TTC after loss part 5

Just continuing our old thread. I've added anyone who has asked to stay on here. As always, anyone who is trying after a loss is welcome to join and those who have been lucky since are welcome to encourage those who are still waiting for their rainbow (if you want to stay of course )

Also for the next thread, I'm going to let someone else take over creating the new one if people don't mind. I've a lot on at the moment with tests and I'm back to work in the next few weeks after my bereavement leave with my boys. So if anyone would like to take the mantle, feel free.

Im 2dpo today and have another ultrasound on Wednesday to see if follicle has burst followed by pdg blood test.

@Joleyjojo im pleased the holiday is a welcome distraction. Fingers crossed it is ovulation related and you’re lucky enough to catch this cycle.

Cd16, I did bbt just for fun past two days only to find out I have not yet ovulated. I’m usually at 36.3 before ov and 36.8+ after. Yesterday it was 36.6 and today 36.5. Also day 3 of brown spotting now. I really don’t know what’s going on.

@emmatcc1 it’s frustrating when you don’t know what your body is doing. Perhaps it’s gearing up for ovulation?

I’m feeling a little worried, as I started spotting late Thursday night. It carried into yesterday too but not with cramps. Yet today I’ve got awful period type cramps but still spotting. I wish the bleeding would just hurry up so I can move on. Have been feeling sad all day about it, and then to be in pain isn’t helping. I usually start my period around 24 hours after starting spotting but it’s been longer so far

@Figtree11 have you taken any more tests just to rule out? Xxx

@DonnaWhat yeah I did one earlier & it’s negative. I never usually spot for this long before AF starts. And the cramps have been there all day

Corfu sounds lovely @Joleyjojo but completely understand the mixed emotions, it's such a complicated thing to go through. Hope you can have a few more nice days before you have to head home x

@Figtree11 sorry you are having such long cycles, that must be so frustrating. Did the spotting turn into anything yet? Even more frustrations for you not having your standard period x

@Figtree11 is it worth checking in with the gp if it's different to your normal?

@Ladyinpink1 thank you. Was feeling very low about it all yesterday but feel a bit better today. Spotting has definitely turned into bleeding today

@Superscientist yeah that was my plan for tomorrow, to ring them up about it if the spotting continued. But it’s got heavier today. Trying to tell myself maybe it’s for the best & my body wasn’t in a position to support a healthy pregnancy this month

@Figtree11 Good to see your bleeding has started. I wish you all the very best of luck in your next cycle. I hope they start to regulate for you. I know the last cycle was a very challenging one for you. I have everything crossed for you.

I bought my LH tests with me. I did one this morning which would be 11 days post op. Not even a slight 2nd line. I have always had 2 lines obviously lighter when not ovulating but I didn’t even have a feint feint one. Is that normal to just have 0 LH xxx

You always have LH in your system and your urine could be very diluted to have no lines. x

I did think this. I will check again tomorrow I have been drinking a lot of fluids whilst on holiday x

Thanks @Ladyinpink1 yeah I’m glad there is no uncertainty. Just feeling a little sorry for myself today that it came. And hoping it’s not another 5/6 weeks til I ovulate again like last cycle

I had it a lot. I usually have a fast surge so my lines would be very weak and then just pop in the two days leading up to ovulation

Yes I tested this morning at 10DPO, BFN as expected.
going to try and wait until Tuesday now. I got my first BFP on the evening of 12DPO

Cd19 today still no bbt rise and no symptoms of ovulation. This is really frustrating.

I swore long ago I wouldn't use ovulation sticks because they clearly make you crazy and here I am again 🤦‍♀️ I'm on CD13 and had a rise but it's not very high, only 0.5 and seems to be going down again. Saying that, the month I conceived my little girl it was only 0.79, I do drink a lot through the day. I'm only on my second period after mc but it does seem pretty regular. Do you think I'm not really ovulating, or it's just not showing up on the tests? Last month was 0.6 and period was about 2 weeks later

You can fou ke check the figures by adjusting the colours on the chart on premom looking at the lines I'd say that was definitely a peak. Good luck xxxx

@Ncl31 I'm really sorry about your bfn, it's just devestating seeing a negative test, hope you are ok and that your period arrives soon so you can start a fresh new cycle x
