False positive preg results are v v rare

Have u been assessed for poss pcos re the ovulation stuff ?

Also - many fertility clinics will let non members // members of the public to pay for hcg testing 2 days in a row - - that could be helpful to u @ this time

Well gave in when on the way to work😫 nipped in asda and there test is 25miu so not very good but not sure if theres a shadow or not? What do you think? Not my fmu as iv been to the loo about 6 times already today!! Defo not testing again today🤣

I can see a line too @Xxfifixx89 but frustrating that it’s so faint still. All you can do is keep testing. Can you do one of those “pregnant” / “not pregnsbt” tests - might be more reassuring?

@Xxfifixx89 do you take supplements with biotin in? Apparently they can reduce lines on some brands of pregnancy test

Thank you so much, I've added that to the rest, no, I've never taken zinc, I'm going to ask GP if this was run on my bloods before trying and can they run it now.
I'm praying that everything is okay, and if something isn't, I can get help with it asap!
I keep thinking too far ahead and thinking the worst, it's heartbreaking.

BFN today and still no AF!! Nightmare. 3 days late now. Hoping it comes soon so I can just start a new month but its the waiting. Still got very weird BB sensation though! Xx

How soon before ovulation do you all get EWCM? Had some last night (CD9) which feels early and all of my OPKs are still very much negative. I don't remember having it this early in my cycle before?

Ohh no @Xxfifixx89 maybe a chemical or something, so frustrating. Hoping you get clarity asap - I always want AF out of the way.

I think mine is quite early on usually @blackberryhill and seems to be less on day ovulate

So confused. Tracking BBT this month for the first time but my temp just keeps going up and down and has never really gone from apple calculated as my baseline (although it does look lower during menstruation)… just goes mildly up and down around it. I’m using an Apple Watch so maybe not the most accurate and I’ve yet to have a night of undisturbed sleep in the last week (as 2 year old has been waking screaming for mummy at 2am most mornings) - and I read disturbed sleep could affect it? I'm getting all my usual progesterone symptoms - Migraine and acne today at 6DPO (they usually come to visit around 6-8DPO and the migraines have been so so bad since I stopped breastfeeding in December, almost crippled with it today). So I would presume I’ve ovulated. But not sure what my BBT chart is saying…

Disturbed sleep definitely affects it. I use the AVA bracelet which is quite good as it does take into account whether you’ve got enough sleep data to be accurate. I think it likes to have at least 4 hours of sleep data. I can see an overall trend in your line but it is a bit all over the place and possibly not going to tell you when you ovulated due to disturbed sleep pattern messing up the recordings.

@OnePinkDuck I read that it can help to wear the watch on inner wrist whilst sleeping.

@OnePinkDuck Disturbed sleep can definitely affect your BBT! I am a chronic insomniac and found temping with a standard thermometer didn't work for me. I've heard good things about the AVA bracelet @InWithPeaceOutWithStress mentions, or I use an armband device called Tempdrop which has an algorithm that's supposed to filter out bad night's sleep, variable wake-up times, fevers, alcohol etc. Worked well for me when TTC #1. still too early to say if still reliable 3 years on!
