TTC Baby number 2

Little background started trying in May 2025. Conceived in June however had a MMC at 12 week. Scan end of August, ended in medical miscarriage at the start of September.
I had a chemical beginning of December.
baby number 1 was so easy and quick and I’m struggling atm with two losses, the new year and no pregnancy :(
I am looking to start a thread so that women in a similar situation can post and share their experiences on what can be a very lonely ttc journey ❤️

Every time I’ve fallen pregnant I’ve had zero symptoms so let’s see how this goes! Are any of you taking progesterone pessaries? X

I’m the same I tend to have symptoms around when my period is due when pregnant. Where as pms starts 1 week before my period x

Exactly the same as me! So when I start getting sore boobs/bloating etc a week prior to period, I know I am very unlikely pregnant! Are you doing anything different this TWW? Eg not drinking/ no coffee? I can’t give up my morning coffee but I am really trying to be more healthy! Xx

I had a few symptoms early last time but then I had a very faint line at 8dpo. I have been having random stomach twinges this week and I feel tired but I dont think its related. The pregnancy where I had my son, I didnt have anything early as I only did a test as my dog was acting weird.

@mumofrobecause of my elevated NK cells I’m trying to stick to he really healthy. Eating salmon, eggs , chicken and lots of fruit and veg. I usually have seeds with my breakfast and snack on nuts and fruits. I have been doing this for a couple of months now but consistently this month because of my bloods. I’m not drinking during my tww again because of my bloods but if it wasn’t for that I’d be having a glass of wine or two to relax. I drink 1 coffee a day and everything else caffeine free.
I'm trying acupuncture this month and have a session on Monday and had one last Monday. I did reflexology last week too.

@wonderlust07fingers crossed for you!! I heard about animals it happened to my friend she kept testing negative but was so sure she was because she was late and her dog was following her around all the time and she was pregnant xx

Yes I’m trying to do exactly the same!! I’m away this weekend in the Cotswolds and really want to be able to have a couple of glasses of wine, but not sure it’s worth the risk :/ hate having the worry about every move I make! Cooking salmon as we speak! Xx

Also TTC baby number 2! Complicated by a grade 3 cystocele and mild PCOS (I have 41 day cycle but no hormone issues as such, at least not on a blood test).

Also TTC no.2, DD is 2 and half. Conceived her after 3/4 cycles. Been trying no.2 for a year. Not actively monitoring anything was totally convinced it had happened this month but AF arrived this morning. Considering going to the GP for baseline tests as I’m now late 30s and ideally would like it to happen this year.

I'm going to start TTC baby no.2 this month. DS is 3.5 years old. Started trying in 2024 when he was around 18 months, fell pregnant first cycle but had a MMC in 2024, medical management and found it all very traumatic so took a break. Tried in 2025 and again fell pregnant first cycle, had another MMC, surgical management which i found far less traumatising, took another break to get my head straight and just enjoy Christmas. Feeling ready to try again although terrified of another miscarriage :( also I'm 36 but DH is 40 and feels like he's getting too old which adds another layer of pressure as I don't want him to change his mind on wanting a second.

i’m 5dpo today. I’ve had a lot of thick CM. But my boobs started hurting Friday and Saturday but today they feel normal again. I’m not due on until a week today/tomorrow. Everyone else in the 2WW how are you doing ? X

6dpo for me! Spotting but think it’s due to using progesterone pessaries. Feeling super tired and dull aches. Could be early pms xx

I am 12dpo and CD28 - my temp hasnt dropped on Oura yet but BFN this morning so think I am probably out for the month!

Thoughts? I have PCOS and long cycles but going off a high reading I got on an ovulation test I think I am 8 or 9 days DPO…. Have felt very nauseous this morning but maybe it’s just from wanting it so much!

thank you, when will you start testing ? My dilemma is I said I was going to wait until period due/ missed period but also I want to find out asap because I need to go on progesterone x

Update from me I had cramping last night on the side I ovulated on. Also having pulling feelings now. I think I’m going to test tomorrow 8/9 DPO. Will let you all know ❤️

Fingers crossed for you!! I am 8dpo today I think, going to try and hold out for 10dpo. Yellow tinge to DC (sorry TMI) but usually happens before period. Not feeling hopeful for this month x

I got AF today. So back to CD1.

somewhat happy it came as expected as means my cycles are getting back to normal following the mmc.

Sounds positive that your periods are becoming regular again. I had a chemical early December and my period after that was the first normal period I had since my MMC in sept. It made me feel positive about this month coming. Good luck and hopefully this month is your month ❤️
