Hiya.... This is a silly q i this but bear with me... Is there any issue with bding in the 2ww. I keep thinking that if by some miracle we have got pg on our first go but then we do BDing in 2ww that it may somehow come "unstuck".... Sound silly even writing it....let me know your thoughts though XX

As far as I know, no problems at all.

mrsmc82, unless you have a history of recurrent mc then sex in the 2ww is fine.

Yeah mine was Emergengy cs with Jack and I was allowed to stay awake...even though it was a serious emergency, I was ready to push and they discovered he was double bloody breech

Oh btw guys, I caved, did a HPT this morning, BFN!!!!! 2 Days before AF is due, I am gutted, hope there is still hope , feel sick, boobs are agony etc

Welsome to the thread Kay - sounds like an appointment to the Drs might be a good idea and temping can help you tell when you ovulate as well.

I've started spotting and my back aches a bit and its only CD24 - wonder if AF is trying to make an early appearance this month - I will be really grumpy if it is!

Hello ladies, I know I said I am not symptom spotting this month, but I am really trying to convince myself that my belly is getting bigger and solider due to pregnancy, if I don't tell myself that I will have to start going back to the gym again! Am I allowed to claim this as a symptom even though it is far too early for such a symptom (or any for that matter)

Not necessarily PME - I was pregnant last year and only got BFP when about 10-14 days overdue.

Sounds strange but I spotted around this time last month and now this month - if this keeps happening it'll be back to the GP's with me as well. TMI alert but it might be because me and DH were a little enthusiastic this morning if you know what I mean

we are very lucky to have ds, didnt think we would ever get him, so to want another sometimes seems ungrateful. but i also know that we have been shockingly unlucky since we had him and i cant seem to stop hoping that if he got through, another one should.

I tested again (i had to know) as they said test again Tues before scan and nice red BFP again, so only 2 more sleeps till the scan then i'll know for sure!

Boobs on and of painful esp when i touch them (just to see if they still hurt)
suffering with slight heart burn nothing major and had slight panic last night when i had the most excrutiating pain! Of course not knowing how far gone i am (if i am) makes me wonder if its my uterus stretching but google says that starts around 8 weeks!? I dont know but im fine now. Sorry to go on and on just feeling quite positive this morning and constant knicker checking just incase.
On a plus note stil no signs of bleeding or cramps so hey im still remaining positive! Woohoo.

I caved this morning and did a test but BFN I'm afraid. Ah well, I didn't really think I was pg, but was beginning to hope a little. Still no AF but perhaps my cycle's just gone a bit screwy this month, I know I ovulated really late so maybe that's had something to do with it. As DH said, there's always next month.

Yeah, that's what I think I'm going to do. I'm a bit gutted to be honest, but not as much as I thought I would be. DH was getting dead excited and I think he was more disappointed than me! Oh, and it's our fourth month of ttc so I know it's early days yet.

Still, I do seem to be obsessing a fair bit so I'm going to try to take my midwife friend's advice and not stress too much about ttc this month because that in itself doesn't help. BIL is making noises about going away for a couple of weeks so hopefully we can get some good bding in while he's away !

It does look good that you keep getting positive tests and have been having lots of symptoms - no wonder you're excited. I think I would be fit to burst! Any plans for today?

Thanks Lissie, I think that's what has probably happened. I reckon AF will show up in a couple of days. It's great news about BIL - in general he's a really good houseguest but it's now more than six weeks since he came to stay (supposedly for two weeks!) and it would be nice to have some proper alone time with DH (and not just for ). Anyhow, enough about me, how are you getting on?

Today im working 10-6 yukky shift and will have a word with my manager and let her know things are still looking positive! I'm trying not to carry too much and take it as easy as i can. Just till i know of course.

Lissie the last test i did last week was late in the afternoon and was quite light but this was first pee of the day so thus the feeling positive. Planning on using last non digi one Tues and see how the scan goes.

Finding it hard not to get excited now rows between sisters over whose coming to my scan with me as i wanted to take my twin this time. Bless my little sis bought her 5 month old last week and i felt sorry for some of the woman who were miscarrying.

im ok thanks. am 10dpo today so starting to get twitchy. last month my period started at 10dpo but dont think i am pg at all this month. we didnt have enough sex and im not even sure if i ov'd or not.

still, am trying to convince Noah that he doesnt have to eat all of his eggs this morning. it is NOT working. i am also ignoring his questions about the origins of easter. how do you explain it to a 4yo?
