@Clara202 that's really tricky then. Maybe take your temp tomorrow and if it's high again assume you're in the luteal phase? You definitely don't want to do the hycosy at the wrong time, I can see that. If you start temping, even though you may be mid cycle, you should hopefully soon get a better idea of where you are.
Regarding the poor treatment by the fertility clinic, sadly it seems you often need to take a bit of initiative with healthcare stuff. It would be ideal if they'd chase everything for you but it rarely seems to work like that.
You could definitely look into wearables like HopefulCove suggested, but definitely check how accurate the are as I think there's quite a bit of variation. I've always just used an oral BBT thermometer though so not an expert!

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 could you hold your wee in the morning for a few hours and not drink much? That would probably give you a reliable enough result? Especially if AF is due tomorrow.

as for the oura I’ll look into it. I have an apple watch that I never wear to sleep as that’s when I charge it, and it’s the older one that doesn’t take the temperature but maybe I’ll look into an upgrade.

Its positive!!!! Its slighter darker than last nights and it's still pretty faint but its definitely there !!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 how many dpo are you? Are you gonna test again this morning? I'm testing every two days to give the HCG a chance to rise and see the line progression. I'm sure everything is fine!

I think im just going to wait and see if my period arrives - flo and premom say today, fit bit says tomorrow. There is definitely a line there so ive just got to try and relax and think at this moment in time im pregnant. Its so hard though isnt it! I think if you've ever had a loss i dont think you ever fully relax at any point! Xx

I have a proper bleed today so I’ve messaged to try and arrange the hycosy, I’ve also asked re progesterone.

the TTC journey is such a difficult one. There are so many factors than can effect things, even when both parties are 100% i think its still only a 25% chance of getting pregnant on any given cycle.

I had a MMC in August 2021 and it was really difficult to see past it - i have PCOS and am overweight so a few things that go against me, but i took Myo-inositol and Maca Root and we fell pregnant on the 2nd cycle with my son! The worry was always there though as i think anyone whos had a loss will agree with - and then towards the end of last year we thought if we are thinking about trying for another baby we should try sooner rather than later -

So i started with the maca root and Inositol and then the Seven Seas trying for a baby supplement - i had a phone call appointment with my GP just to talk about the fact that im older and she said that its absolutely possible for me to get pregnant - she said if this cycle wasn't successful then she would book a blood test just to check everything.

What is your next thing to do? The Hycosy?

@VanessaShanessaJenkins99 I know there’s so many things that have to line up to get pregnant but others make it look so easy. I’ve got 3 friends (younger)who announced pregnancies in the past month and they hadn’t even tried, one is on the pill and the other took the morning after. I’ve always been quite positive about it but I think those 3 really got to me as I’ve been throwing everything at this for 9 months. I know my time will come but I feel like I’m the only one at the moment who can’t get there. I can’t even begin to imagine how it would feel to see two lines on a test.
The hycosy can be booked once my husband gets his own reports sent on. He filled out the form incorrectly and the private clinic can be slow with documents so I’ve resigned myself to having to wait another month unless they all get their act together miraculously by the end of the day!
