TWW feels like forever

WHY does the TWW feel like forever?! I thought I was 7dpo then I actually hit my peak late, and now I’m 3dpo and just want to test😂 fertile window being 28th-2nd with ovulation on 3rd and BD every other day so really hoping it’s done the trick. Had a chemical on Nov 10th. Did anyone fall pregnant the cycle after a chemical?

Fingers crossed. Having ewcm is a positive sign! I only had it for two days, so I’m assuming I ovulated on one of those days :/ it totally stopped afterwards.

I have been getting quite a lot of cramping and twinges which is a new symptom for me. I haven’t had that once over the last few months, apart from just before my period starts. This tww definitely does feel forever. I think the earliest I could start testing would be Monday, before then is pointless as it’ll be far too early. Even though I want to like, test on Friday 🙈

@PandaLife how many dpo are you? Maybe this month is your month!

@PandaLife the wait is the hardest! I’m bad enough keep doing ovulation strips let alone pregnancy ones!! I’m really hoping this month is the one for all of us 🤞🏼 my latest lh level was 0.2 so that’s the highest this week so hopefully it’ll increase in the next 48 hours. The app moved my ovulation day to Sunday but originally it was Thursday so 🤞🏼

@Bassbeh17 isn’t it just. I get myself in to a spiral too and begin searching online for symptoms other women had and early positive tests ect. I can’t help myself. it changes absolutely nothing other than make me more agitated and impatient.

I felt sick all last night, it actually woke me up. Then feel bleh today, sorry if tmi but I am horrendously gassy and bloated but can’t go to the toilet and haven’t for two days. I very rarely get gastro problems, maybe it’s due to the gastroenteritis I had a few weeks ago. But I know it’s just too early for my body to even know it’s pregnant! There is no way these are pregnancy symptoms. Probably just rise in progesterone which is heightened since having the coil removed.

I’m off work this week - so becoming obsessed with ovulation testing too! I had a rise up to 0.7 yesterday but back down at 0.2 this morning - maybe too early in the day - but ChatGPT recons a false start - I’m being very impatient 😅

Starting to get some fertile cm here. I got my peak test result last month on cd13, I'm CD 12 today so might test tomorrow!

@SKLM also cycle day 12, ewcm has ramped up today but lh level 0.1 which is no change really so I’m trying to wait patiently!!

@Bassbeh17 yep my ewcm is ramping up this evening and my cervix has gone really high and is starting to feel a bit softer. So I reckon ovulation at some point in the next few days. As soon as the ewcm ramps up I seem to get my peak LH result the following day!

@SKLM i wish I remembered last months but it feels like an absolute lifetime ago!! I’m hoping it happens in the next 48 hours so I can make sure we did plenty over the weekend as well 😂

@Bassbeh17 I know what you mean. I am getting a lot more ovulation cramping this time, almost feel like my cervix is actually aching, wtf 😂maybe it's a good sign, we will see. We haven't even done anything yet. Plan is for tonight in case I get the peak overnight. I'm also convinced I'm having a long LH surge and ovulate later than 48 hours as I keep getting ewcm until about day 19 each cycle. So going to try to draw it out a bit longer this time, like every over day over 10 days. This is this month's strategy 😂

@SKLM it’s mad how much we have to strategise but I agree mine originally said it would be early and now the app is saying Sunday but might be delayed as my lh is still low so I’m just gonna start trying!

@Bassbeh17 good luck! I have thrush tablets stocked up as my poor husband got it after last month's efforts 😂

@SKLM poor guy 😂 do you remember my pain having a wee last month and thinking I had a UTI, none of that this month so far so I’m hoping my system is good to go and it was still
warming up last month 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Bassbeh17 oh yeah poor you that really sucked. I hope it doesn't happen again. Try to pee after any action! I am prone to UTIs and after lots of recurrent ones my my GP recommended that plus having a quick wash after, and husband to wash before hand so you are off to a clean start! When we got pregnant with my son I did none of this and had a UTI that lasted 6 weeks into my pregnancy it was rubbish. Last two months have practiced the above and no UTI symptoms at all xx

@SKLM @Bassbeh17 sounds like you two are both in very similar positions. I look forward to seeing both your progressions :)

I’m still too early to test. I am peeing like it’s going out of fashion atm. Google tells me it’s just progesterone .. so every time I get a symptom, I just tell myself it’s progesterone. I’m trying to work on the ‘could it be implantation’ thought for every single twinge or change 🙈

@PandaLife I feel for you, I was doing the 'it's progesterone' mantra in my head last month! You are around 7/8dpo today? That's the horrible point I find, you know that you could start testing relatively soon but also that it wouldn't be totally accurate. So stressful!

@SKLM yes. I did test yesterday, but knew it was too early. Today I have a really horrible increased sensitivity to smells. I clean houses on the side .. well, I work that many hours at the mo you could call it my main job 😂 and on a couple of occasions certain rooms or sinks/basins have made my stomach turn. It isn’t very nice. I’ll probably test again today.. and tomorrow.. and every day until my period comes :D

I did take a test on my clear blue digital thing this morning and got my peak, which I thought I would. The signs have been very clear this month and last month Going to instigate my plan now, every other day sex until day 20 starting today. Hope my husband is mentally prepared 😅

Tbh I am so tired this month I don't know why. Maybe the novelty of TTC is wearing off. I know I am only on cycle 3 but it feels like forever. Usually have loads of energy at ovulation but I feel like a deflated balloon!

Well, I don’t think this cycle is going to be it. I had a colposcopy this morning and been told we can’t have sex for 7 days!! My fertile window is predicted to start on Saturday with ovulation day being a week today although I’ve had a bit more ewcm today. But GUTTING! My husband said when we come out “NO SEX FOR A WEEK!! Looks like no pregnancy this month for us” x

@Bubs94 also sorry you had to go through a colposcopy, I had one about 5 years ago and it wasn't the best experience. I hope yours went okay

@Bubs94 sorry to hear that. And the procedure..I imagine it wasn’t very pleasant :/
next month will be here before you know it and you can start again. Although, when they say no sex .. can you like .. still get his tiny squirts up in there? 🙈

@SKLM yeah, I mean it was fine, it’s purely because of the biopsies and making sure I reduce potential infection. It was uncomfortable but fine.

@PandaLife thats hilarious! I mean, I will see when I text positive on the LH test, and see how I feel and if it’s closer to 7 days maybe I’ll persuade my husband! I don’t think he will be up for it as he follows the rule book!!😂

@PandaLife this all sounds good!! Although I also am awful at the second guessing symptoms.
