Thank you @EllieWales❤️ sorry only just seen this I dont seem to get notified. I was really nervous, but all went well, I'm actually further along than expected, 13 weeks xmas eve. Baby was moving around loads, proper little wriggler. 🥺 Just so ready to relax now and tell everyone at Christmas 😊
Yes shes doing much better thank you. Arms in a lighter cast now and no pain so 3 weeks and that should be off 🤞

Aww how lovely @Lh4503 what’s your due date? My son was a proper wriggler in scans and he’s still like that now the boy can’t sit down, good luck 😂 such a special Christmas for us ❤️ glad your daughters doing better too, hope there’s lots of Christmas presents for the brave girl!

I still haven’t had an appointment letter for my 12 week scan so I need to call them tomorrow. We’ve moved house so I’m wondering if it’s somehow ended up going to our old address despite my efforts to make sure that didn’t happen! Other than that I’m doing well despite the aches and pains, tiredness and breathlessness 😂

@EllieWalesMy official due date is now 1st July 😊❤️ Yes my daughter was the same and everyone calls her the pocket rocket, was hoping this one would be more chilled 🤣 I know feeling so lucky. Thank you for asking about her too ❤️

Do you live in Wales? (Assuming by your username) If you download the NHS Wales app you can see any appointments made for you on there. I was notified on there before I had the letter or text from my midwife to confirm. And all test results/medical history ect is in there too.

@Lh4503www I wonder if it’ll be a June or July baby, did you go over with your daughter? My son came three weeks early and I’m hoping this one will want to make an early appearance too! I’m also hoping for a more chilled one this time around so I know the feeling 🤣

I do, I’ve tried the app but there’s nothing on there which is odd! I phoned EPU yesterday and they said I’m booked in for the 5th but couldn’t give me a time?? I’ll try the midwife next week and see if she can shed some light!

@EllieWalesCould go either way I guess. I went into labour with my daughter on her due date but she took 4 days to come. 😩 Hopefully early this time 🤞 I've booked a gender scan for the 17th 🥰 and we're telling my daughter today im SO excited!! 13 weeks today so in the second trimester already 😆 madness!

Aww thats annoying, it was a bit of a faff to sign up and get on there i remember but works ok now. Yes you should definitely have a time thats very dd they didnt tell you. My midwife told me so deffo get in contact with her. Not long to wait!!

Well we almost were late for the appointment 😂 but great scan, measuring bang on with a good heartbeat 😁 very relived and happy to show family tomorrow!!!

@EllieWales@Lh4503aww yeah we had a great Christmas thank you! Tiring 😂! I managed to get some xonvea for the GP which saved Christmas because I was feeling absolutely dreadful with constant nausea and it’s worked better than I ever imagined! We’ve told all the family now 😁

Lovely to hear from you @Insidemyownhead and how exciting you’re expecting a boy! I’m still unsure if I want to find out the gender of course we’ll be happy with whatever we have but we have 2 boys already so it would be nice if we were having a girl 🤞

@bigbaggyblue sorry you’ve been ill, the nausea is horrendous! I feel like my pregnancy symptoms have started to ease which is nice I’m even feeing less zombie like these days! Glad the medication helped. How many weeks are you now? 😊

@EllieWalesohh bet it feels amazing to feel a bit more with it, I can’t wait! I’ll be 9 weeks on Sunday, hoping only a couple more weeks of this and then I’ll perk up too and can hopefully stop or reduce the xonvea as that definitely adds to the exhaustion!

@EllieWalesI have absolutely no idea, my daughter and husband both would like a boy and it would be nice as we already have a girl but I am expecting another girl, everyone we know lately who has had/is having a baby are all girls 🤣

Aww sorry you’ve had spotting @Lh4503 I’ve had it for the last 4/5 weeks now and it’s really unsettling but midwife isn’t worried. It’s only a tiny bit and stops almost immediately. Let us know how you get on 🫶

@EllieWalesseems to be quite common by the seems but yeah very unsettling you cant relax. Mines stopped for a week now 🤞 but i had it for around a month too on and off pretty much every day. Thank you will let you know and updates 😊

Hi all, had my private gender scan today, all was fine with baby (thank god I've been so stressed with the spotting) and we found out we are having another little girl 💕 I've definitely started feeling movement this week too.

Aww how lovely @Lh4503 congratulations 💕does your daughter know yet? She will be over the moon I bet! I’ve started to feel movement over the last week too such an odd sensation a bit like baby’s rolling around 😂 I don’t remember having this feeling with my son he would just kick like mad but I did have an anterior placenta with him and didn’t feel anything until around 24 weeks! Such a relief to start feeling them feels more real now 🥰
