Hey everyone! After 4 years we've decided to try for baby no 2! But it feels like such a long time ago now, I can hardly remember the ttc process anyway, finished my lmp a couple of days ago and started ovulation testing! Wondering if anyone's in the same boat this month? Hoping for an April '15 baba!:)

Really hoping you all have luck this month and won’t need this, but I have started an August thread.

@PlantEnthusiast 1dpo today, pretty certain due to cm drying up. We only managed to dtd 5 and 4 days before ovulation though so I'm not holding my hopes up

@Kiwiburgh here we go on the 2ww then! Not sure exactly when I ovulated, my LH peak was Mon so presume ovulation was Tues/Weds making me either 1 or 2 dpo 😬 are you tracking BBT?

@PlantEnthusiast no, I'm not bothering with temping. I have a 5 month old that I get up with afew times during the night so that would probably mess it up.
Are you planning to test before Afs sue date? I'll probably cave at 10dpo.

@Kiwiburgh oh wow, you’re going for a small age gap! That will be so lovely. I have a just turned 2yo and he usually sleeps through but an early waker! Apple Watch seems to be doing ok and BBT tracking though. Going to try and wait out till 14dpo. I drive myself nuts with vfls last month, it was torture!

I'm having the same issue with BBT atm too, dunno if I should even bother. 9mo is going through sleep regression so I'm up at all hours 🙃

We are TTC number 2, on cycle 3 and I am 3dpo!

It's so much harder to commit to DTD often with a 14 month old 😂😂 hoping we have done enough this month... not sure we have!

Third cycle of OPKs but I’ve kept an eye on ewcm for a few months before that - I’ve got a 19 month old that still breastfeeds and pretty short cycles so wasn’t sure what was happening. I’m refusing to buy more OPKs until AF turns up in the hope I don’t need them!

I caved in today and tested 9DPO despite being determined not to do this. BFN of course so I’ll be heading across to the TTC in August thread. Here we go again ladies…..

@Zo85 don't give up yet 9dpo is super early considering its the most common implantation day. I give myself until 12dpo until declaring myself out. 🤞

Hey all, long time no post sorry!! I had a very anxious wait but I knew I had symptoms. Got my bfp a few days ago and a super strong line today! Not posting a pic, I know there's a lot of people on here who have had AF visit, chemicals / miscarriages and I know it's very disheartening, lots of love to you all xx

@justloveandlightx huge congrats OP! How many do were you when you got your BFP? Hoping you have a very happy, healthy pregnancy ❤️

Thank you so much! I was 9dpo when I got my first faint positive! Slightly concerned I may be having twins, my period still isn't due until Monday!

@PlantEnthusiast how are you going? haa yeah it could be a small age gap. Would be really difficult initially but hopefully worth it. Took us 7 months to get pregnant with #2 though.
Oh my, my toddler Is an early riser too, anytime between 5am and 6am 😅 I'm also wanting to wait until af but I doubt I can.

@Kiwiburgh I'm good thanks, keeping busy! My NC app confirmed my ovulation this morning on CD20 so I’m 3dpo. Got a lovely weekend of plans so should keep me distracted! My LO sleeps pretty well now and usually wakes around 6 but it was 5 this morning! I’m knackered so DH took one for the team. How are you doing?

Huge congrats! Ah don’t worry about twins! With my first I had a line with still over a week to go until my period was even due let alone missed - and I only have a 28 day cycle so it was v early after ovulation that I got a BFP. It was an agonising wait of constantly reseeding to confirm I wasn’t dreaming. Enjoy this time.

I hope you’re right Kiwi and thanks for your message but I feel pretty normal symptom wise (I just knew I was pregnant with my first) and I had early implantation/v early BFPs with my first. I wonder if it’s similar (implantation time) for one person’s pregnancies or if it can be wildly different? But I know this is just me grasping onto hope here, as I’m sure many of you ladies can relate to.

@Zo85 last pregnancy for me was a completely blank negative at 9dpo, faint line at 10dpo. It's absolutely fine to not get a positive test until 12+dpo so you're not out yet!
Ovulation was delayed for me this month (is today!) so I am just about to start the 2ww, thankfully have heaps on to keep me distracted 😂

I think I'm out for the month. I'm CD22, 6DPO and last night I had cramps, this morning I did a small puke in the shower (just my coffee thankfully 😅)
At CD22 this lines up perfectly with me getting HG symptoms approx 4/ 5 days before my period :(
My last few cycles have been around 26 days.

Little update from me - period due yesterday. Didn't feel like it was imminent so I did a test - and it was positive!

Feeling excited but also wary. I remember this weird limbo phase with my DS too.

Thank you to everyone in this thread for being kind and supportive in the last few weeks - I was feeling really down about my weird periods and general out of sync-ness of my body.

Unfortunately my “implantation bleeding” just went on and on then became a period. Onwards to the next cycle!
