CD 1 for me today, so I’m moving over from the July thread and starting this one (don’t think there is already one).
Anyone else now ttc for a BFP in August??

I think I am 3DPO and been having some cramps this evening, has anyone else had anything like that? I know it's too early to be implantation or anything..

I had a squinter on a first response early result at 9DPO with my daughter, but it didn’t look like much of a line until 11dpo x

I’ve just tested and got a glaring BFN - I’m gutted, I swear I felt pregnant this month!

This is such a rollercoaster. 10 dpo tested this morning and it looks negative to me.
wiped and some blood on tissue. AF would be due Thursday. Any ideas?

I know, I’m trying to keep that in my head but there wasn’t even a tiny hint of a line so think that’s me out for this month. Best of luck to you, fingers crossed yours is positive xx

how are we all?

I’ve had horrendous cramping since yesterday, terrible mood swings and incredible fatigue… I am on day 75 of my cycle and 47 day delay for AF…

tested negative last Friday/saturday, so not holding out any hope.

i have my internal scan on Wednesday, so hopefully a nice surprise too!

I hope you don’t mind me asking, but if we were to conceive this months, is that an April baby? We are trying for an April baby x

Hello, ladies can I join? I'm currently 5dpo. This is cycle 8 for ttcing baby 2. We've had a couple of miscarriages in between cycles. And took a couple of months off to give us a break but this is our first cycle back really trying and tracking. I ovulated later this cycle than the previous two so that threw me off but we still managed to bd the day of peak test and the day after. But I'm slowly going crazy in this 2 week wait! My DS turns 5 on Tuesday. And I'm due on a week today! So I'm crossing my fingers that I'll catch this month! X

Hi everyone! I just got a positive ovulation test today, so I’ll be POAS around the 15th August I think, maybe 14th if I get impatient 😂

My thoughts are with you @MrsB902 & @OliveTraybake, days 8pm-10dpo are the most maddening! I was there last week. Will keep all my fingers and toes crossed for you.

I have my CD3 blood work tomorrow. My first ever fertility tests, I’m a bit nervous but as my husband says if there is an issue, better to know asap.

I got too impatient and did a pregnancy test today. BFN but I am about 5dpo which I know is too early to tell. But everytime we've done it it's been unprotected so I was hoping for a miracle I think 😂 I will wait until 10 dpo until I test again

I’ve been trying to distract myself and not symptom spot (but this is my 1st month ttc so I’m excited!).

I’ve noticed a few things - but they could all be normal occurrences too, so I’m trying not to get carried away.

My cycle tracking app thinks I’m on 9dpo today (it thinks I ovulated on day 16, but I think it’s 7 or 8dpo (I’m sure I felt ovulation pain late on day 17). My temp graph looks a bit weird this month too - I had a gradual increase in temperature for ovulation, not a steep increase. So I’m really not sure which day it happened!

Anyway, I’ll do a test later this week 🤞🏻

Hi everyone, hopping on this thread. Ttc cycle #8 after MMC in December 2023. Ovulation supposedly in two days but partner and I just DTD, not getting my hopes up this cycle, just ruins me every time I get my hopes up and get negatives. Trying to stay positive but each month that passes gets harder. Sending baby dust to all 💕💕

Same here, 1dpo here and hoping to hold out until the 14th or 15th!

April baby would be from conceiving in July. August would mostly work out a may baby I think.

Just uploaded my bbt today. I should be on 8dpo (just based on what premom has said) I never found my peak but gave up on opks the other day as was well into my dpo's uploaded my bbt today and it's changed my predicted ovulation day 😫 my partner was away end of July so no BDing around the ovulation it's now changed to.

Any ideas why it would change I didn't think my temp changed much it's like a degree or 2 that's all. Still think I'm going to poas on what would have been 10dpo. I've been so good with waiting to poas this time 😫

Morning all, I'm about 7dpo today. I felt super positive last week but my super positiveness has shifted somewhat.

My cycles the last few months have been very unpredictable mainly very long cycles but I can never predict when I will start like I used to.
At what dpo is best to test if I can't rely on a missed period?

Well I think my app was correct with today being ovulation. Have got tons of ewcm and sex drive is high! We dtd Friday and saturday, so missed it by a couple of days.

I'm waiting for the month ovulation falls on a weekend lol. We never have sex during the week. It always seems like a nice idea but we end up too tired/burnt out from the working day...

Anyone else still waiting for a positive OPK?!
Last time I was TTC with my daughter my opk's were pretty similar each month, knew when ovulation would be etc but this time round I don't even know if I'm ovulating/when it's going to be so it's so hard to know when to DTD!

I don't think you have yet to ovulate based on BBT. There is always a sharp rise in BBT after ovulation.

O-3 and O-2 are good days to TTC!
