2009 07:57

Hi All,

I am hoping off this bus and on to the March bus now. AF got me this morning.

Wishing you all the best of luck!!

missiek · 03/06/2009 09:07

well i'm sorry girls, but i'm hopping off, got a March 2010 bus to catch!
ccpink fingers crossed for you and leonifay. Big hug for you Josie22
Congrats Squarah, thats brill news. Baby dust to all, good luck!!!!

Josie22 · 03/06/2009 10:16

Thanks for the hugs guys. Feeling more positive today as brother out of hospital so at least I can stop stressing about that.

Leonifay - so glad that its all getting back on track for you and I really hope that it happens for you this month.

Squarah - so pleased that you are feeling excited as it is so exciting!!! 2-3 weeks...does that make it a feb or a march baby?

ccpink - hope it turns out well and the doctors can give you some good news (or at least some advice/reassurance). Still no af could be a good sign.

Missiek - any news - hope they weren't af cramps.

Congratulations to the new BFP's, it's lovely news.
Think AF is knocking on my door, have been pink spotting for past three days. Do you think I should count this as the start of AF or wait a bit? Only asking as last month similar thing happened and I counted it as the start of new cycle, if I'm wrong then I'm only CD 26. Thanks!

Cosmosis · 03/06/2009 18:55

I'm getting off the bus, AF seems to be here.

Maisie, TCOYF says to count the first day of proper flow as CD1

MaisieBoo · 03/06/2009 19:15

Just put myself in the right place, thanks for the info Cosmosis, now not sure why I should be spotting so early

Dear ladies,

Hello, may I join you?

Lizkin TTC1 Cycle 2 UCL 28-32 CD16

Very late getting on this bus, hope there's still room!

Josie22 · 04/06/2009 12:47

Plenty of room Lizkin - Welcome and throwing baby dust your way!

Bit bored of waiting for af to come. Just waiting for Saturday as have decided I will test then with first response - due Sunday but am off with family (for funeral ) until monday night and don't want to test with everyone arround Really want something to happen. If nothing this month I am going to go to the doctors - do you think 8 months is too short a time to be ttc - I know that 12 months is the "official" time for my age group but am going slightly bonkers with all this and just want to know either way? Also, am going to start temping which along with cm watching and opk's should give me plenty to obsess over!!

Hope everyone else is well!

Sorry you are down about it taking so long Josie...and when we're all cycle watching the months really do drag on and on! I think if you went to the doc they would just say wait until 12 months...there's not much that's of any use they can do before then... and especially if you came off the pill; give your body a chance. It will happen Temping isa really good way to know if you are actually ovulating though.

Just another update for all the girls that jumped off the bus...

Squarah · 04/06/2009 19:28

Thanks for the various congrats ladies.

Josie according to my lmp I'm due 29.1.10 but I have such long cycles that I think it's more likely first few days of feb. I've asked for an early dating scan but I'm not sure if I'll get one. Worth a go 'though!

It depends on your GP whether they'll start investigating early or not - they might consider doing some blood tests and semen analysis because sometimes they take a while as they need to repeat them. Go and see a friendly GP and see what they say. 80% of couples having regular BDing get preggers within a year but obviously quite a few of those will be closer to a year. 90% in 2 years (am a GP myself...goes off to hide in corner after hopefully spreading some babydust and happy vibes! )

ccpink · 04/06/2009 19:58

Your secret is out now Squarah so we can quiz you now. I'm going back tomorrow. Am hoping he'll give me Clomid as needed it first time round and have been off pill since September. Is the time the same for no2?!? 10 months is nearly 12!!!!
