Typically whilst nhs have dangled the carrot of tube flush
After this cycle if we dont conceive -
Typically its this cycle thats gone awol

Obviously gotta be mega sure not preg 4 tube flush..

Unlikely that il know 4 sure in time 4 next phone fertility appt

Maybe tube flush will have to be ' pencilled - in - but then ugh cuz i didnt want too many cycles where we avoid conception

Im.guna ask consultant this month - how do we know if metformin ( im on 4 pcos ) is correct dose

( some have way higher doses than me )

My weight is within nhs ivf bmi range

Menna be losing more - hard with insulin resistance due to pcos

Did a test yesterday morning (10dpo) with CB, got a bfn. I gave up all hope. Then the sharp stabbing cramp happened last night. And AF is still a no show after nearly 24 hours. So confused.

When i was preg - didnt show til about 14dpo

10 dpo is early

@Mash0917 have u had a transvaginal scan in last 6 months ?

Im under the recurrent miscarriage clinic and they’ve done all the standard tests and nothing has come back abnormal.

I had a month off trying this month as I’m 40 on Tuesday and we’re going to Disneyland, then I have 2 spa days, and it would have been around now I would test positive if I was pregnant. As I have lots of early miscarriages I didn’t want to test positive, miss out on things like rides at Disneyland and birthday drinks, then miscarry a few days later! Hated having to miss a month though as kept thinking “What if this was the month I had a good egg and would have had a successful pregnancy?”
TTC is so hard isn’t it! 😭

Thank you, I just take one day at a time, honestly I still won't or can't let myself fully believe it will happen, I'm still reluctant to tell people or even make plans to buy anything, I just count down until the next scan, which is always reassuring. Yes, it really is.

Hi all, jumping back in here after a big absence, (which included discovering that one of my fallopian tubes was ruined by scar tissue from an appendectomy back when I was 12, so had that removed in case it was affecting uterine environment).

@worldwidetravel2017 when I had a HSG I got the results actually from the technician right there and then, which was actually kinda brutal because she could only show me that one tube was blocked, and not what the treatment would be. I got too upset waiting to see NHS consultant after that and ended up going private, because I couldn't deal with it, knowing that I have no time to spare being in 40s.

Today im just sad

@worldwidetravel2017 oof, that's painful. I don't know how helpful this is but I've found it good in the past to be reminded that it's ok to be sad. Like, trying to push it away makes it worse really. Acknowledge it and feel it and give it space.

I have a very irregular cycle that ranges from 26-36 days so tracking is tough. The app says I'm 14dpo today. I did a FRER this morning with FMU, BFN. :-(
This tww, I had bad nausea from 9dpo, sharp ovulation like cramps on 10dpo- I was sure AF was coming, never did. And for the last 2 days, I can't sleep because of the heartburn, and DH reminded me that heartburn was tge 1st thing to come when I was preggo with DD1.
Anyone else is or was on the same boat? Did anyone had BFP after all this? Or am I out this month? I'm so gutted. :-(
