Two week wait ladies, you there?

I am 5DPO today. First proper cycle of trying to conceive.

I know we’re not likely to feel any symptoms yet, but id anyone else hyper focused on every twinge or movement? I swear I woke up in the night with really sore b0.obs but now they don’t feel too bad - last night they were super veiny and looked diff.
I’m presuming this is just post-ovulation symptoms.

I don’t want to overthink and get myself stressed but so hoping something is going on. I hope i’ll know more in a few days.. and I know how rare/lucky it is to catch first time.

Just wanted to open up a thread for us all waiting! :) xx

Looking pretty strong! Maybe try a Different brand of test too? Xx

Jumping on! 4dpo TTC number 2. Started my progesterone pesseries at 2dpo to extend my luteal phase to allow implantation. I usually get my bfp at 10dpo but that will be cd27 but my period usually comes cd24 so we will see. The progesterone won't stop AF if not pregnant but may delay a day or two. I hate the tww. Least it's weekend now though and that always goes super quick doesn't it...

Countdown to pregnancy days the most common result at 14DPO is a very faint or faint positive… So if I were you I would just take this as a win.

@Fingerscrossed24 they look like they are getting darker from top to bottom so that's fab! Did you get any implantation symptoms at all?

I can’t say I noticed anything in particular so I’m not sure but I can’t quite believe this is true !

I have done a digital to just worried that it didn’t implant because of my age and I’ve have some pains this afternoon like period pains. The lines were sooo faint . I’ll try again in morning and see if they have got any darker

Ladies do I have myself a squinter? Obvs i’m being ridiculous but basically my easy at home amazon parcel arrived and as there were some tests I thought well why not…. I’m only taking it with a tiny pinch of salt and going to wait until 14dpo for proper answer but… thoughts? 👀👀 xx

@Carportforme we've had 5 losses. 1,2,3&5 were chemicals and the 4th one a 9 week loss. That was the one where everything seemed to be going fine until I went for an early scan only to be told I'd either gotten my dates wrong or I was measuring behind. Had a scan a couple of weeks later which measured me on time but no heartbeat. So told to go back a week later. They also said I had a SCH but it was nothing to worry about and not to be too concerned if I did start bleeding. Everything seemed fine for a few days and then I started spotting brown blood. Kept an eye on it and it seemed to taper off for a day or 2 until it started again bright red with clots. I ended up in A&E a couple of days before I was meant to go back in for my scan due to severe pains in my kidneys and cramping, where the Dr who saw me said I had a kidney infection and also did another pregnancy test whilst I was there. 2 solid pink lines so he also said he thought the pain was caused from the infection. Couldn't have a scan that night but decided to wait till the Monday which is when I found out I'd potentially miscarried, but still had to wait a further 2 weeks to confirm it. In the end I only waited about 6 days and got in early after a couple of hours of really heavy bleeding. Unfortunately whilst my OH was at work. Although I think I'd have panicked more had he been there. He cuts his finger and feels faint at a drop of blood so me sneezing and completely soaking through 2 thick pads, my pjs and all over the chair I was sat in would've had him sparked out on the floor. Did another test 2 weeks after to make sure it was negative and it still showed a positive. Told to re test again a week later which still had a faint positive. Went back in for another scan only to find I still had tissue left inside so ended up taking misoprostol. From start to finish the whole thing took 5 weeks. I wanted to try again straight away but was advised that after 4 consecutive losses my body needed a break. It appears to be in state of a permanent break 5 years down the bloody line! Age factor is against us as well. I'm hitting my 40's next year my OH his late 50's

Yes, @JW24M this is my first cycle trying for my second, what about you?

With my first I tested at 10dpo and it was negative so I had a few G&Ts with hubby to commiserate... a few days later AF didn't show up and I realised I was pregnant 🙈🙈 trying to avoid that this time!!

Ooh goodness!! You have been through it! It does make me rather wonder what I have to moan about! I am truly sorry that you have had to go through all that. Life can be a complete xxxx sometimes!
