I have read all the pregnancy tests and they all say that clomid should not affect the test result.
However, I have also read that clomid can slightly change your cycle - the ladies here should be able to advise if this is true!
If after a week still nothing I would test again! Sometimes 2 days is not late enough to detect a HCG surge...you never know!!!! Good luck!

Your situation sounds very similar to mine. I had regular periods - every 30-35 days but tests did seem to indicate that I was ovulating irregularly. I was diagnosed with PCOS - cycsts covering both ovaries - plus I had the other symptoms that make it the syndrome and not just polycycstic ovaries.
I think on a longest cycle of 37 days, that would make the last likely date of ovulation day 23 - BUT...saying that , that is if your luteal phase is a definite 14 days! I know that when I was charting temperatures, I noticed that I had a slightly short luteal phase! I was supposedly ovulating around day 21 but I would get my period by day 31! So that was only a 10 day luteal phase!
If I were you, I would start getting jiggy with DH from days 12-25. Hard work but worth it if you fall PG!
I was on course to get metformin/take clomid but after losing 2.5 stone and eating a low Gi diet, I managed to fall PG naturally. It took me 14 months the first time, unfortunately miscarried at 6.5 weeks. BUT I am pg again! JUST! I am almost 6 weeks this time, so fingers and toes crossed!
You will get there - it will happen! There are so many success stories on here.
All the love and luck!
