Currently TTC number 2 and struggling after getting pregnant fairly easily with number 1 (on cycle 3)!
Thought I'd start a thread so we can all support each other. Anyone else on their TTC journey for number 2? I am currently on cycle 7 and have ruled myself out already as negative pregnancy test at 10DPO. Each month I convince myself that I am pregnant! Experienced a chemical at cycle 3 😩

Fingers crossed @Diamond89 .. you never know, I didn't have an obvious line until 3 days late. Pretty much nothing not even a faint one on one day late - you might find a pic on here if you scroll back enough 😅

No period, mild cramps, some left sided pains that have been a stabby (reminded me of round ligament pain a bit), headaches, exhausted.
I went out and got some tests today to maybe test in the morning.
It's like part of me is scared of the disappointment of testing because my period not showing up means nothing these days.
I'm only 3 weeks into my increased dose of thyroid meds and it can take 6 weeks for them to have effect.

I caved and tested after some cake made me feel incredibly nauseous (this happened with my first)
It doesn't feel real.
Especially with the previous false positive.
I haven't told my partner yet. Im going to do a couple of brands of tests with my fmu and then I have a t-shirt for my DS that says "I'm going to be a big brother" to tell daddy the news 💜

Ahh amazing. Huge congratulations!

I did another test yesterday morning which was equally faint. Decided not to test again and just see what happens. 🤞 really hoping for the best but know what faint lines at this point can mean.

Can't decide whether to be concerned that these aren't darker with FMU...
Do I tell hubby this morning? Do I wait a couple of days and confirm before I get his hopes up?

Ahhh tricky @SkaterChick , can definitely still see a line! It depends.. would you just not tell him if the lines did fade or would you want to tell him either way for support?

I ended up telling him. My coffee made me feel super nauseous and I was dying inside not telling him 😂

I had a shirt ready for DS that says in going to be a big brother and told him to go show daddy his new shirt and hubby asked if it was a real shirt 😅😅 like no, I've got it for fun 🙄
But yes he's excited 💜

My boobs are so sore, had a headache on and off for a couple of days and been a bit nauseous today. We’ll see how we go 😊

I think I'm going to wait till Tuesday or weds to test again instead of driving myself crazy. My lines are faint but like you not squinters. When I put the two dip tests side by side there does look like slight progression and I realised they were only taken 12 hours apart which isn't much time to have my levels rise.

Mine were really faint until about 5-7 days post AF due and hard to see progression. I worried so much but am now 35 weeks. Sending lots of good luck for sticky babies 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Not exactly sure when I ovulated but based on us last dtd 18 days ago I'd be a min of 13dpo bur based on symptoms I think possible 14.
So I need to remind myself it's early doors yet.
But I feel like there is some progression on these lines.
That was the last of my cheap dip tests so I don't think I'll get anymore and torture myself over it.

Called my local EPU today to see if I would need an early scan due to a previous suspected eptopic before I had DS and some niggling left sided pelvic pain, not bad pain but persistent and they were so lovely.
They've booked me in for a scan 2 weeks today when I'll be just over 6 weeks.
