Well, it was my very last day of being a school teacher today - and HMI inspection too. No one at school had remembered it was my last day though, until they saw the chocolates annd card I had brought in for the staff to share! Not even senior management - they were all assuming it was Friday (end of term), but no. The head then came over to wish me look and say how pleased he was with me, etc. and senior management went and got me a card and a lovely bouquet - so they were redeemed. The kids were actually all very sweet and lovely. And my inspection went really well - he told me it was very good on his way out - and wished me luck on my new job.

I am now hoping that now the stress of school is gone TTC will be more lucky.

DH came home telling me that his collague is pregnant. Their little boy is 18 months. First time, this time round, I have actually felt a sad pang on hearing some pg news. After 6.5 months I want my turn

popadopalis · 17/03/2005 00:05

Well still no Af and me very confused now. I have been TTC for five cycles now which is more than five months but I'm counting in cycles. I'm CD42 now. I've done two tests and they were both BFN. I almost feel like I've had a period without actually having one. I have no symtoms of Af or of pg but feel post AF again. It's really wierd. I may go to my doctor and see what he has to say about it. Anyone else had this experience before? Maybe I just ov late so will come on next week. I've decided not to think about TTC as much and just chill out and hopefully that will help me concieve. Sorry didn't mean to write a novel!! Hope everyone is well.

Tania2 · 17/03/2005 06:29

well the banks messing me about big style today - they've closed my business account without telling me and apparently have paid me back the money in cash - yeah right, I never went in (thought about it but actually didn't!) can they do that? and also the boss is up her already! b4 me! - doh, can't spend an hour chatting on here - will have to spend an hour playing cards on my comp instead! ooops that's what I did literally all day yesterday! hope everyone's ok. will post more when she goes to lunch!

Nikkichik · 17/03/2005 09:08

I've been away for a bit and what excellent news to come back to. Brilliant news Tan - well done you! You and yours must be so excited!! Good luck and take care.

We've decided to put the ttc on hold of a few months after the early m/c. Also we are about to move house/town and I have a new job and dd a new nursery, so too many things are happening right now to worry about that as well! Will probably wait a few months till we are all settled in a bit. I will probably lurk a bit if that's OK with everyone.

Good luck to everyone and let's hope for some more good news soon.

horseshoe · 17/03/2005 11:59

fresco · 18/03/2005 07:00

has everyone disappeared or are you on a different thread?

Hulababy · 18/03/2005 08:02

I am still around but it has been very quiet recently here. Has everyone already graduated???

CD20 today. Positive OPK on CD18, and EWCM on CD17-19. Haven't bothered with the temping this month though. So, will month 7 be the one - on for the wait now.

I ahve a meal out tomorrow with DH's colleague - the one who has just told us she is pg. Really pleased for her, but have to admit I to feel really envious of her too. Still feel a bit - I don't know - um, just fed up I guess that it is her not me.

munnzieb · 18/03/2005 08:42

((((hugs))) Hula hopefully this month will be for you.

fresco - not sure really I think everyone's BD! lol, althou we do seem to have spells of being quiet and not, perhaps we have more lurkers/are on the cautious thread?

Hulababy · 18/03/2005 13:10

No, but too early for to get any yet. Think I may have OVd CD18-19. I am on CD20 now. AF is normally on CD29/30. So I have a good week or more of waiting ahead. What about you?
