I'm 6DPO now and my temp hasn't dropped (yet). Started getting marginally excited and then developed a sore throat so I think I'm just getting sick 🥲

It’s been such a hard week. My 2 year old had an extremely traumatic procedure done at the hospital this week, then I came home to an email saying I’m being made redundant next month, then the next day I started bleeding and have officially miscarried. After my MMC in January then being told it was a partial molar (and I’m still being monitored because of the risk of cancer with a molar pregnancy) it just feels like it’s one thing after another after another. I want another baby so, so much but I honestly don’t know if I have the strength to keep trying and going through this

I'm really sorry to hear this, I'm so sorry for your loss, sounds like you've been through a lot, I am sure you are overwhelmed. I hope things get easier for you real soon, whatever you decide, give yourself time, it bodes well that you can get pregnant so soon between, I really hope you get baby #2 if you keep trying, I know how much pressure and how scary it can be 🙏

8 or 9 DPO and caved and did a test, which was BFN.... not feeling optimistic for this cycle now, so onwards to July I suppose.
Anyone else in the TWW?

We are camping this week, during my fertile week, but partner has come down with a nasty cold so we are out this month.

Got my Hertility results back and all results are within range. Partner has a sperm analysis booked for Monday.

We. are both taking zinc, folic acid (methyl folate) and coq10 (ubiquinol) daily, so hopefully see something happening in a cycle or two. We’ve been trying since January 2023 off and on and not a single positive test! I would love to have a spring / summer baby so would be very happy to conceive in the next 3 months.

Not sure if youve had your b12 , vit d or feretin tested - -
Whilst not always considered vital - they often play a piece in the puzzle

Has your progsterone been tested 7 days after ovulation ?

Another thing is the chalmidya anti bodies blood tests - checks that your fallopean tubes haven't been damaged incase u ever had chalmidya
A blood test fertility clinic often get people to do

Are your cycles regular ?
Dya have a healthy bmi ?

Had a very hard / emotional/ sad day yest
This is my first period since ive been taking twice daily myo inostol
And metformin for pcos

On to letrozole // adding letrozole in next

Thankfully my chlamidya anti bodies test came back fine - ive never had it

My vit D and b12 are low end of the normal range. I will start taking those supplements again. My ferritin is good.

I haven’t tested my progesterone or for chlamydia anti bodies - do you recommend anywhere for this?

My cycles are regular and bmi is fine. I highly suspect my partners sperm tbh, looking forward to seeing his results.

Vit d can take 3 months to raise

I recommend 2000 iu one day
1000 iu the next
Repeat
So it raises faster

Over 35 yo = higher miscarriage chance

Vit d = very important

B12 - jacket potato 3 times in every 7 days
&
Regular eggs
Eggs = fertility food

NHS dietician told me to eat many eggs often

Has your gp offered a referal to gynae or fertility? - or are you under either ?

Has anyone taken/taking garlic oil supplements? Suggests it may have fertility positives for both female/male. I don't want to take too many supplements, I worry this could do more harm than good? I'm going to increase vitamin D3 this month also, what dose of zinc is good for both female/male?
