Hey everyone moving over from the ttc sept 2024 thread. Very light start to period today. Expect to start tomorrow with negative pregancy tests. Thought id dip my toes in and start a wee thread.

Little bit about me. Im 35 years (soon to be 36 in oct...a birthday bfp would be lovely) been ttc since jan this year. This will now be cycle 10 for me. I have a 8 year old daughter with my ex and had to have ivf/icsi to have her due to his low sperm count. My new partner and i have been together now 2 and a half year and would love to extend our family.

So far i have had day 21 bloods which confirmed that i am ovulating and waiting to hear back regarding his SA results.

Omg ladies, just posted this on the other Oxtober thread too but omg omg omg . I'm 9dpo, thought I'd do a test more for paranoia then anything else, fmu quite diluted though - tmi- but look!!! I'm in total shock!

Congratulations to those amazing tests! Eeeeeeek keeping everything crossed for you.

AF is due on Wednesday, I couldn't help myself but test early and tested negative on Thursday and Friday. I had some brownish tinge in my CM and on wiping this morning - did a test and it is very faint so not sure what to think... The stress!

I couldn't hang on and I did another test, boots early one and the line is even clearer! 9dpo, I cant believe it. Fingers crossed for everyone else this month x

@Fashionlover123 Here's my chart off flo, I'm still very surprised the lines are so clear so early but I definitely ovulated last Thursday I am sure of it. With my dd I didnt get bfp until 11 or 12 dpo. 27 day cycle xx

So, here are my ovulation tests from the past 12/13 ish days, the bottom one I've just done - some days I did multiple tests and I didn't write the dates because I didn't want to be too obsessed with it (which I definitely am LOL). The individual pic is the ovulation test I've just done too.

I had a very faint positive this morning on a one step HCG strip test. It's such a skinny test strip though in comparison to other cheap tests I've used before! I also have brown sticky CM... sorry for the TMI. AF is due on Wednesday so I'm just a little confused. I have a First Response test in the bathroom that I'm desperate to use but I don't want to be disappointed.

What do you gals think? Could I just be ovulating really late?

I also did two other pregnancy tests Thursday and Friday and they were completely negative.

@HNM I think you should use the first response test, personally! I had a negative test yesterday and now I have 4 positive of different sensitivities overnight (I couldn't believe it so I have literally done 4 tests just today which is insane but all positive). Or do the first response tomorrow morning. My due Wednesday too x

@MamaSads Ok, good idea, I'll use the First Response in the morning! Do you have any symptoms? Do you have pics of your tests from today? I'm a test addict! Thank you for getting back to me Xx

@HNM fingers crossed for you! Not really any symptoms other than last night I was really hot and woke up at 3am vivid dream hot and thirsty, I drank a litre of water so was very shocked to get a positive on the first response with fmu, I was mainly testing out of habit! Last time it took nearly a year to conceive and this time it's only cycle 2 so I'm very surprised xx

Hi all, congratulations to all that have bfp this month and sending baby dust to those like myself TTC. I'm really confused I'm due my period today an have had brown discharge for the past 5 days. Tonight I have had a tiny bit of pink spotting when pooing but nothing else other than brown discharge. I've done an ovulation test and it's positive but I got a positive ovulation test 12 days ago so surely I can't be ovulating again. Any ideas?

@MamaSads Wow looks at all of those, they look amazing! Keep me posted on how you're feeling, I'll do the test tomorrow morning but I'm anxious as I have some cramping/pulling going on Xx

@HNM nope not yet I didn't want to get my hopes with, I started getting a bit of cramp too but the ovulation test was a stark positive straight away and is 0.80 which is high for me

@Happysoul111 I'd say do one, this is how I found out I was pregnant with my little girl. Keep us updated! Xx

Congrats to everyone with their BFP! 🥳 @HNM everything crossed for you tomorrow 🤞 i’m CD6 and the premom app predicts I’ll ovulate in 9 days. Hoping this will be our lucky 4th cycle! Anyone else in the early stages of their cycle? I’ve just ordered some preseed to see if it helps 😬

Also in the same boat, ovulation is high for me but bfn. I’ll see how next couple of days goes. High ovulation was how I found out I was pregnant last time. Scared to get my hopes up tbh.

Tested again today with a Premom strip and I’m fairly certain there was a line. I’ve just had a miscarriage so it’s amazing if true but hard to feel super excited, not even telling my husband unless it gets darker. Don’t want to get his hopes up. Good luck to everyone else x

1 day late. Had sore nipples and "puffy" feeling boobs for a few days, usual night sweats and feeling like I'm going to come on but have had absolutely no sign of AF.

This is strange for me, I usually have some spotting or something to let me know I'm coming on but this month I've had nothing. Zilch!

I've also had weird motion sickness and feel quite stuffy. Don't know whether to test.....

@SophieRules hope your okay, it's so hard to not get your hopes up until it's confirmed, keep us posted.
I've just done a test this morning on a tesco cheapie and iv got a line but don't want to get my hopes up. Going to get some clear blues

I did my First Response test this morning and a line came up straight away though it is vvvfaint. I took these pictures quite a while after and the line had faded a little. I'm really not getting my hopes up as AF is due Wednesday so surely the line would be darker? I'm quite disappointed really Xx
