Hi everyone
moving over to March now as AF has arrived today. That means my last cycle was 26 days. My cycles haven’t been the same since being on the depo injection. I’ve had 33, 28, 31, 29, 21 lol. As long as I ovulate then I’m happy.

Is temperature the only way to know if you have actually ovulated?

I definitely see that line, without any squinting!

Yes I couldn’t really see when dry. I did another at lunchtime (as you do/shouldn’t🤣) and it’s similar. I think it’s just where the line would be/indent.

It’s hard because I read about how drinking in the luteal phase does affect likelihood of pregnancy and I quite want to have a drink tonight, I think that’s part of the reason for obsessive testing.

Hi everyone, I’ve been quiet as I’ve been busy with football matches and parent evenings and my youngest was 2 yesterday lol. I’m on day 2 of my cycle now, due to ovulate around the 20th March now. Fingers crossed for all of us x

This is my first month tracking BBT, I had my peak on CD18 (BBT 36.35), think I ovulated on CD19 (BBT 36.18) and today on CD20 my BBT is 36.65 - is this good or should it be higher? And how long should it stay up for?
I had what looks like a spike on CD16 but not sure why

How do you measure your bbt? And what is it? 🫣

It's your basal body temperature, I used a thermometer and believe it's meant to help confirm ovulation happened... but it's my first cycle using it and haven't a clue what's going on tbh 🤣

Stays up until a day or so before your period I believe, I think the rise can be like .3c above follicular phase temps? So looks okay to me? But this is my first month tracking so I'm hardly an expert

It's still higher than pre ovulation, as long as it's an increase in temp with 0,2 - 0,5. I got my highest temp 3 days after ovulation, it's not the highest temp that decides you have ovulated, it's that it's been higher than pre ovulation for 3 days in a row🥰 I would really recommend chatgpt, just write your temp and it analyzes it for you for free!

Morning all,

AF is due on Wednesday/Thursday and I've taken this test this morning. It's one of the cheap 2 pack from Asda and I'm really not sure how reliable they are or how bad they are for indents etc.

I think the test may be faulty, the dye has ran in some places and just doesn't look right to me.

What are your thoughts? I need to find some different tests I think 😂

Looks positive at first glance, but when I zoom it I see what you mean about the dye run, I still think it is positive but some people would say it is invalid because of the dye.
Everywhere opens at 10, go and grab yourself another one, I would feel positive though!

At due Thursday for me too, and I'm too scared to do another test after I think I had an evap like yesterday!

I had another bfn (possible very faint line likely indent) this morning. Should really just not test for a few days! My period is also due on Thursday. Had some possible cramping this morning but a bit like mild period pain when it’s hard to tell the difference between it being period pain or upset stomach 🙈

This is mine if it helps? I think it's most helpful when you look back at it, I don't think an individual temperature can tell you that much.

(I was sick cycle days 14 and 15 so it discounted my temperature readings)

I'm still only getting evap lines I think, cursing myself for being positive. 😢

I didn't temp this month, so my apps both say different things according to my strips - 9 or 10 DPO, really early!
Swear it was the beetroot juice! 😆 get some ladies!

It is gross, but I held my nose and chucked it everyday! It has so many health benefits though, I play a lot of sport and I swear it helped my stamina too!
I got mine in tesco, it is not in the fridge section but in the drinks bit.

Can anyone help me make sense of this please?
LH dropped from CD 23 so I assumed that is when I peaked and I just missed the peak on that day. But then this afternoon, my LH appears to be on the rise again? Is that supposed to happen? Or is it an indication that I’ve not ovulated? I’m finding it confusing I wish I never started tracking with test strips now :(

LH does vary, doesn't just go up
And down. Looks like you ovulated on cd24. These have been mine before as it has risen again but not positive. I've also taken some digitals when I had late dark ones and they were always negative.

Cd24 is a bit late, how long are your cycles?
