Morning girls,

I feel like even if I'm taking a ttc break I miss talking to you all too much ! We've been in this together for months now lol
Guess what, I always had such fertile signs before ttc, loads of ewcm, started ttc, ewcm almost disappeared, now I'm having a couple months off : this morning I had the BIGGEST ewcm. Isn't it just typical ? And I'm stood in the bathroom before my shower being like omg this is wasted away 😭 but I am sticking to my choice so far as my overall health is more important atm

@KT199 mainly jumped on here to wish you good luck and send you all the love I have for tomorrow. I really hope this turns out different than the dreaded outcome. ❤️ 🤞🏼

@Toppstileslover your message reassures me, I'm turning 35 in March and I still feel I'm not that old ? But equally feel like people pressure you into thinking after 30 you're so old. I hate it. When is your next scan ??? I hope it's all good !!

@Clara202 check @Toppstileslover message, you definitely aren't too old !!! I also really think age depends on so many factors.

@Gemmaemilyx how are you ?? I cannot believe the GP told you to get back on the pill. Outrageous.

@Lila34830 im good thankyou! I’ve got my scan tomorrow which I’m pleased about as I’ve been having some left sided pains, so worried about ectopic pregnancy (anxiety ridden🤣)

so bad isn’t it! I just logged onto my online nhs and these were the comments ‘possible false positive tests’ was also another thing they said 🤣 we shouldn’t have to be made to feel like this. I really hope everyone who is seeking gp support gets good advice and monitoring because my experience hasn’t been the best!

oh no it’s typical isn’t it!! But I don’t blame you. It’s absolutely life consuming and I think taking a break is good mentally so you’re not constantly thinking about peeing on bloody sticks! When do you think you’ll be back? How many cycles have you been trying so far? And I know about wanting to chat!! It’s such a lovely group and I like to see how everyone is doing those pregnant and those ttc! Xxx

Just sent the screenshots, I would make a formal complaint about this. There is no such thing as false positive hcg tests are a line can only appear when the hormone is in your body. This is so belittling and ignorant, I'm fuming for you !

We had tried for about 7 cycles I'd say ? But we want to potentially move out etc so I am tempted to have a break for a good 6 months tbh ! We will see !

Age is a funny one…You can be 24 and have low egg reserve and honestly I think it depends on where you live for ages around you? I live / work in London and at 37 I am feel “young” even though I know I’m old. We are moving out to Sussex any week now and I think there I won’t be old either! My FIL practises here and says we are young but then he practiced in Scotland where we’d be super old! Same my “home” friends all have kids nearly leaving primary school and I was like Bridget jones for a long time 😂😂😂

anyway none of us are old! @Clara202 repeat!! . Priority is getting tested - knowledge is power always girls 🥰🥰🥰 my private tests were £75 for Hertility online blood tests then my private scans last year were £90. I was so reassured.

scan for progress isn’t til a week Saturday! So longgggg. I think I’ll be more nervous next week, I’m lurking anyway as it’s a habit now isn’t it @Lila34830 😂🩷

I have prepared myself for the worst. I just want this horrible experience to be over now 😓 I am being seen tomorrow morning by EPU and I’ve been willing for it to hurry up all week and now it’s around the corner I feel so apprehensive.

thanks everyone for the messages! All went well, by my lmp I should be 7+4, but ovulation 7+2 and I’m measuring 7+1 with a little flickering heart beat 🥰. Very relieved I must admit as I convinced myself it was an ectopic! And just as good news there’s no need for clexane! Would’ve been for the rest of the pregnancy + 6 weeks PP. So I’m very happy today!

I really pray for good news for you tomorrow 🤞🏼🤞🏼but totally understand why you’d gear yourself up for bad news. what times the scan? have you had any bleeding ? Or would you be none the wiser if it wasn’t for the early scans? (It’s hard to keep up with who’s who, but I think you were spotting a few weeks ago??)

The anxiety of it all is horrendous sending you love xxxx

Oh @KT199 I will be thinking of you all day! Please let your Internet friends know how you get on. Like @Gemmaemilyx i can’t understand this non viability (god I was anxious enough about getting pregnant) without any bleeding. So crazy! It’s so unfair, loads of love and we’ll be with you 🩷

Well ladies, not a happy update but an expected one. Sadly no heartbeat today so the baby has passed. I’m booked in on Tuesday to have surgical management. I am sure we TTC again but for the time being I am going to check out and take some time to get myself back to normal health and deal with the emotions from this journey. Thank you for all your support, I will probably lurk a little now and again depending on how I’m feeling and maybe the odd post. I am not sure where everyone will be in their journeys when I come back to TTC, so I really hope you all get your happy endings 🤞🏻🫶🏻

Sadly in the same boat as darling @KT199, I have bleeding and no heartbeat. Not quite sure what to do now other than wait for it to miscarry.

We are relocating, on the waitlist for a puppy, I’ve just got a new job at work so we have a lot to be positive for.

it is a rollercoaster I tell you! You think the positive test is the end of it and it’s just the beginning x

Take good care of yourself and rest. Make sure to contact your EPU so they can check you over. If it is happening naturally it least your body is reacting and handling it, but get some pain relief down you and a hot water bottle to hand ❤️😢

@Toppstileslover @KT199 hey girls sorry been off the app. I’m sorry you had to go through this. Honestly this is so hard, get all the support you need and take your time to heal. Honestly, my first MC was horrible, it did help to know i wasnt the only one, and most women go through this at least once in their lives, it s just not talked about enough, prioritize you mental health, you are allowed to grieve. We are here for you. Sending you love.

Still debating resuming ttc over here, but just thought I'd pop by to say hello. Isn't it typical for me to have had the most amazing and quality EWCM since we stopped ttc lol.
