@Clara202 you could have ovulated later than predicted? There's no late period only late ovulation as the luteal phase never changes !

@Lila34830 my first 3 cycles my luteal phase was 9 days, the last one was 11 days and I’m now on day 14. I’m not sure why or if it’s a good or bad thing. My periods are strange also, I think I mentioned it here before but they’re so light and dark now rather than the typical red I was used to pre pill. I think I’ll have to just book some private scans now and see if anything is up.

@Lila34830 I’m good thankyou! Had more bleeding on Tuesday so WFH on Wednesday to keep rested but spotting again today. Luckily my manager is amazing. I’m very fortunate to be able to scan myself as I’ve said before but the anxiety of it all is horrendous still.

oooh yes maybe you had just missed the peak! I found that I had EWCM which finished the day of ovulation (day after peak)! Fingers crossed for you!! 🤞🏼🩷

@Clara202 I'm so sorry to hear this ! I honestly managed to regulate my period but I have severe pcos and one month (the girls are witness here!) I think I tested for 24 days straight before I could have a positive LH test and it was absolutely draining ! If I were you I would push for some help from the GP (although we know how unhelpful they can be ...!) good luck girl keep us updated.

@Gemmaemilyx I'm glad you have the possibility to scan yourself and honestly so would I if I was working in this field !! My friend had bleeding through her whole pregnancy and apparently it was normal. Must be nerve wrecking ..!

I said I wouldn't LH test but I did all yesterday and this morning just in case I had a late peak but definitely looks like I must have ovulated on Tuesday or Wednesday 😅 so I am now 2 or 3 dpo. I had not missed the TWW at all. But weirdly I'm quite relaxed (so far) probably because I know I won't do it again if it doesn't work this month. I'll take a break and chill for a bit.

@Lila34830 oooh at least you’re ahead of the game and don’t have to wait longer! Keep us updated! I found this time I had no symptoms whatsoever in the TWW, apart from the night before the positive I got pinching on my left side. But otherwise the whole sickness, needing to pee more etc didn’t start until I was around 7 weeks. So if there are no symptoms I’d certainly take it as a good sign in my experience (even though I was adamant it wasn’t my month due to lack of symptoms) . Keep us updated on the TWW! So excited that hopefully this is your month 🙏🩷

I will do !!! I will not take nausea as a sign because I've had horrendous acid reflux recently and I feel nauseous with it 😂 so that won't be a sign for me !
Hopefully it's a successful month ! I shall let you know !

Well, it turns out I had a feeling I had not ovulated, and I was right! I did an LH test this evening, positive, so we DTD. That's it for this week, I tend to ovulate a few hours after my peak as I get ovulation pains. I guess the 2WW officially starts tomorrow for me.

So we DTD 4 - 3 - 1 day before ovulation ... I hope it will do... we shall see!

I am 5 DPO today, I've been really busy so time has passed quite fast for me so far luckily. My luteal phase is 12 days so I am really trying to hold on until 12 dpo to test ! Pretty easy on week one, let's see how I feel on week 2 😂

I'm cramping but I don't think this is implantation as I'm only 5 dpo. Probably the classic progesterone symptoms ! I shall keep the group updated in case some busy dinos come accross it 😅

Thank you 🥹🥹 they moved my rescan to Tuesday next week from Wednesday this week due to an infection I’ve picked up but really hope this chapter can be closed then.

Just thought I'd update the group, even if it's not that active atm, makes me feel less lonely in the 2WW 😅
I'm 8 DPO, and I've been cramping bad yesterday morning, in my back mainly (I get period pains in my back).
Boobs are sensitive but that's the typical luteal phase for me !
I'm holding on and not testing.
One thing I have noticed and I'm very confused about is that I have absolutely no CM ? So I don't know whether this is a good sign. I'm not dry, but I have no discharge if that makes sense.
Time will tell obvs and I'll let you all know .
I hope the pregnant dinos / and dinos on a break are doing well 🤍

I’m in the waiting for ovulation phase! I decided to start using cheapie strips, and I’m wondering if you’re using the app for them, when do you actually take the picture of the strip?! Immediately after the line appears, a few mins later when the background is still pink or wait for it to be completely dry?
