xxxx

Angelfifi · 11/06/2009 14:41

fingers crossed for everyone or should i say legs crossed!!!

Clwc · 11/06/2009 19:15

Hi pme. I see. I think I've been getting sore bbs every month for the past 6 months at least. Probably because I've been more conscious of what my body is telling me. This month, they're not so sore (maybe they will be next week), and I've had those weird twitches again today. Mother Nature can be a real bitch sometimes, making us hope like this.

Angelfifi, crossing your legs is no good if you are TTC! lol. Ta for the finger-crossing though. xx

Joycey29 · 11/06/2009 20:26

Hi guys - gutted for all you who got BFN - still as iate always used to say - it aint over til the witch arrives.

Keep those witch weapons out and at the ready to fend her off!!
Hope you get the scan iate as I know the wait would kill you!!
I'm now 16 weeks and awaiting my next scan appt.
There is hope ladies!
Babydust all round!

proudestmummyever · 11/06/2009 21:19

OracleInaCoracle · 11/06/2009 22:37

hi all, hope you are well!

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 12/06/2009 05:31

thought id pop on as im up. Have woken this morning with no sore boobs which im taking as a bad sign as last time i mc this is what happened. They still feel heavy and sore but i rely on then tenderness to tell me everything is ok.
Definately going into epu now, cant face waiting over the weekend.
Have not got any bleeding or cramps but am worrying about mmc. Will let you know how i get on. I shall be at those doors at 7:30 joining the que! Will have to go alone as no one else can come with me, and i think its far to early to ask my iltte sis who will just tell me im being silly anyway.

ReneRusso · 12/06/2009 09:31

iate, hope everythings ok let us know
lissie whats going on? any symptoms?

lucygrif · 12/06/2009 09:32

oh iate - hope everything goes ok for you - I'm sure it will. Isn't it natural for the tenderness to die down at some point? How far on are you now? xx

lucygrif · 12/06/2009 09:54

cwlc those twitchy feelings are weird aren't they? I had a major spasm the other day and have had slight twitches ever since but not sure if i'm imagining them or if they are just wind!!!

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 12/06/2009 11:05

Hi all, forgot to post update on here, then suddenly fell asleep and woke with a dead are! never fall asleep sitting up lol im getting pillow in a bit to snooze again!! ok....

Realised was prob jumping the gun a bit so went tescos when they opened at 7 and tested in their loos on the basis if bfp id come home and stop being silly and if not bfp then id go to epu.

Got bfp again before pee had reached the 2nd window, along with 3 spare tests for when i get stupid again, i just went into full blown panic mode but after googling it seems common, they dont have to hurt every day!! I am going to call my midwife today and ask if they can refer for to epu some time next week as it drove me crazy this morning. I lined all my test up to compare them to (how sad am I!!) Tescos must love me, by the way still 4 for £9 at the moment!

and electric just went as was typing this so of i popped with the dog, and left house keys inside! neighbour had to climb in through bedroom window to open it up for me! Grr im so stupid!!

I think im 8 weeks today according to my dates, but till we have scan its fairly vague.

proudestmummyever · 12/06/2009 12:58

Hi all, I ate try not to worry, but I do knw from my own experience hw hard tht bloody is

Well, I got a BFN today, cd29 of 30 day cycle

So upset

xx

PistachioLemon · 12/06/2009 13:12

PME sorry to hear that. Still it's not over yet.

Iate, glad you're feeling a bit better. Any joy with the midwife and getting an appointment for next week?

Clwc and Lucy, any news? Twitchy insides sounds good to me!

Lissie - HELLO!

Jocey, wowzer, 16 weeks already. Sprinkle lots of that magic stuff in my direction please!

lucygrif · 12/06/2009 13:17

hi pistachio, no news yet gonna be a long weeks wait for me

lucygrif · 12/06/2009 13:19

and sorry to hear about you BFN PME, but don't lose hope yet.

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 12/06/2009 13:49

hi pme im so sorry about your bfn! .

i phoned the local midwife just now who was incredibly rude to me and said its perfectly normal, offering me no reassurance whatsoever! So i dont rate her telephone skills very much! Lets hope if everything goes well she does not end up being the midwife when im in labour. Every other midwife has been absolutely lovely so i shant let her put me of!

Hows everyone else today?

PistachioLemon · 12/06/2009 14:09

Iate, what a horrible midwife. So will you just wait now for your 12 week scan? I suppose on the plus side, at least you know now that it's okay if your symptoms come and go a bit. Although if you're really worried you could always just go to the EPU, I don't suppose they'd turn you away if you are there.

Lucy, the last week's wait is the worst isn't it. Good luck!

proudestmummyever · 12/06/2009 18:06

Thanku every 1 , I am still clinging onto hope, sad I know xx

Angelfifi · 12/06/2009 18:07

We can be sad together pme

proudestmummyever · 12/06/2009 19:45

Yeah angelfifi we can, so upset this time round, and one of my friend's has just told me she is 11 weeks pregnant xx

Clwc · 12/06/2009 20:58

Hello all,

Sorry to hear about the BFNs and iate's troubles. Still no AF here. I haven't tested again today.

Off to the pub soon. Have a good night everyone. xxx

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 13/06/2009 09:01

awww i sorry for all the bfp's and pme im sorry your friends pregnant it must be sad for you when you want it so much.

Lemon id left a message for epu 2 days ago and missed their call back. Lovely lady rang me again yesterday at the end of the day from epu and was fantastic, so good i ended up crying!!

She said everything sounds fine and normal but i could go to epu for a scan if i wanted. I explained i did not really want to lie and she said 'well you have had some cramp haven't you!' when i said no just normal growing aches she said well you can always use that for an early scan! She said Mondays are the busiest day so try to go in midweek, but if i feel the need to go in Monday to go and sit it out. She totally understood my concerns and i was amazed she took the time to call me!

She also said make sure when i go in i put 17th april down as lmp to ensure i def get the scan! As it is all is fine this morning, boobs slightly tender and i spent most of yesterday under duvet snoozing all day and totally went of the roast duck id cooked for dh yesterday evening!

Well its our 1st wedding anniversary today and DH birthday so were of to do something not sure what yet though! 15 years together but only 1 year married seems so little!

Hope you all have lovely days today! xx

proudestmummyever · 13/06/2009 12:31

I got a BFN this morning (period due today)

But getting very bad cramping so guess I'm out this mnth, so shit xx

proudestmummyever · 13/06/2009 12:42

Thanks Iate, yeah was kinda rubbish hearing my friend is preggers, although very happy for her, just wish it was me thts all!!

Congrats on yr weding anniversary!!! And brill news about the scan!! Take the opportunity defo!! Hw far on ru nw?

My epu are usually good with me for early scans because of my history, and bn told next time around they will scan me whenever I need, and will need an amniocentesis at around 9 weeks to test for chromosome/genetic disorders and basically anything untoward, because of my Little Jack and his probs, so can't really ask for more there

xx

Clwc · 13/06/2009 13:14

Happy (paper/cotton) Anniversary, iate

I received a letter today that said my appointment has been pushed back from July 3rd to July 31st! That's more than a year since I was there last, and it was only supposed to be six months! Grr.

Let us know if AF comes today, pme. If she does turn up soon, will you hold off testing next month until at least the day you're due on? You could save the money to buy something nice for someone... May I suggest me?!! xx
