Hi everyone, setting up a new months thread for those of us who already know we’re out for August. I’m going on to cycle 3. Hope this can continue to be a place where we can chat and support one another.

@PepsiMax4lifeI see what you mean, are these 1st urine of the day? And are the lines coming up straight away or after a while?

I had some spotting today (13dpo), not expecting period until 15dpo (progesterone, it’s normally 12-13 days) but maybe it’s coming sooner. I’m desperate to start the next cycle!

Saw a couple of things on social media about other people’s pregnancies that made me feel really rubbish earlier. Should really delete Instagram for a bit as there’s constant reminders - but also nice things that take my mind off

Hi everyone, thought I’d jump in now to
follow along while I wait for ovulation/tww.
We've been hoping to conceive for around a year and had a MC in July. Recently found out my b12 and potassium are quite low. Apparently they can both cause problems with fertility, so really hoping the supplements and changes to diet will help 🤞

Hugs, It’s hard when it feels like pregnancy is everywhere. We’ve got a couple of friends pregnant or with newborns, as happy as you are for them it still stings X

@FunnySam , this kills me every month. Now I came down with something last night. Fever, cold- the works. So my bbt chart is out the window now. :-/ How are you?

@Marvelftw you are right. it seems like everyone else gets pregnant so easily! I would probably go crazy without you guys. Best of luck to us! <3

Im bleeding now so that’s that 💔😢 My birthday today and don’t feel like celebrating when I’ve lost. All I can do right now is cling on that we can still get pregnant and we have our daughter ❤️ Sending baby dust to everyone still to test. I’m moving on and trying again and see when I get peak this month to try again.

Oh Honey, I am so sorry. This is a pain only a mother who has lost as well will understand. Big hugs. You are right, the good thing is you can get pregnant, and you have a lovely kid as well. Lots of love for you. 💖

It will all make sense. I lost my very 1st pregnancy before my daughter was born. It makes sense now, although the pain is still there. Hope you have a loved birthday with your family today.

@Iris2024oh this is just so cruel 😢 I'm really sorry. I'm wishing you a Happy Birthday and really hope you can have a lovely day with your family celebrating YOU. These times in life hurt so much but sometimes we really have to focus on how blessed we are. I know you will feel that with your daughter. We will get there one day...just have to stay positive 🥰

Hey, I’m on cycle 7. I am CD12. DH is travelling for work and back tomorrow night so I’m hoping we can dtd again soon. I’m trialling dtd more often this month. Have a GP appt today to discuss fertility issues and feeling nervous about it.

@Mash0917yes seems to be a full on bleed right now. Although no cramping or the usual heaviness and ache between legs etc. Maybe that is to come. Honestly I can't believe it. SO short. Never in my life has this happened. I just want answers. Before I had the hope that all my tests were fine and it was just taking us a bit longer. My cycles were normal. Now that this has happened...If this is to happen every month, I literally have no chance of getting pregnant. 😪

@Muddysocks1sorry to hear you are spotting and also not feeling great 😞 completely agree about social media. I'm wondering if I would feel so bad if it wasn't around. It's constantly in your face isn't it?? But at the same time...i follow alot of people with the same struggles as us, so also makes you feel less alone.

Um, I mean you could say I'm having a mote stressful period of life. I've gone back to work first time since my son and the last 3 weeks I've had to do a course with lots of exams etc. Which yeah I guess sounds stressful lol but I've really enjoyed it, we have a nice group. So I don't feel like I have been stressed? I just feel this isn't the reason. To go from 11 day luteal phase to 5?!
How did yours differ?
I've obviously been goggling like mad and reading alot about taking progesterone to lengthen it? And ovulation induction. Just feel so impatient for my phone call now xx

If it’s any consultation @ChaE05 i had a random 9 days luteal phase in February and it levelled out to normal and i obviously caught pregnant this month.

Yeah have been taking folic acid, vitamin D and DHA for around a year and have a pretty healthy diet anyway so there’s not really a reason my levels should be as low as they are 🙈 X

I think mine was 8 days one month then weirdly 13 the next (at the time it was usually 11 day luteal phase). So not quite as early, but still 3 days early for me. Hmm maybe not stress then!

I’m going to be doing ovulation induction as mg progesterone is always borderline ok but not great. I had a day 14 scan with immature egg just before ovulation. Have you had any scans yet? Worth asking about that on the call if not?

@Iris2024 oh no I’m sorry 😖 life is so unfair and cruel on your birthday. Will wish you HBD and hope you have something to bring a smile during the day. Are you working today? If so I would absolutely have the day off and just take it easy

Life is unfair and cruel at times. I can’t believe it. Last time was pregnant I have my daughter here to show for it. I’m off today thankfully and have family visiting today and tonight. Not that I feel like celebrating. Hopefully we get our positive story my love ❤️

@Muddysocks1i just pray it's a bit squiffy for a couple of cycles and goes back to normal but something is telling me there is more to it. I have already had internal ultrasound. I was just at the end of my period when it was done. She said everything looked fine. I spoke to OH this morning as just been so tearful..I said if the NHS fertility appointment can't offer us anything or there is a long wait for any kind of treatment/tests I want us to book a private consultation. I'm so done with waiting, it's getting me down. I'm sure you feel the same.when are you starting ovulation induction? You just feel better to be doing something. Hopefully this will work! Xx

Yeah I totally get that! I had a private consultation which led to 3 months of progesterone whilst waiting. Tbf that didn’t work but I was glad to have something to try. I don’t have to wait too long for fertility clinic appt which was a relief. Start it on CD2 so just waiting for period to start 🤞🏻

found out a work colleague is pregnant this morning. Feels like a punch in the gut even though what’s happening for someone else has no impact on what’s happening for me!

So I had my GP appt, they’re referring me for blood tests, swabs and an ultrasound as part of a referral to fertility support. They’ve asked my partner to get checked out too. It’s giving me hope.
