Congratulations Ray - Very pleased for you. It seems like everytime i log into mumsnet someone has a BFP!! If I hold off from logging on for another couple of weeks, maybe one of you nice ladies will be up the duff???

Im confused about my af. CD1 was 2nd March - been Bding since CD8 - every other day (tmi ) Anyhoo, wat CD am I on now? Why cant I count???
I think I may be out for this month as when I wiped this morning (tmi) what was on the tissue was tinged pink. So, I reckon AF could be on her way??!?!

The weather was lovely all last week, but now its windy as hell and raining

ant i counted and i think your on cd25. How long are your cycles normally? do u normally get spottin before af? i will keep my fingers crossed that you get a bfp. dont loose hope til AF is here.

weather is crap here aswell. ds2 is confined to the house and is upset that he cant play in the garden.

Just checking in on my lunch break.

Bubble I am bored too- CD4 = yawntastic.
Still on my period so can't even practice for the main marathon.

Still, compared to last week's teeth-gnashing I suppose it's less stressful.

I really am going to try and not get hung up on when I ov this month. I have a very unpredictable job where I get posted at a moment's notice to anywhere in the country, so I don't want to get all angsty again over whether I'm missing ov. Really want to just bd when we can (poss following your lead ant and trying for every other day- easier said than done, even with the best intentions!) and hope that my "feeling" that March will be our month will be true. I've jinxed it now, obv...!

Really bloody tired of this now. Rarrr.

i tested this morning and got a BFN so its a trip to the docs for me as im now on CD45... whats that about

aww suzi you must be so frustrated. why do our bodies have to do unexplained and unexpected things? and why can things never go smoothly and the way we plan?? Don't think anyone can answer that question for me but i will never stop asking it!

let us know how you get on at the docs.

Never lose hope though cause my doc told me this morning that sometimes even the most sensitive tests don't pick up on a pg!! I will get my blood test results in the morning and he warned me that they could still be negative even if i am pg, but if that happens he will take more blood in a weeks time if af does not arrive. hopefully for us both we're just too early to pick up the bfp on the pg tests but bloods will give us good news!!

Suzi sorry about the bfn. its so frustrating when af goes awol. I hope the dr can help. have you tried agnus castus. remember before my cycles were really long? well since taking that mine are right down to 28 days. perhaps its worth a go.???

Joy its shit this ttc lark isnt it. i didnt think i would be here. after falling with both the boys first time round im peed off at the fact ive been trying since oct.
Its nowhere near as long as some of you girls but still frustrating all the same.
perhaps the laid back attitude is the key to you conceieving this month.. coz i know u will concieve Its def your turn chick xxx

Suzi bummer re the BFN it is completely shit but just remember you are not out of the game until af turns up you could have ovulated later than you thought.

Joy TTC is shit i hate it, not ruling myself out yet due to the 3mc wont be convinced until am 12 weeks. i hate the feeling of not being able to control it (am control freak) and of wondering if you will ever have another baby. I must admit it always baffled me as to why i fell with dd whilst on the pill and it has taken 5 yrs this time round it realy doesnt make any sense to me at all.
I realy hope you get your BFP soon.
Can i recommend a book to you its called 'taking charge of your fertility' and i found it very useful indeed lots of info in there, i brought it read the whole thing in a few days put it into practice and am now pg after first month. its worth a try ay?

Bubble re the laid back attitude although i knew we were ttc this month and i had taken the clomid and brought the book as mentioned to joy i decided to bit a bit more calm about ttc this month. Me and DH had a real giggle about it all and i felt so chilled and relaxed, i realy cant explain it but its almost like i excepted it would take some more time and didnt expect to fall on the clomid first time round as i fell second time last month. I was feeling very happy with my life. i dont know if that helped but it seems strange that it happened now when i felt like that.

I havent heard from the EPU as yet and am getting a little cross with them now. I always lost at 6 weeks with the other 3 mc and i think they should be doing something at least to reassure me that things are ok. id realy like to have blood tests to see what my hormones are doing although i did do a test last night at 6ish after drinking lots of tea all day and the line was very strong it was alot stronger than the control line which am hoping is a good sign as i havent had one this stong before other than with dd. Have been feeling alittle sick today so am hoping this is a good sign too.
I think i am going to ask to be transferred to a different hospital as the one i am at realy doesnt seem to give a shit what happens to me and i think that is very bad as i have have been ttc for 5 yrs and have had 3mc .

Morning ray... can you ask the gp to do a blood test.. saves waiting for the hospital then ask the dr to do a repeat test in a few days. atleast then you will have some kind of answer.
how many weeks are you now? could you not ask the gp to refer u for a scan? or is yours a walk in epu? ( i know mine isnt.. you have to be reffered or have bleeding)I know this is the worst part. especially after your losses. i feel for you and im keeping everything crossed except my legs that yours is a nice sticky bean.

Its my birthday today!! 27 and also the end of my fertile window.. so now im on the dreaded 2ww.

Hi bubble, happy birthday! Are you doing anything nice? I trust you had a busy weekend (waggles eyebrows). 27 is young. I am 29 this year, yikes. Already getting grey hairs.

I am looking forward to some time off work and a romantic minibreak this week. Will try to forget about ttc as much as poss and just spend lots of time in the sack just for the fun of it. With nothing to do apart from eat, drink, go for country walks and shag, it's the ultimate recipe for "just relaxing" (though does it count as relaxing if I'm obsessing about relaxing? )

I have been away trying to not think about TTC but am now on CD27 so "that time" is looming and should I, shouldn't I test is springing to mind and I am having the most bizarre dreams about babies that are mine but I can't remember their names .

I'm thinking that after last month and the early mc I'm not going to bother testing until after cd31 which is Friday and see if AF turns up. I was surprised that I ovulated this month at all. I do however feel more relaxed nd strangely am now feeling a bit relieved, not that I had the mc but that things seem to be working..is that wrong?

Anyway I'm off to try to do more relaxing and not thinking! Joy your holiday sounds like a fab idea (although just like the place I live!)

So, I reckon by your reckoning that I am on CD29 today, theres still a bit of pink today when i wipe(tmi) but not since thursday. So don't really know whats going on. Dont usually get spotting, usually my only symptoms of AF are feeling bleugh and then she's here the next day, but havent felt like that so far - just jinxed myself I reckon.

Today has been quite good weather - in that it hasnt rained lol. Took the wee man to the park and wandered aimlessly round the town. Visited the local museum, where the lady on the desk spoke to us for about 40mins - she doesnt get a lot of visitors!!

Ant - sounds confusing, Why can't our bodies just be predicatable! have you tested? Hopefully this will be our month .

Hi girls-sorry i was away for the wkend and didnt get a chance to get on and post my blood test results from friday before i went. It was bfn and af got me over the wkend . im a bit confused as to what cd im on as i had alot of brown cm and some old blood on friday and saturday and then af arrived in full force on sunday. im just assuming im now on cd4, does that sound right??

I was devastated on fri when i got my results but im feeling alot more optimistic for april-i guess this month just wasn't my month, im not going to beat myself up over it.

ray i think your just right to ask to change hospitals, after all it is your baby, your body and your peace of mind, so just do whatever you need to do! x

I went to the docs and it was a waste of time.... they told me to wait anothe few weeks to see if AF arrives! I told the doc all my previous cycles how long they were etc and she said as i have long cycles i am actually only 1 1/2 week late for AF, but this is now CD 49.... so she said just to wait [frustrated emoticon]. Feeling really drained with all this!!

suzi your doctor sounds like a complete ass!! did she not notice how upset and worried you are!! arrrrghhh easy for her to tell you to wait, shes not the one hanging in limbo!

hey thanks seany.... I know what an ass... my dp wanted to go in and talk to her after but i wouldnt let him. I think i will make an appointment with the family planning instead of GP and see if i get the same treatment!! The doc actually told me to go on the pill to regulate AF... eh hello im trying for a baby!! I think im 16 DPO, so im really not sure if i could be pg or not.. surely the test would show by now.
