Well 12dpo and BFN…🙄 AF due weekend so we shall see. Its my birthday weekend so il be switching off and trying to take my mind of it ha xx

Thank you @Lalaland13 . We’ve been trying for a while and not always successfully DTD on the right days. My OH has agreed to home AI now thankfully which I find less stressful. We did that on Monday so let’s see. I may start temp tracking again next month and aim for two times. Trying to hold it lightly and remember the benefits of a childfree life if it doesn’t work out for us.

Good luck taking your mind off it @Xxfifixx89, having a good distraction can be so helpful.

Yes there are lots of child free benefits - I’ve been utterly exhausted since I had mine and basically live in chaos! We have been trying for a second since sept with only one CP.

Ah interesting I didn’t know people did home AI until joined these forums. It’s hard to get the timing right to DTD and my cycles are a less predictable now.

Argh. I'm either having implantation bleeding or a very very early AF coming (day 16?!) I've only been off hormonal birth control since October so it's not unfathomable either way.
Have a feeling I'm out this month though

Feeling disheartened this month. Ovulation tomorrow or Sunday so all still to play for and plenty of sex over the bank holiday weekend but still feeling like it will never happen for us.
We're going for IVF abroad in Sept if nothing happens before then but I'm even feeling that that won't work!

Anyone else in a slump?

OK so I've worked out the secret to getting pregnant. Try for 19 months with absolutely diddly squat. Go for tests, have your husband be told he has poor morphology, psych yourself up for ICSI, pay £500 for initial appointments, prepare for a £10k outlay, then out of the blue get a positive test on the eve of your initial appointment...

I am really really praying this will stick, but today I am pregnant...

Sorry to all those who've just had af arrive, that was me the last 18 months....

Oh and I also have a horrible toothache and need dentistry so thats gonna be fun....

Was just so shocked and over the moon to see this this morning, I felt so low I was convinced I was imaging the line and that it would disappear again... I actually left the room for 5m and came back in again and it was real...

Will def be booking a reassurance scan in a month if I get that far..

@MOGMOGMOG85 oh wow! Congratulations! That mantra, "today I am pregnant" is a good one to hold on to! Best of luck with it all 💗

Hi all, I didn't realise there was another group and had posted on the other.
I'm sorry about those that have received AF this month fingers crossed for next month and congratulations to those who have had a BFP.

I’m 35 with 0 children and me and my partner have been trying for the last 4 years. We had a chemical pregnancy in Nov last year was absolutely gutted. However I had a convincing dream on Monday that I was pregnant and positive tests in the dream!
AF is due today but I took an early test on Friday and was BFP and a digital this morning was showing pregnant 1-2 weeks! Here’s to hoping all is ok? Heavy feeling today and cramping but hoping I’m just paranoid xx

We have just gone through the work up to be referred to the fertility clinic but crossing everything we no longer need to if all goes well

I'll be 21wks tomorrow and just found out it's a little boy 💙🥰 Slightly anxious as we've been referred to fetal medicine as he came up very small on the scan (couple of measurements below 5th centile). Got another scan in 3 weeks so really hoping it was just a blip/awkward scan etc but it has set my anxiety off a little. However, really trying not to overthink it until we've found out a bit more.

Congrats @SnookyPook how exciting! Try not get too anxious, it might be nothing! The amount of times mothers are said to be having massive babies and need a section only for the baby to come out normal or even smaller! And when you're referred on you will have extra monitoring which is reassuring
