I'm in that frustrating situation where I'm like 16-17dpo, bfn and no AF. 🙄 I'm fairly sure it's on the way but my cycles aren't usually quite this long. Grr.

I have decided that September would be a great month to get a BFP. One could just hibernate through the winter and emerge in the spring with a glorious bump. 😂 Fingers crossed for everyone!

Do any of you take 'pregnacare for conception ' ?

This cycle is the first cycle ive taken it every day

& i think its messed things up // increased cycle length

I was using it for a month, did the same for me, messed up my cycle, I stopped taking it and switched to proceive, a little more expensive, but it contains more, didn't mess up my cycle and more efficient in my opinion!

Will try what youve suggested if that change with concieve plus doesnt help

I’ve just started taking pregnacare this month so a bit worried now as my cycles are very very long anyway 🙈 I’ve been using proceive for ages but it’s so much more expensive and we’ve been trying to conceive for over a year now, and I also take omega 3, a probiotic and ubqiuinol, so I was tired of spending so much on supplements and getting nowhere!

Its coming up to the anniversary of our miscarriage so thats hard

They can be quite expensive to be fair, I always managed to buy when it was buy one get one half price in Holland and Barrett if that's available to you in your location. You might be okay, the reviews of pregnacare are varied, I just know it messed my cycle up and I didn't want further stress, good luck to you, positive thinking!

Yeah I always get the buy one get one half price deals in Holland and Barrett but I’m still spending nearly £100 a month on all the supplements 🙈 Plus I wanted to stop buying 2 at a time as I get pregnant a lot (but lose them, Ive had 3 miscarriages in last year) and I’ve always got masses of conception vitamins left when I want to switch to pregnancy ones.
When I started taking uniquinol it did mess up my cycle, so hoping these dont! Although I did get pregnant with my little boy that cycle so ended up being a good thing!!

Yes, I noticed the same, it's enough stress just trying, without your cycle and body all over the place too. Hopefully you find ones that work for you, much luck! 🙏

Oh, that's completely understandable, I have numerous half empty boxes of supplements too, it's an expensive trial and error. I hope you get that sticky one this cycle, it will happen! stay strong 🙏

Hi ladies, I really need some help. can I jump in? I'm 35, ttc my 2nd. I'm 11 dpo today according to my app. Took a clear blue test on 10dpo morning, came bfn.
Then, last night I had VERY painful sharp stabbing pain on my left side for about 4 hours. Couldn’t move or walk at one point. I thought that's it, AF is coming but this morning, woke up with no pain and no spotting. I have very bad heartburn on 7-8 dpo and been feeling nauseous on and of since 9 dpo. I'm exhausted, but that can simply be pms while caring for dd1. Af due in two days. I'm very worried. :-( Did anyone have this before and had BFP? TIA.

As weird as it may sound - i struggle with the start of a new month

It triggers me from a time ticking / time running out / old eggs / still not preg again perspective :(

Fertility consultant in august told me im b12 deficient

Exasperating when in 2023 when i went through b12 testing
A gp marked 140 odd okay

If your b12 is below 200 - it can effect getting preg and staying preg folks

Keep going, have you had all the fertility checks ect? Never say never, I turn 40 this year and I'm currently 14 weeks with my first. Everyday I still worry to be honest, but I guess that's just part of the course after a loss. I still won't believe it until this baby is in my arms. Women are having healthy babies well into their 40's now, don't pressure yourself, it's horrible, I'd essentially comes to terms with this not happening for me... then it did! all the luck to you that it happens soon and goes the distance! 🙏

I know how you feel! It's not easy, you've still got plenty of good eggs at this age and it only takes one! Keep going, that's all we can do. I had the same, low b12, I started taking the oral spray about 12 months ago and still use it daily now, I believe even small things can make a big difference!

Was it like heartburn pain in the middle of your chest? I had that on 8-9 dpo.

Thing is my pcos means my eggs maybe not good quality
