TWW feels like forever

WHY does the TWW feel like forever?! I thought I was 7dpo then I actually hit my peak late, and now I’m 3dpo and just want to test😂 fertile window being 28th-2nd with ovulation on 3rd and BD every other day so really hoping it’s done the trick. Had a chemical on Nov 10th. Did anyone fall pregnant the cycle after a chemical?

according to my app I’m due tomorrow but I don’t feel it coming but we shall see. And yes, but it’s still disappointing haha! You know why it’s like x

@Bubs94 cd29 for me. This would be the latest ever I have ovulated, if it is ovulation. Even on my longest previous cycle, which was a one off so far, it was around day 24. I know it's not impossible, it's just so bizarre and frustrating.

I know how you feel yes - i'm becoming more tolerant of the feeling of disappointment! Finally getting on board with your advice about keeping busy. Baking cookies this morning and taking my son to soft play this afternoon. Got the gym with a friend tomorrow and dying my hair hopefully!!

Are you all healed up after your procedure?

current cycle day 29, officially 1 day late according to my app. i just tested with the cheap clear and simple strips (only ones I could get my hands on) and it was negative i think they’re 20mIU :/

@Bubs94 @SKLM weird how we’ve all had strange cycles this time.

I did a bit of research in to mine as my period wasn’t normal (If it wasn’t red it would have been mistaken for ewcm!), I could have had a ‘weak ovulation’ which I didn’t know was a thing. It could be related to age or coming off the coil in October. I just hope this cycle is normal :/

@PandaLife yeah I think all of us would like a normal cycle. So far i've had a chemical, a bunch of indents and my current never ending cycle! I think weaker ovulation peaks are a thing, I get a lot fewer symptoms around ovulation now than I used to, less ewcm than I did say aged 35. I am 39 soon x

@SKLM this sounds super confusing for you and I can imagine really frustrating!!
i did a clear blue in the middle of the afternoon on Thursday and it came up so strong straight away, that was the day my period was due, no denying it now!!!
thanks for the well wishes, I’m completely exhausted and keep getting really breathless and drinking a ton of water so definitely in for a fun ride!

@SKLM i haven’t booked anything yet I’m waiting to hear back from the midwife team first to see when they’ll do my booking appointment but they don’t do anything til you’re past 6 weeks and I’m 4 weeks today. Nausea is ok at the moment 🤞🏼 it’s the heartburn and breathlessness that’s knocking me but I’m just really grateful. This will be my last baby so I am just going to soak it all in and pause time x

Good morning ladies. Predicted day one of my period today according to my app but nothing yet and a bfn this morning too. Temp isn’t dropping though, still in the plus’s so not sure. Just waiting for my period to arrive

@Bubs94 fingers crossed for you.. do you have any symptoms?

@SKLM didnt get my usual excruciating nipples I get leading up to my period, but I feel slightly nauseous and have a headache this morning but could just be where I’m due in. Also been really tired too but not felt rested despite having 7-8 hours. Tests are just stark white so I’m not hopeful at all x

@Bubs94 well you never know.. perhaps you will be in for a nice surprise. Nothing worse than a stark white test though.

I guess I am 2dpo, or 16dpo depending upon which LH test we believe 😫I would be expecting my period to come tomorrow but it feels unlikely with all this.

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend (and half term if you've had one). I'm 6 or 7 dpo and the timing has worked nicely for me this month as I've had some time off with my DD so I've been too busy to obsess to much over the tww.

My boobs are really sore but since I've been tracking I've noticed that's quite a common luteal phase symptom for me so I'm trying not to think too deeply into it...not expecting this week to go by as quickly though given I'm back at work!

@Bubs94 any sign of af yet?

@SKLM sounds like your body isn’t playing ball this month. I hope you aren’t left waiting ages in that limbo land. Are you still testing your LH?

Our half terms are pretty samey, I’ve been at work as normal. I have enjoyed this weekend though, the weather has been lovely. I don’t work Monday’s as we often have changeovers in the holiday let so I leave it free. Don’t have one today, so I have the day to myself. I have a huge list of things to do though.

My fertile window is due to start from Wednesday. I need to start testing LH twice daily, I’ve been doing it once per day for the last four days and remembering to do that has been tricky 🙈

@PandaLife I'm going to try not to test sooner than Thursday (10/11 dpo) but I'm terrible at holding out!

@PandaLife no i'm not testing lh anymore. The symptoms I had - ewcm and sore breasts, cramps, have stopped. I feel now like i'm in the second half of my cycle. What day do you estimate for ovulation?

I am 4dpo today, my second ovulation attempt that is 😅feel sick with a headache. I don't usually feel sick at this point by my cycle has been so silly this month I don't know what is what.

I am keeping on top of the ovulation testing. I’m due to be in my fertile window soon, my phone app says from tomorrow and premom says it’s now, my LH levels are really low though.. so I’m interested to see how and if they raise over the next few days. I’m yet to dtd 🙈 maybe tonight ..

@SKLM thank you. No not really any symptoms, I’ve had quite a lot of cm today so things are moving. I tend to get all my symptoms post ovulation.
