@rebecca199 to be honest we haven’t been, but have this cycle so let’s see 😂. I suppose the egg can live 24 hours which would take you into that day so definitely worth a shot if you’ve still got gas left in the tank.

Just analysing my Premom graph and thinking what the heck can we do going forward if this doesn’t work 🤦🏻‍♀️. Any ideas/tips welcome!

Ooh well done your chart looks great! I’ve always done similar to be honest, every other day leading up to fertile window then every day for 4-5 days… but i’ve had no luck yet either 😅 so I’d be interested to hear if anyone has any tips too ☺️

We’re actually wondering if we should DTD less next month (like completely withholding until we get the peak) to see if that makes a difference? X

Confusedmermaid1 · 05/12/2024 20:51

Already counting myself out and I’m only 5dpo
Been cramping in my sides which usually happens before AF and can’t stop eating which is another sign.. staying hopeful is hard 😅

What's people's thoughts on having sex the day after ovulation?!
I've seen conflicting things around how it's the most important day and people always miss it and then others saying you don't need to etc!
I don't think I have it in me tonight to do it again 😂 we did day before peak, pay day, and ovulation day

We have been trying to do day after ovulation. Not because it is a fertile day, but only in case my ovulation timing is wrong so just to cover the bases.

My cousin has just sent around a pic of her new baby. She is a couple of months older than me and we started trying at the same time. A bit bittersweet this evening. I am 9dpo and feel the least pregnant I have ever felt. Feeling a bit wobbly this evening. Blergh

Notsure31 · 05/12/2024 21:16

Anyone know what’s going on with my ovulation, have I missed my peak or has it not happened yet?

Mine looks like this roughly every 2 months, it starts rising then lowers again for 1-2 days before I get my actual peak! So I’d say keep testing as it’s probably still on its way ☺️
This is my chart from this month…

Sorry to hear you’re feeling a bit wobbly ❤️ I think we can all empathise with this… especially when we see other people with pregnancies or lovely babies.
You’re not out of the race yet, but I know sometimes you can just feel in your gut that it’s not been a successful month. I feel the same today at 10DPO. We just have to keep pushing on and trust it will happen for us when the time is right x

Aghh bless you, it’s so tough isn’t it. Hard to explain to people not going through it that you’re soo happy for friends/family, but also terribly envious.
Don’t count yourself out yet, still soooo early. Before my BFP with my daughter I had literally zero signs or symptoms, so not necessarily a bad thing

PrayingForFour · 05/12/2024 23:21

Hey ladies can I just on this thread. I am currently on cycle 3 TTC No 4, 9DPO .. AF due on Tuesday .
tested tonight and it’s stark BFN. Feeling really down.
only symptom I have atm is sore breast but that’s pretty normal for me leading up to AF.

Find put next week if I'm here for next month. Telling myself I am so I'm not disappointed!

What's the cheapest place to buy easy at home ovulation test strips. My one step ones were rubbish earlier this month

Sorry @JB2021 I don't know why I wrote 60😂😂 40 x 16€ of course

Hen2000 · 06/12/2024 05:37

Went to test this morning and period had started.

Next month we will likely be taking a break we have a family event next September where most of my childcare will be 😅 I will likely still join the jan thread if that's OK as I'll still be tracking etc and hoping to see everyone else's bfp!!!

Row23 · 06/12/2024 05:57

10DPO and I caved and tested this morning as I noticed last night that more of my hair was falling out than usual. With my last pregnancy (which ended in loss) that was the only symptom.
Anyway, there’s a vv faint line. I’m not convinced it’s a positive, it could be an indent etc.
Obviously I’d be grateful if it’s positive but given my lack of symptoms I think I’ll just be expecting it to end in loss again.
I’ll probably test everyday for the next few days now!

MyGardenDaisies · 06/12/2024 07:29

@Hen2000 sorry to hear. I hope you enjoy a peaceful Christmas break and January brings a positive x

😂😂😂 you could tell i’d only just woken up, haha that makes much more sense! How are you feeling in yourself?

JB2021 · 06/12/2024 08:00

When I had child #1, didn't really have many symptoms, tested as AF was late.

This time not been off the pill long as chances are slim but we did SPEM this month. Apps say I'm due Monday/Tuesday and very sicky feeling this morning. Makes me wonder but not getting hopes up

1woodpecker · 06/12/2024 08:13

Hi all! Technically not TTC in dec because partner is away. I think I’ve ovulated several days earlier than usual (usually day 15-17, but had positive OPK yesterday on day 12). Also had really strong ovulation pains all day yesterday, started with a sore tender stomach all morning then pain on one side. I sometimes get a sensation around ovulation but not that strong or long - does anyone else get that?

MyGardenDaisies · 06/12/2024 08:31

@Kateb149 😂
I am still nauseous which is not a typical PMS symptom for me, other than that not much.
I will test with the 10miu/ml sensitive tests soon but I'm only 8/9 DPO and I've read that the median HCG at 9DPO is only 4min/ml, so it is too early to test really anyways, even for FRER.

How are you ? X

I'm joining this thread! Properly trying to conceive this month after 4 losses and lots of fertility tests recently. I should be ovulating today...
