TTC July 24!

Hey everyone! After 4 years we've decided to try for baby no 2! But it feels like such a long time ago now, I can hardly remember the ttc process anyway, finished my lmp a couple of days ago and started ovulation testing! Wondering if anyone's in the same boat this month? Hoping for an April '15 baba!:)

I'm 8DPO tomorrow and determined not to test til 10DPO....fingers crossed and fingers crossed for everyone else too

Period is 21 days late due to PCOS. I've taken a test and not pregnant, plus dates of DTD don't really match up for pregnancy.

Any tips or vitamins or literally anything anyone can recommend to start their period.

Came off the pill in April and not even been able to start TTC as I haven't had one period yet (minus withdraw bleed) 😭

Are FRERs not a thing anymore? I can only seem to find on Amazon and they're more expensive that I remember 😅
I only have internet cheapies in at the mo. I want to get some tests tomorrow ready for 10/11dpo but no idea which tests are decent these days

I haven’t been able to get them in Ireland at all 🤷‍♀️

@SkaterChick I swear by "easy @ home" on Amazon, 20 tests for around £10

They are so good so reliable, early detection too from 10miu I believe almost as early as FRER

I can only seem to find FRER in actual chemists nowadays and they're so expensive

I left it too late for Amazon but I just bagged 10 of them on FB from a woman around the corner from me for £4. Happy with that 😂 they're the hard plastic stick ones too not just the dip strip.
I checked then on Amazon and they're the 10miu as well. My internet cheapys are only 15miu so glad I checked 😅
My nips are a bit sore and I don't usually get that before my period but also I keep thinking maybe I'm imagining it 😅
Bloated but not very crampy
Nauseous and almost did a mini sick in the swimming pool today so that was fun 😅
But because I get HG symptoms when my period is due its just sooooo hard to know

What DPO are you?
I'm 9DPO today and still negative. Going to take one this evening...(just to torture myself I guess)

Obviously my brain again,is convinced and I'm getting "all the symptoms"

Trying to hold my wee long enough to test this evening now I have better tests 😅😂
It's like 4 hours right? Got an hour and 15 mins to go if so but i really need a wee already 😂😅

I told myself I wasn't going to symptom spot as it's so hard with the HG symptoms but here we are 😅

I know I can’t know until I test but… I need someone to speculate with me!

10dpo today. Started spotting yesterday so assumed I was out as last month AF started with very similar spotting. Was so convinced I was out that I ordered more OPKs for another cycle. BFN this morning. But no more spotting at all since last night. I wasn’t sure about ovulation date this month so wondering if that was implantation bleeding and I might just have tested too early.
And I’m now away at my parents and can’t retest until Friday!

@Amber17 at 10dpo it could be implantation bleeding
Friday is an ideal time to retest with fmu if possible.
You're not out until after properly shows up. Fingers crossed for you.

@omghavingababy im soooo tired. The little took forever to go down for bed. Id managed to hold me wee and was bursting.
Hadn't told the Mr I was testing as want to surprise him. Test was another BFN but only 9dpo.
Anyway, in my tired state and focus on the test I forgot to empty and clean the pot I weed in and about an hour later he was like erm.... Did you leave a pot of wee on the sink 😂😂😂 oops. I was like oh erm yeah period is late but says not pregnant so who knows....

@SkaterChick omggg same so my little also was a nightmare to get to sleep tonight then I was knackered, so didn't end up testing! Will save it for FMU at 10DPO in the morning 🤞🏼

In also 10dpo day, cycle day 26, period due today (based on last few cycles)
No sign of my period but test with fmu was also bfn 🤷🏼

@SkaterChick same here....BFN this morning at 10DPO it's so hard to try and keep positive as I really do think I'm out

I'm trying to tell myself that 10dpo is still early (though I got my positive with my first 10dpo) and I'm not out until after arrives but it's hard.
I have so many period symptoms, plus the HG symptoms I just don't know what mt body is doing 😂

I did realise this morning that I haven't had any acne yet and I usually get a good few spots with my period so maybe this is a good sign?

Nope I’m in the middle of nowhere! Tbf I don’t think I’d be able to keep a secret if it was positive and would feel bad if my parents knew before DH so probably for the best.

How has everyone's day been?

Still don't have my period and I no longer feel it's imminent but that could just be in my head.
I'm also not craving chocolate massively like I usually would be at this point.
Trying to decide whether to test am or wait till Fri

Why not test now if your period is missing since you can test from approx six days before a missed one? 😁

Ah sorry to hear that! Sorry - I missed that. Still waiting for mine but I’m sure it’s a switch to a new prenatal. Most extend my cycle. It’s a cruel irony when TTC…

8 Dpo and BNF, but it's still early. I had a sickness bug today which wiped me out as well!
I ovulated really late this cycle and I'm not even sure if I defo did, so I'm not holding out much hope. Even though only 8dpo AF is technically due any day now - have had lots of cramps last few days

@Zo85 oh that's interesting because I actually started taking a multivitamin again last month....

@rebecca199 on no.. is it deffo sickness bug?! 8dpo is early so you're not out yet!

Well I did think this at first... Considering I got sick very early with my daughter - however 2 others in my family were also sick today so defo a bug 😩
