Moving from the June thread, baby dust to all!

@Maybabe256 I use the easy@home strips with the Premom app. It’s free and really easy to use. You can take a picture of your ovulation test and it will give you a number based on how dark it is compared to the control line. Over 1 means it positive. I’ll try to attach a photo.

@HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy ahh thanks so much! And so you also track ovulation? Because peak opk doesnt necessarily mean ovulation has happened right, just that its going to?

I don’t also BBT as I’m still up multiple times a night with my 2 year old so wouldn’t be very accurate i think. Are you BBTing? I find the charts really interesting!

And yes, you are right, Lh peak doesn’t confirm ovulation but whenever I’ve had a result over 1 I have ovulated. So it’s pretty accurate for me. And the egg is released 12-36 hours after the peak so the app putting ovulation as the following day seems fair.

I also record cervical mucus which has now dried up so I’m pretty certain it has worked this time! It’s been a long 70 days 😂 the other times I thought I might have ovulated, with a big surge on the Lh tests (but never over 1) my cervical mucus never dried up, it stayed wet/ EWCM, so it was always more hope that I ovulated than expectation. It’s just been such a long cycle I’ve been clutching at straws for ovulation to occur!

I'm in the TWW. 7dpo today, cycle 9 of trying for number 1 with nothing to show for it except a chemical on cycle 3. Had some brown EWCM 5/6dpo so would love to think that was implantation bleeding but trollgesterone gives me new pregnancy symptoms every month so who knows. I'm currently having what feels like ovulation pain but I've had that before and it was nothing. I've kept a track of previous symptoms in the tww so I can reality check myself when I get them again.

Im now 11 dpo and due my period Thursday, thought I saw a shadow on a test yesterday, but was wishful thinking, tests are negative this morning 😭 so I’m pretty sure I’m out.

On to the next cycle!
