Hey everyone! Hopefully July is the month for baby number 2❤️✨️

I hope so too! The heat is a nice distraction, can't imagine DTD when I'm already sweaty

Although I have heard about the tiktoks of people secretly filming neighbours with the windows open during this heat wave, 😓

Anyone in their TWW? I think I’m about 7dpo although its the first month of trying so have low hopes for success!

I got my period today so I'm on CD1 and feeling like I need to be proactive somehow. Is anyone planning on doing anything differently this month - different timing methods, different supplements? I never have any luck with OPKs so might try BBT.

@wfcats same, arrived yesterday like absolute clockwork.

July will be cycle 3 after my mega myomectomy. The first two cycles I just relied on my body telling me when I ovulated but this month I'll get the sticks.

Although so long ago, I do remember with my first that I had no symptoms with the BFP so that may possibly be how my body does it?

It only takes one time they say! Although the more I research this the more I realise how bad humans are at concieving. It's a wonder how we're all here 😂

Ill be joining as af came today a day early glad its come so can try again! I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle as well. Last month I used clear blue ovulation but this month im using strips and premom app, also going to track temperature etc, can anybody give advice when I start strips and tracking temp, etc? Im nearly 40 and have a 17, 15 and 13 year old but me and hubby have always wanted one more and thought nows the time (I know we are mad!!)

@MilennialworkinprogressI also had no symptoms with my first! We weren't really trying so I tested the day after my period was due and I was absolutely shocked. Actively trying is a completely different world.

I am currently trying to think of the positives - another month to save money, an April birthday might be nicer than March...also I am going to have a MASSIVE glass of wine tonight.

I'm also going to try the easy@home opk this month and see if I have more luck with those as I don't think I can quite face BBT yet.

Hi! Coming over from the June thread. Think I’ve just ovulated so hopefully 1dpo today (though I have thought that at 2 other points this cycle 🤦‍♀️)

I’m TTC DC3. Have been trying for 7 months, but I have PCOS and long irregular cycles this is only cycle 4. Currently CD70. If it doesn’t work this month I’m off to the GP to see if they can give me anything to shorten my cycle.

I’m not hopeful for this cycle as apparently long cycles can make the uterine lining too thick to implant into and this is my longest cycle in 6 years!

Experiencing intense cramps 3 days after patch removal!

I have a 6 year old and when we wanted to try earlier, life literally smacked me in the face with my mum passing, losing my job and discovering 12 fibroids. So I've spent the last few years trying to be me again. Feel ready now as life is great and feeling blessed 😊

Hi, in for July. Had Mirena coil removed 1st June and having first real AF in 18 years this week - crikey I’d forgotten what comes with that. Gave it a good go this month which was slightly optimistic. Have a 19 year old DS with exH and been with my partner for 15 years but at 45 this might be fruitless as it were. Hi all, still waiting for AF to turn up but in for July as negative for last cycle. TTC DC3 and this will be the second cycle.

Hi, I’m expecting AF in the next few days. I’ve been trying since April but only had 2 cycles as longggg cycles at the minute. Trying for DC2 and I have a 12 month old I’m still feeding. Really wanted a small gap to avoid more time at work in between but if it hasn’t happened by the end of the year I’m handing my notice in to be a SAHM

Hi ladies, hopped over from the June thread. I’m in my TWW dpo6 today. No symptoms so far, not that it means anything as had loads last month and bfn!

My EWCM has dried up and my Lh tests have really dropped, back to around 0.3. Very hopeful that ovulation actually occurred and I am now 3dpo.
Only managed to dtd on peak day and the day after so I’m hoping that’s enough. I felt ovulation like twinges on peak day so a bit worried the egg was released very quickly after peak and so only sex on peak day would have counted.
Time is passing sooooo slowly! Hoping to wait until 12dpo to test but might cave on 10dpo🫣

What are you using to measure opk @HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy ? Ive just been using the easy@home strips
