I was here December 2023 but sadly miscarried, I’m trying again, my last period was December 21st and we did the deed 3, 4 and 6th, I had my usual intense 30 mins of ovulation cramps the 6th, January I’m due my period on the 20th, would you wait till 20th to test or earlier?

sorry for your loss. It’s important to weigh up what is best for you though. And that early testing might not show up anything and whether that will cause you more stress than waiting to test.

Okay I’m exactly the same as both of you on dates! Ha! Cycle buddies.
I did test early, yesterday at 10DPO and again this morning and got faint positives. Now I’m here going “but today’s line is more faint… is that a bad sign…?!” So I actually wish I’d waited until Monday, or even Saturday at least if I was going to go slightly early!
DD1 was a complete accident. I have no idea when I ovulated then (a week early I suspect, hence the accident!) and tested two days before my period then because something felt very off. This TWW thing is totally new to me. And it’s driving me mad. If you have will power enough to wait, use it!

I have tested yesterday and today but both negative. It's weird though cos I have sore boobs which I never get, pain in my left side and I can't stop peeing. So I'm holding out until Saturday/Sunday. Flo is predicting AF to be Monday so I'm hoping I am pregnant and it's just taking a while to implant and get my HcG levels up 🤞🏼

I tested earlier wish I hadn’t it was negative 😣 I’ve been feeling so sick all week!! Properly nauseous, I “think” I’m 10 dpo but not sure. Wish I’d waited as I feel gutted now.

It’s still very early though and doesn’t mean anything. Think of it this way, at 10dpo more pregnant people get a negative test than a positive. You aren’t out yet. But yeah… maybe wait until you know a negative result means you’re very likely not to be pregnant. Testing early doesn’t answer anything, but a very clear “yes” or “no” means you at least know what you’re dealing with.

I no I’m so mad at myself for doing it!! Fingers and toes crossed for us all ♥️

I had really bad pain in my left side yesterday, a bit like ovulation pain (if you get it) so I'm hoping that was implantation pain? Funny how we dissect every pain and feeling when TTC isn't it 😂 so I'm being strong and not testing today.

@Groundhogday2025 you made me feel better about 10dpo testing... so I spent ages googling about negative tests and yep, more people get negatives pre AF than if they wait until after AF is due.

I'm trying to compare everything I'm feeling now to how I felt when I was pregnant with my miscarriage but every pregnancy is different and I keep reminding myself that that wasn't a healthy pregnancy so what I was feeling at a certain day probably wasn't for the best.

God this is hard 😂

How strange I have left side pain also!! With my miscarriage I got my faint bfp on dpo on day 13 so I’m really praying this will be ok and I’ll get my positive, it’s so hard isn’t it. Every month I stress as I’m 41 and feel this is so much harder cause my age 😵‍💫😵‍💫.

i can’t quite believe it but I got a BFP. We’re a little in shock because I’m 41 too and it happened quite quickly.

It's strange isn't it! I usually only get this type of pain around ovulation so I wouldn't have said it was a AF symptom.

The tracking apps are both a blessing and a nightmare because I went back to July to analyse every symptom and every dpo from my miscarriage. I got a faint positive day 12 last time and then a proper positive 4 days later after AF was due.

TTC isnt what I expected it to be, I was so naive going into it all. Like "oh people get pregnant and have babies so easily" when really, the miracle of it all is crazy.

Aw thank you! Sending lots to you also!! Next month I’m going to use all the ovulation kits to see if that helps if it’s not happening this month. Trying also not to compare last times symptoms like you said it’s such hard work.

It’s quite possible you felt what you think.

i know exactly when I ovulated due to the pain and I’m quite certain I felt implantation too. Very similar to OV pain but stronger and incredibly specific to one exact area and lasted about 30mins. Then absolutely nothing.

Been a strange weekend. I feel pregnant. But BFNs all weekend. AF due tomorrow which would make it a 32 day cycle for me which isn't normal at all.

Also weird one. But my nipples are massive and dark? Niggly pains but not like AF pains. Constipated which isn't like me at all before AF. But BFNs all weekend. And not just "oooh could it be" I mean like STARK WHITE even on a Clear Blue early detection.

What is going on?! I wish I had a crystal ball 🔮 😂
