Hi ladies, I’ve just started a new thread for us to continue the support🩷

Had ovulation spotting yesterday, positive ovulation test today. I only get it occasionally, it's so random! So today/tomorrow left and then into another 2ww.

I imagine I'm out now. BFN with a Boots early at around 10dpoish (AF due around Friday). After 33 or 34 cycles I think it's probably time for me to hang up my cape and face reality that #3 ain't happening. Good luck all....

@moosey89 We’re around the exact same time! Had peak fertility for LH surge on opk yesterday and lots of stabby ovulation pain today with ewcm so it’s got it right I think! I’m cd14 today. First time using opk.
we dtd day 12 and today day 14 so think we’re covered. Last cycle was 4 times and we were both tired out by the end of it especially around working hours. I like how with the opk you can focus on the right days and takes the pressure off having to dtd lots and lots.

@curliegirlie im sorry to hear about your bfn , 💕 it’s so hard. I would say it’s good you’re protecting yourself and being realistic but you’re definitely not out yet. There is still time, some women don’t see a line til a bit later

Still negative opk for me, slightly darker so hoping it’s on the rise.
BBT dropped this morning but it’s the first time ever tracking it this cycle so still a little new to it! We shall see, I think I will ovulate Thursday or Friday xx

@curliegirlie I'm so sorry, that's a long tough ride.
Cd14 and I think maybe I ovulated yesterday but I think I need to stop buying tests (I've run out, probably a good thing) for a while, they're making me soooo stressed over numbers. Are the more expensive ones less stressy? I'm using easy@home and I think my lh peak is very quick.

Positive ovulation test today CD15, does that mean from tomorrow i'm 1DPO?

@LuxyLocket ah cool always good to have a cycle buddy! I'm ok, been TTC for so long now I can't even imagine bringing a baby home lol so it's just part of my routine if that makes sense 🤣 how about you?

I'm at 5dpo but I ovulated early this cycle. After last months disappointment, I wasn't exactly reaching for the OPK in a hurry this time. The first day I tested the serge had already begun. I didn't test again until a day & a half later (as I was very busy) and my LH was back to baseline. Still managed to squeeze in 1 attempt but my breast have been sore since the end of my period which has never happened before so I've no idea what's going on 😅 How long have you been trying for? I swear when your mind wants you to get pregnant, your body resists it. My bfs sister (my age) got pregnant accidentally whilst taking contraception 🤦🏽‍♀️

@HA22 yes you have an amazing memory! I can never remember who said what on threads or WhatsApps. I had my wee boy (DC3) in August, I have kind of dropped out of the WhatsApp and fb group as i had a very late miscarriage in July and its all been a bit traumatic tbh. Are you trying for #2?

Hi ladies how are we all doing? I believe I am 5dpo today and after what felt mostly like a typical luteal day, tonight I've had an abundance of what looks and feels like EWCM after going for a wee! This happened a couple of days ago but I thought it was lingering from O, so to find this was v confusing! I know it's too early for 'symptoms' but it did take me by surprise! 🤣 Hope you are all doing well! Xx

Think I ovulated yesterday or maybe today after my peak 2 days ago. About to enter the dreaded TWW send help..

I have gone ahead and bought my husband multivitamins and also vitamin B complex for myself, and if I’m not pregnant next week, I’ll buy Agnus Castus as well and take daily 1g of vitamin C, as I’ve just scared myself that I have a short luteal phase (10 or 11 days). Anyone else has a short one? How is it even counted properly? Does it start 2 days after peak on ovulation tests, so 1 day after ovulation? 😩

@Justbloodylovecrisps ooh exciting! the 2ww is my fave because i love symptom spotting strangely! my peak was today so i assume ill ovulate and bd tomorrow and then thursday will be 1dpo i think? all the best xx

Have you tried using a fertility cup? Apologies if you've been there and done that but I've heard really good things about them. Apparently one of the biggest challenges of conceiving is the number of healthy sperm that actually survive the journey to the fallopian tube, even the ones that do (if any) have a 50% of going the right way 😂 I'm still quite earlier on in my journey but I got a cheap one off eBay so I have high hopes 🤞🏽 You must be very strong to power through so many cycles TTC, it's very mentally and emotionally draining. Good luck though, sounds like you deserve some success after trying so long.

Me too! I dread the TWW so much, I have to take breaks from TTC for my own sanity 🤦🏽‍♀️😅 I think the TWW for me has a negative impact on TTC from the stress of it. Catch-22 😅

@AnonymousSGJB it's so hard for us women isn't it! Wish we didn't have to wait so long to find out. I guess in the grand scheme of things it's not even long, but I am so impatient 🤣

I totally get having a break, I'm thinking of having a month off over Xmas so I can just enjoy myself x

I’m 1DPO so here we go! Trying not to think about it as much this cycle though.
I had a smear test this morning which I hope won’t affect our chances of conceiving or anything. I think it’s far too early still as if we have conceived sperm would only have just met egg so surely a scrape on the cervix won’t cause any issues there. I know you’re not meant to have it when pregnant but surely this early is alright. It’s all very microscopic at this stage! just wanted to fit it in incase we do get pregnant!
