CD 5 today, af seems to be tailing off now. How is everyone doing?

Can someone help please? I’m so very confused this morning!!
LH levels still pretty much base line. I’m CD14 which is completely normal for me - never ovulate before CD16….but here is the confusion. My BBT has significantly risen above baseline to temp I would usually get after ovulation, but at no point have my LH levels risen? Any help would be wonderful😅

@Emiily887 I had no clue when I was tracking bbt so although I can’t help really with that, does doing the opk alongside help? Are you still using the clear blue one? Hopefully you’ll be seeing the flashing smiley around now ish if you usually ovulate cd16. Let us know how you get on!

I have an uncontrollable ridiculous urge to do a hcg strip tomorrow at 6dpo although I know it’s too early 😅trying to keep my crazy testing urge under control. I’ve put them away and going to try and wait until later this week coming.

I’m CD16 still waiting to ovulate! I usually ovulate CD18 so hopefully only two more days to go…exhausted😂

I see it! Congratulations!! I love seeing all the BFP🤗 I’m 12 dpo now and I’ve just been testing for the heck of it lol I do feel like I’m pregnant but I don’t want to get my hopes up if I’m not. With my daughter I didn’t test positive until my period was due which is 2 days from now. Also usually I would start spotting today if I was going to get my period and so far nothing. So hopeful still! Had some cramping and burning nips. Also lightning boob. Feels like an electric storm went through them for about a minute last night while laying in bed. Very different from my norm. Usually my whole boob will hurt days before I start.

Hey everyone, I've been away for a few days so it's defo passed the time in the TWW. I looked at my app and it's saying I'm 8dpo today. I would usually test by now but I don't have any in & I can't deal with the disappointment.

@Emiily887 could you have ovulated earlier? This month I ovulated on day 10 according to OPK & temps & usually I ovulate on CD15.

I’ve found it helpful the last two cycles but this one’s confusing me🤣
Not using the clear blue this cycle - boots didn’t have any so thought I’ll just go with the cheapies which have always been fine anyway. Going to get the clear blue again in future though. So confused about my BBT, although I have a weird feeling I went for a wee this morning but I can’t be sure 🤣 so maybe because it wasn’t a full sleep like normal it’s not accurate? Will see what it says tomorrow.

I don’t think so as I’ve not had a remotely dark line! They’ve all been pretty base line which is what I’d be expecting just now. It’s so strange!
I’m glad going a way has passed some time for you! I do find it helps not having tests in but I always give in and order on Amazon around 8dpo🥲🤣 hats of to you if you don’t test and keeping everything crossed for you

@Emiily887 Yes see what it says tomorrow, let us know! Did you say you’re cd14 today. If you dtd from around now then you’re covered even if you can’t pinpoint exactly when peak will be.
Aww thank you that’s nice to hear, I hope you’re right!🩷🩷 when I saw the reiki lady she said she could sense loads of boy energy! My dh is skeptical and I know it obviously can’t mean anything but it was still nice to hear! This cycle i definitely feel like we did all we could and I’ve been in the most relaxed mindset about it.

I have told myself to really try and hold off but I just can’t, I find with me it doesn’t make a difference either way, the feelings when AF comes are still the same.

im 5dpo and trying not to symptom spot. That’s easy as im not feeling anything haha.
i think not having tests in the house probably does help. I used my clear blue ones last month and don’t intend to buy more unless I get lines on the cheapies.

Think I finally got my peak on cd 16, bit later than normal but least I've got it! Was frustrating seeing that line but not as dark as needed! Gutted though as oh is away for work now so hoping as we dtd cd 12,14 and 15 we will be still in this cycle! What do you girls think?

@JoMummyJessica glad you’ve finally hit peak! The best days to conceive is to BD the 3 days in the lead up to ovulation so definitely covered🩷

It’s definitely hard to hold out isn’t it! I always say I’ll try but never manage to fight the urge haha! The outcome will be whatever it will be, it’s just the extra days of ‘is that a line’ that drives me mad but I always put myself through it anyway🤣

@JoMummyJessica I conceived my little girl with a peak of 0.79 😊 so I wouldn't worry too much. Quietly hopeful that this is it for us as I'm getting the familiar symptoms but dh is away til Wednesday so I'll wait til then to tell him and hopefully will have a stronger positive by then l.

@Emiily887 honestly I'm usually testing from 7dpo 🫣 I've had such a weird cycle and only managed to DTD once as I felt a tingling feeling, did an OPK & it was positive really early on! I did it that night, but it's been negative since so I don't have high hopes this month. I'm sure I'll be back to my obsessive testing next month. My app says I'm 10 DPO today & I have no symptoms whatsoever so I'm just not going to bother this month. How's your BBT today? Just keep DTD & you will defo catch it 🥰

@LuxyLocket I went through about 5 clear blue tests last month, I'm defo not getting them again as they are rubbish and expensive! Trying not to symptom spot is the worst isn't it! Every twinge I'm furiously googling if it's a pregnancy symptom 😆 I've had absolutely no symptoms whatsoever this month! Keeping it all crossed for you too lovely! 🥰🥰

I have had higher reading this morning at 0.93 so guess today is my peak! Don't think I'll do opk next cycle (if don't get pregnant this cycle) stresses me out bit too much!

@Justbloodylovecrisps definitely this, clear blue are ridiculously priced and I’m also the same! I’ve been on Google hands up haha how many dpo? I can’t remember where you are in your cycle.
I am 6dpo today and haven’t been feeling anything at all except today my boobs are sore and look a tad swollen however I get sore boobs during luteul phase so taking this with a pinch of salt.

@Emiily887 You definitely covered it with those days! Hope you are ok today. 🩷🩷Yep the spotting lines is a stress but I can’t not otherwise the tww just drags and is boring. I’ve restrained myself though I havnt ordered any more tests yet haha

@LuxyLocket so according to apps I'm either 9 or 10DPO. If I had tests in I would 10000% do it, but I get a bit obsessed & I've found out this cycle I don't if I don't have them in 😆 I only managed to DTD once on the day of the peak, so I highly doubt it's my month. I got pregnant accidentally with my first so I can't even compare it to anything! Sore boobs is defo a good sign though, a lot of people say that was one of the first symptoms! I've heard LH tests are positive towards the end of the cycle if you're pregnant & I've just done one and it's negative..at least that gave me something to pee on 😆

@Justbloodylovecrisps you’re a few days ahead of me! That’s very good self restraint and I agree not having them in helps. I’m going to test from about thurs I think where I will be 9dpo.
you just never know, the month I conceived our first was one time!sadly that ended in a mc at 9 weeks. So I’m hopeful for you! You’re definitely still in with a chance! It only takes one.
yes I’m hoping the sore boobs are a good sign.

Also I didn’t know about the LH tests being positive if you’re pregnant thing either! Might try that towards end of cycle just to help with the urge of testing haha
