So I’ve invested in proceive max after some reading. (And because I can’t swallow tablets so the fact it’s a powder is appealing), very expensive but seems to have all the bits in it that people recommend for luteal phase defect.
So as an update having the weirdest cycle. After fresh blood on the tissue Saturday morning so proclaimed AF here, had a very small amount dark spitting but nothing since. Took early response pregnancy test this am and negative (11 DPO so assume this is all cycle issues). Not sure if I should do my day 3 bloods tomorrow as planned or hold out until I actually bleed 🤷‍♀️

@RememberZen sorry this is proving to be such a challenge for you. What area are you local too?

@ButItHasCheese Good to hear I'm not the only one! Hopefully they start to lengthen soon. So far has been 24 day cycles with 1-2 day light period. GP didn't seem too concerned, but like you am also worried about running out of time. They are going to run standard blood tests, but beyond that not sure what else I can ask for at this stage.

@RememberZen Sounds really frustrating. Is there another surgery you can transfer to?

@OnePinkDuck - just seen your post re light periods and short LP (away on holiday so haven't been on Mumsnet much). This was me when TTC my first - my periods have always been short and light (3 days, and usually the third is pretty light) and my LP was around 9-10 days when I came off contraception. I took high dose Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C and Vitamin D, as well as CoQ10, evening primrose oil (before ovulation only) and for my final two cycles before conceiving I took agnus castus (with a five day break during my period). Added a day or two to my LP and I did eventually conceive - I've started back on this regime pre-emptively whilst TTC this time, time will tell whether it makes a difference!

I'm really disappointed by my GP, he has me coming out feeling like I'm just bothering him with this.

I did have my progesterone tested just before I got pregnant, buty GP has it done 7 days before af, so I'm not sure if those results were accurate, or if he knows what he is doing at this point.

Thanks, it has been a nightmare. I'm quite literally begging for help and they keep turning me away and telling me to come back when I've suffered at least two more losses, just horrible to hear.
I'm debating it, I am going to contact NICE this week and get their guidelines forwarded, as to what help I could be entitled to in my current situation. Anything is worth a shot right now.

I've been unsure on my OPK results, they all seem low and no rise. :-( Also, we haven't had sex as many times as ideal this cycle. I think perhaps I'm out for this month?

28 day cycle, predicted to ovulate on day 15/16 depending on which app. Dtd on calendar day 9, 13 and 18.

AF is due tomorrow. I haven’t bothered testing this cycle as didn’t hit my most fertile days. It’s been nice not to have been so preoccupied with it.

@InWithPeaceOutWithStress I can totally relate. I'm heading into cycle 4 now, and trying to maintain the zen of having taken last month off... it's hard though

@RememberZen gosh I'm so sorry to hear your GP refusing you help. I can imagine how frustrated you must have felt. I would too. I hope some of the suggestions from others will help you get around to get the answers and help you need. I really hope the best for you. I just can't understand the logic of that doctor. Stay strong, keep trying naturally and keep looking for the help you need.

Thanks, that means a lot, it's hard to feel optimistic right now to be honest. I really wish I'd started trying years ago, but I have to accept, it is what it is I guess. I will keep trying, but all these bfn's every month are taking there toll.

Omg im so confused!! I had what I thought was my period like 10 days ago.. was very short and only lasted 2 days but was bright red. Iv not felt right this week and been full of a cold and dizzy etc. toon a random test, not sure why but am I imagining things? Surely this is not possible? Anyone?

@Xxfifixx89 oh wow. Implantation bleeding? Although rare. I would get more tests and speak to my GP if I was you, as I’d want a professional opinion!

Just took another and its a line right away… tested one with tap water and no line!! Booked in to see my doctor today as something cant be right.
